Luxurious bathroom with deep tub, heated floor and l'occitaine toiletries Free shuttle bus to village Gas fire in bedroom warm and atmospheric. Crisp sheets. Helpful staff at front desk. Choice of places for dining. Lobby and communal areas smelled of a gorgeous spa fragrance.

Asked for $750 deposit for incidentals for a 3 night stay. This was then reduced to $500 as we don't have a credit card. Still much higher than any other hotel we stayed at in Canada. Room was dark. We moved lamps around to try and provide light for packing suitcases but still had to use phone torch. Mattress was a little too firm.

Our room/studio was very comfortable, and there was a frequent shuttle to and from the village. I had a very relaxing massage in the spa, and my daughter got a good pedicure there too.

We were not advised that we were on the “dog friendly” floor, until we complained about the dog barking in the next room. I was disappointed by the facilities- I am not a skiier so I had expected to spend time in the gym followed by a nice swim, but both the gym and the pool were too small. The gym was busy but it was too small to have much equipment in it. The pool was outside and very small. It was no good for exercising in.

When style meets comfort, the hotel is beautiful from the outside and even prettier inside. My family and I booked a room with one king and one sofa bed for four people. The first positive surprise was that we arrived 1 hour before the check-in, and the staff got us a room immediately. Even better, we got an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite! It was so roomy we could spend the whole season living there. I wish I had more time for that! The staff is welcoming and supportive—the type of people you would invite for a happy hour. We also had dinner and breakfast there—delicious food and drinks. And don't forget to have homemade ice cream for dessert; it is gorgeous! Breakfast is suitable for all types of craves. If you're feeling hungry, go for the buffet. If you're keeping fit, a la carte is the best option. I strongly recommend it for those who want to chill and not worry about being close to the village (they even have a free shuttle)! And the robe! I wish I bought one of those. Maybe next time.

The swimming pool could be a little bigger. The water was a bit dirty from falling seeds from trees. Check-out at 11 am is harsh (although it does not apply exclusively to NLL). In general, no complaints.

We loved staying on this lake, so beautiful. Loved having bikes, canoes, and paddle boating right there and are included with the room rental. There are walking and bike paths right at the hotel that go all around Whistler! Big underground parking, but $35 a day. But you can leave your car there and save on parking in town as they have a free shuttle that runs all day. Rooms were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. Big lounge area with a bar and 2 restaurants to choose from.

The view was amazing; fire place in the room, underfloor heating; decor, great 2 person bathtub and big shower, very good staff, amazing views of mountains and lake, liquor store just A minute from the property, amazing selection of drinks, best chicken wings and poutine at the cure and great breakfast from the Den. Superb gym and hot tub. The complimentary bikes rental is superb and a great way to discover whistler and its surroundings, many cycle paths available. Exceptional.

We loved everything, only thing that could be improved might be a breakfast buffet option and food room service availability. Other than that great establishment

The staff were amazing! So friendly and accommodating and also funny. We were there on Christmas and they left a little stocking on everyone’s door with little treats and samples from the spa it was the sweetest little touch! The hotel was so cute, very ski town chic, right on the lake. Restaurant was delicious, cafe was great, everything you need really right there… and there’s a free shuttle that takes you into the village every half hour or so.

My ONLY qualm was that the hot tub on Christmas morning was scolding so we couldn’t enjoy it. They did work to get it fixed quickly but I think they were understaffed (because Christmas) and the poor maintenance guy was full weeds.

Where to start - the room was immaculate and beautifully laid out and decorated, the view was stunning, the bathroom was dreamy with a huge soaker tub and gorgeous L'Occinate amenities. The bed was the perfect firmness and the view out onto the lake was just heavenly. The fireplace was a great and cozy touch, enjoyed by my dog the most, my husband I, too. Oh - and we took advantage of the free personal shuttle service into the Village, a really nice touch!

We couldn't figure out the streaming services for the TV, but who cares? And the hot tub wasn't all that hot, but it was still nice after our cold dip in the lake.

Our room and the whole hotel is very luxurious. Ideally located for Whistler and Creekside with a free shuttle bus to both, although it’s a very short walk to Creekside. The lovely Nita lake just behind with walks around from the door so you can explore. The south side dinner up the road does a fantastic breakfast as does the hotel. There are three areas to eat and drink we enjoyed all of our meals here. But also enjoyed other local restaurants/bars.

The hotel has taken 700 Canadian dollars from my credit card as some kind of deposit even tho we’d paid in full. We are still to receive this 5 days (3 working days after checking out).

Let's start with the staff, everyone is extremely friendly, Jamie attended us at the reception, he gave us all the information we needed and was super nice! The decor of the place is cozy and beautiful, the room is super clean, the bathroom products smell amazing, has everything you need. They had little beds for your furry ones at the entrance which was very cute, It is also very accessible to get there, we took the number 10 bus from the village. A lovely experience, I would definitely come back!

Proximity to Whistler and activities. Free use of the water sport activities and bikes.

The sliding patio doors to the rooms are terrible. We found a ton of mosquitos in our room, and the door would not fully seal. We asked for a tech to come up and fix it, but they came and saw they would need more tools. They never came back until we called again, but the tech was unable to fully get the door to close and seal properly while we were out.
