The location, with the view of the horseshoe fall. We stayed in a falls view room at the 17° floor and the view was amazing. TIP: parking is free in Seneca Casino on the American side. TIP 2: use the incline to go up/down to the horseshoes fall and the hotel, cost CAD 3 each way.

The price and the adicional tax that mislead the search in booking. The price doesn’t include breakfast or parking. The parking outside the hotel cost CAD25 overnight.

didn't like the idea of paying for parking. It seems to be a money grab for your customers. Also the parking across the street should be discounted a bit more. Didn't leave a great taste in our mouth that parking was not included in the price.

My family and I love the Four Points, the value for the money is exceptional. However, on this visit the bed was not great, we slept on it for two nights and couldn't walk, we had to have it exchange for a new one, which they did immediately. Also, we lost power in our bathroom for about a 1/2 hour on the second day but they fixed that asap. The location is ideal. We can go to multiple places nearby without leaving the hotel (we can use the walkways!). It's fabulous.

I didn't like that the bed hurt my back. It is always way to warm everywhere there. In the room we can set the ac so it's not a bad thing, just some input. I wish they provided room service, at least breakfast would be good. The cost of food in the area (quality food anyways) is almost prohibitive.

View of the falls was very limited by trees in front of falls. I feel that calling my rooms Falls views was an exaggeration, when we could only see the river and the top edge of the falls.

I like how they don’t have a age requirement which gives young couples a chance to go on getaways. I loved this hotel and all of the amenities it had to offer, it was in a perfect location. The hotel was connected to a Casino and had a lot of restaurants inside of the actual hotel alone. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk from the falls (we took the lift at MarineLand) and it was around 15 minutes from Clifton Park. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is beautiful. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a view to the falls. The bed was huge and very comfortable, big screen TV. I was sad to only stay one night. The walk to the falls is about 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful as well.

I loved everything about the hotel, however there is an Ihop restaurant inside the hotel, which is terrible. Do not eat there, the worse food ever and very, very expensive.

I loved the indoor walkway to restaurants like TGIF, I-Hope, Casino, Hilton Hotels, and Fallsview. My children of 8 and 12 loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the jets in the hot tub. I took on deck parking for a little extra because I had stored 4 bikes in my truck where the valet watched over them for 3 nights. A short walk down Murray street took us right to the falls. walking to Clifton hill took 20 minutes because of my 8-year-old daughter, but we reached everywhere quickly with my bikes. besides, I stayed at other hotels and elevator wait times are crazy and you have to book pool time impossible to get into pools. This place is better.

The price could have been better but you are virtually in the Casino so gamblers would not mind.

Nice large room, comfy bed, pillows, sheets. There's a mini-ref and microwave, but perhaps they haven't finished furnishing the room since they were on the floor. There's also only one chair in a space that could have accommodated more, or a sofa. But it was ok with us, there was plenty of room and clean floor space for a yoga mat. The location is great - near to restaurants, can walk to the falls. Parking is right across the street (there's a nearer option for a lot more money)

Another chair, or a sofa would add comfort especially since there was plenty of room for them. As I recall, the fridge and microwave were not mentioned in the room description - it was a pleasant surprise, but would be good to know in advance. I brought a mini-fridge because I needed my medication refrigerated, which I wouldn't have done if I'd known.

Convenience of not having to go outside in icy conditions. Easy indoor access to casino, new olg stage, parking and many restaurants. Comfortable beds, large rooms and great view of falls. All staff we interacted with were first class!

Leaking faucet in tub, some very small cleaning oversights when room was prepared but very minor stuff. Very late offer for turndown service

I liked how friendly the staff was, how warm and inviting the room was, the bed was so comfortable. I also like how clean the hotel was.

I didn't like that it was hard to get hot water i the shower and jacuzzi. I was also a little put off that the lady that checked us in was kind of pushy with saying next time we book a stay we should book directly with the hotel website and not a third party site.
