The room was so spacious and comfortable. We had the Grand Tower Suite, and we loved the huge bathroom with jacuzzi and the sunroom/sitting area. Breakfasts were absolutely incredible, and David was an excellent and charming host and was helpful with suggestions and directions. The house is away from the craziness and tackiness of Clifton Hill but an easy walk to sights. The house has a lot of interesting, antique touches. A lot of thought and care has gone into the decor and maintaining the character of this historic house.

The important parts of the room were very clean (bed, bathroom), but there was dust on many of the tchotchkes, as well as the odd cobweb. There weren't great choices in the immediate area for eating. Although it was just a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist areas, without a vehicle, it wasn't easy to pop out to somewhere close by for quick takeout. That said, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house from the outside is really lovely. The rooms are traditional and interesting. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is an experience, in a good way and the food was good and plenty of it.

The request to leave my shoes at the door and to put on slippers which were filthy. The house is pretty tired and a little run down, with curtains and so on pinned together with safety pins. Lots of notes stuck to the walls with cellotape especially the one telling us not to open our bedroom window or it will fall out. It was not very clean, all a bit dusty and uncared for.

The property is gorgeous. I love the flowers in the front garden. I had the penthouse room at the very top. It was incredibly spacious and very beautiful. I especially liked the large Windows. I left them all open when away and asleep which provided plenty of fresh air. I liked the mini fridge for drinks and leftovers. There was a dining table and a few sitting areas in the room which would have provided plenty of space for more than just myself.

Not a complaint but you are required to take your shoes off upon entering the B&B, including in your room so bring slippers. The bed in the penthouse is really hard and really high off the floor. I’m 5’4 and it took a little effort to get into bed. A small step up might be good for those of us that are vertically challenged.

The space was oozing with charm and character. Since it's only a short walk from all the main attractions, we'll definitely make this our "go to" for future trips to Niagara Falls when we come back in the future!

We found it a little strange that shoes weren't allowed to be worn around the space, but we totally get it. People are inconsiderate and it creates less mess. Another thing we noticed (not the property's fault at all) was that there didn't seem to be any way to accommodate to people with mobility issues. The space only had steep stairs to get to and from the rooms. So please consider this when booking a night!

The room was very comfortable, I am not one for sitting still on any staycation/vacation, but I was very comfortable here and managed to relax for a weekend, barely venturing out. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, fresh muffins and a variety of breakfast fare for each morning. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the in room jacuzzi and only managed to fall asleep once in the tub. David and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Polite, courteous and non-intrusive. The B&B was located within ten minutes of all the attractions that Niagara Falls has to offer. We would definately stay here again.

Great breakfast, wonderful host. Great room, and a very comfortable bed. And the window air conditioner kept the room to a comfortable level. The dining room and front room are wonderfully decorated. A true pleasure to look at all the antiques during breakfast time.

The rooms and the building are old. Victorian style, but everything needs an update. Everything seems to be in a state of repair. Windows needs reglazing, or at least putty replaced and the doors all need replacing, refacing, or repair.

Large, comfortable room with a sun room, large bath with spa tub. Air conditioner was noisy but welcome on a hot night. Helpful to have a shared refrigerator available. Very nice breakfast in the dining room. Location is good; we walked down to the restaurant we have visited before, and the LCBO is just a few blocks away.

It is strange that you cannot enter the sitting room from the entrance. You can go to the dining room and sitting room only by descending steep back stairs and walking through the kitchen.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well-appointed. The king bed was comfortable. We really liked how the owners decorated the home with many beautiful antiques; they went well with the early 20th-century home itself.

This definitely is not a knock on the hosts, since they didn't know that we both recently started having knee problems. The penthouse suite required us to climb up quite a few stairs. Seniors or others with knee pain issues should call the hosts ahead of time to request one of the other rooms.

Breakfasts were really good. Catered to my gluten free and low sugar requests. The room was quite comfortable and the jacuzzi was huge. The location is excellent for walking to see the falls and other attractions. We stayed in the Bluewater room. Our host had great suggestions on where to eat and what to do while in the area.

A bigger tv and some softer sitting chairs for watching tv or just chatting would be a suggestion. Maybe a small narrow table at the bottom of the bed would be great for having a place to put a drink and snacks on while watching tv.

If you are a fan of the "Gilded Age" (and even if you are not) This is a top notch vacation spot that offers a great location, delicious homemade breakfasts, an interesting and friendly host, all in a wonderfully appointed building that's a very short walk to the grandeur of Niagara Falls, this is the place for you ! I'm almost hesitant to heap the praise "A Night too Remember" deserves in fear I won't be able to book in the future due too the word getting out there of what a great place this is.

There was not one thing not too like about our stay.
