This is a clean, comfortable , well-equipped place to stay. Staff were cheerful and helpful and also accomodating. The breakfast room ( entry lobby) was a convenient place to get information from the host and other visitors about sites to visit. For those with a car, the location was great. Free parking, easy and close access to routes in and out of the city, while being in a quiet lovely neighbourhood. There was a balcony in our room, but I was only there after dark, so I didn't use it or see the view. There was easy access to coffee and tea and a shared fridge to store snacks. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The owner teaches piano in the day, and you will hear the lessons, but except for our check-in, we were never around in the day, so it did not disturb us.
The hot breakfast could have been more interesting. But everyone now is suffering from staffing issues and places that used to boast wonderful chefs now have one staff person doing everything. Having said that, it was as good a breakfast as I would make at home. Good, hot food and lots of it. Also, the rooms are upstairs so you need to be able to negotiate stairs. But I don't think you could get better accomodations for the price, and in a spotless room, in a quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed as a family using two rooms in this B&B. We enjoyed the home-made breakfast every morning as well as the interaction with our lovely host who shared useful tips about the area. We could rest well and felt perfectly safe. We used Uber/Lyft to get to the city centre and walked to the nearest shops and restaurants. There was even a kitchenette that we could use in the communal space, so we had teas/coffees, and stored our cold drinks and snacks in the fridge.
The bed was a little bit too soft for us as we are used for harder mattraces, but this is a personal preference of course.

The room was beautiful and well-appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location in an up-scale residential district was perfect for my needs. Only a block from a primary street, it is easy to get to almost any place in the city. I would like to return sometime during the tourist season to experience their delicious-looking advertised breakfasts!
The hosts were very upfront about not providing a "big breakfast" during the "off-season," so that was, in itself disappointing. Cold cereal does not do it for me, so I brought my own fruit and yogurt. Also, warned ahead of time was that piano lessons would be going on at various times of day, which didn't bother me (I am a classical music fan) but was not too appreciated by my country and jazz-loving partner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. The property was beautiful and the room had all our desired amenities. It was quiet and the complimentary breakfast was very good. It was also nice getting to interact with our hosts and learn more about the other guests staying there and chat with them. Our hosts were also kind enough to provide suggestions on places to check out and things to do. When our cruise ship got delayed, they let us keep our luggage at their place, past check out time, so we could explore Vancouver for a little longer without having to worry about lugging our stuff everywhere. The WiFi was a great perk and it was nice to have our own private bathroom. The house rules were also clearly delineated and reasonable. Overall we would highly recommend this bed and breakfast, it was an extremely pleasant experience. We took Lyft mainly to get around Vancouver and it was a short trip from the bed and breakfast into downtown. Everything we wanted to go to was pretty centrally located. Much nicer atmosphere then stay at a hotel, very personalized and intimate experience. We appreciated everything and had a wonderful time!

Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast run by lovely hosts. They offer a great homemade breakfast everyday with staples like omelets, but also homemade yogurt and seasonal treats. The breakfast is a great time to get some recommendations from the hosts or other guests and feels like a nice sit down meal with friends. The rooms are well furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. While not downtown, the location is still very central and several bus stations are right around the corner, making most locations very easily reachable.

Linda and Jenny were incredible hosts and we had a great time staying at the B&B. Breakfast each morning was amazing, hearty and delicious. Everyday, the shared breakfast setting allowed us to interact with other guests, have great conversations and an overall wonderful start to the day. The rooms are large, airy and clean. The kitchennette is well-stocked. The location was great - easy to travel to most of the sites. Everyone was so helpful with recommendations, suggestions and flexibility with our stay. Would 100% recommend this place!

The convenience of access to the breakfast food and coffee on the landing to the rooms. My stay was during the low season and I happened to be the only visitor. I believe that it would still have been very pleasant even with other guests. A nice feature is that the host provides guests with a Compass card. This proved to be extremely useful, not to have to worry about paying cash on public transit or buying daily use cards. I only had to reimburse the host for my usage of the card while I was there.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

Linda and her family are very friendly and did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and at home during our 3 night stay. They provided us with great information on things to do, excellent restaurants, etc. and arranged for reliable taxis to get us to those places. The breakfasts each morning were very nice with plenty of food available. We have traveled a lot to many countries and this B&B is one of the best, maybe the best, at which we have ever stayed.

Linda is extremely helpful. Breakfast is amazing, the bed I slept on was the best, like sleeping on a cloud. The house is lovely and everything was spotless (bedsheets, towel, room, bathroom) :)) I'd definetely stay there again and recommend it to friends!
It seems a unfair to mention it here since Linda send me a message as soon as I booked the accommodation to see if I agreed with this rule or not and I have agreed!!! But anyway, the only thing is that we are not supposed to have showers between 10 pm and 7 am not to disturb other guest. Again, I agreed with this and it was fine. But since it was Summer, days were pretty long, I'd have loved to come back home and have a shower before going to bed. (I had an ensuite bathroom so I think this rule is more to avoid any kind of noise...)
