Was just a beautiful clean hotel with really friendly staff, even tho the Microsoft system was down and it must of been so overwhelming for them with all the guests arriving, they kept very calm and friendly and welcoming.

Due to my own schedule I didn’t get to get in the pool at all! Which annoyed me lol. Their pool is 9am-9pm, which I feel is pretty standard pool time for hotels. Wish it was opened later so after we were done work related things I could have got in to enjoy the water! Photos of the pool online look awesome.

I was gonna walk out the day I got there to check in. I was not informed ahead of time nor was it stated in my emails that there was a $300.00 damage deposit. As this was my fiemrst time booking a hotel on my own I only alotted the amount the room came to with taxes. So when she rung it up and it was over $500.00 I was shocked. I told her to cancel my reservation and I was leaving cause I couldn't afford that. All in all I ended up staying because of whatever the girl did when checking me in. I ended up not paying the deposit.

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good although the restaurant was understaffed and it showed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. But the staff working were wonderful.

The atmosphere was pretty plain and not conducive to a feeling of luxury or relaxation. It felt functional which was fine but I would not recommend the hotel as a get away or romantic destination at all.

The location and the beds were amazing! Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Convenient restaurant attached. WiFi worked well. Lots of parking. Very clean, love the shampoos and hand creams. Pool looked good, but was under maintenance when we went to use it. Great place to spend a few days.

The hidden fees. What is a sales and marketing fee? The clerk said it's a city tax but that's the city levy. That was disappointing. Two different fees on top of the room price per day. And of course the fees are taxed too. Breakfast could use a few more vegan options.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. It met my needs perfectly.

There was heavy equipment working outside my balcony. Probably making improvements so that will change with time I hope.

Being from British Columbia we looked forward to visiting all 10 provinces. St Johns was the last stop and we enjoyed both the hotel and the city. The staff were very accommodating and rooms were wonderful and spacious. The end of our cross Canada vacation was made perfect with a Lobster dinner at the Keg on the Docks. We couldn't have asked for more.

We didn't like leaving the Maritimes or the Hotels that we stayed at. The St. Johns hotel was one of the best.

The room was large, well appointed, had a extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Could not hear any noise from hallway. Did not want breakfast so I can't comment on that. Excellent location. Great value for your money.

I liked everything!

Very convenient for visiting Kenny's Pond care facility a short walk away. Also for airport. Stacks of parking. Staff very cheerful and helpful. Room and bed very comfortable. On site restaurant great for breakfast and evening meal.

Complementary breakfast for the price of room would have been nice. Ontario and Quebec hotels we stay have free breakfast Bathroom in the rooms are kind of small

Breakfast was good though I had to pay for it. I had a reasonable view and more space than I needed.

It would have been nice to have a bath rather than just a shower, and a kettle so I could boil water and have drinks the strength I like rather than just a coffee machine with limited choice of drinks. A proper mug would have been nice too, rather than just paper disposable ones.
