Very Clean. Modern. Service excellent. We had an issue with our heater, where it was making noises. 5 mins after calling, a person came in checking on it. 5 mins later, another more experienced person came in. 15 mins later, the whole thing was replaced. Issue resolved. All other questions answered fully with a smile. Breakfast. On the of the best in town. Big portions. Excellent quality. excellent service. Location. 5 min walk to the horseshoe falls, 3 min walk to Skylone. Nice restaurant/bar inside hotel. Parking free behind hotel and huge.

We booked Breakfast included, but it ended up to be included for only 2 adults (children ate free though). However, given the great on-the-menu breakfast it was, who would complain afterwards.

The location is perfect you can walk to the falls, lots of restaurants and fun nearby. I love how you don’t have to pay for parking when you stay here that’s how it should be!!! The housekeeping staff were so friendly and outgoing and the rooms were spotless im so impressed.

Beds were not as comfy as the two other hotel rooms I stayed in earlier in the week but this hotel was on point with everything except I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast (we were too busy) and we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice.

The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Hotel was at a great location within walking distance to attractions!

Did not like the fact that I was stuck at the back entrance (need a keycard after 9pm) from the parking lot because I would swipe and swipe but the card reader never opened the door so had to wait for someone to let me in...Also that same keycard wouldn't work for the room afterwards and I had to get my boyfriend to let me into the room, despite it actually working the last time I used it! Weird...and glad I was not travelling alone.

We stayed for a 2 night break which we thoroughly enjoyed, our room was on the ground floor so very convenient for unpacking our luggage, no need to use the elevator which we appreciated because of Covid. Our room was very comfortable, and cosy. The room seemed to have been newly renovated. We took advantage of eating breakfast and our evening meal at Cocoa's restaurant, and were very happy with the service and food. Would recommend staying here. The hotel is situated just a walk down the hill and you are at the Falls, plus the added bonus is that the car parking is free.

The property walking distance and is nearby all three falls & Skylon Towers, yet not in central location. This meant less traffic for us while also being enjoyable. Very well kept hotel and very clean rooms. Restaurants and Starbucks coffee nearby. WeGo bus service is across the street which is needed. Most of the central Area of Niagara is on an inclined and therefore hard to walk up. You either need a car or a bus if you cannot physically walk all the time up to places. You will be doing a lot of walking

No front desk staff in mornings before 8am to answer questions. While no breakfast will be provided was known, I expected to have coffee in lobby.

Incredible friendly staff who went out of their way to help us have the best stay. Stunning upgraded rooms . We had a problem with noise and they allowed us to move rooms, then allowed us to move back to the original room. Spent extra time just getting to know us when things were quiet in reception. Would reccomend it to anyone who wants a great location and the best staff we have come across! We'll be back again.

Rooms have been upgraded but single paned sliding balcony doors let in noise from outside and cold drafts. The doors grate when slid , transmitting the sound to units above or below.

Updated decor, great location for the show we went to at OLG Stage. Great restaurant on site. Staff was very friendly. Awesome value compared to other hotels nearby. Dove brand toiletries - much better than most run-of-the-mill hotel chains.

Thin walls! Someone next door coughed and they sounded like they were in our room. I was worried my snoring would keep our neighbors up. The towels were really rough. I have sensitive skin and I thought they might be irritating (didn't seem to cause any lasting redness).

The breakfast was very good and our server was the best! The wood fired pizza was also yummy! We loved the location as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go to. The room was very spacious and the double sinks in the bathroom were a bonus. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there on our next visit.

The restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 8:00. We had to be at our grandaughters dance competition by 8:00 so we were out of luck.

great location, could park the car and leave it there for the entire stay, easily getting around walking. Enjoyed the swimming pools, spa, and sauna - nice and quiet when we were there. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Arrived on a packed out Saturday afternoon but the hotel staff were fantastic at guiding us to the included car parking and finding an available spot.

The elevators were functional, safe, and "fun" :)

It's an older hotel but seems to have been recently renovated. Very large bedroom, bathroom was on the smaller side but had the bonus of a wet bar next to it with a fridge and coffee machine. The room also had a large balcony which we didn't realize. It's also right next to everything in Niagara, minutes walk from the casino.

The walls were a bit thin. The tv was very small for the size of the room. The balcony overlooks a parking lot and only had 2 plastic chairs. All very minor things.
