The property is well maintained and is located in a quiet section of old Montreal. The staff are friendly and attentive to all the request I’ve made(toilet paper, towels, tooth brush). Additionally, i enjoyed the 60/70s theme and decor of the hotel. The breakfast every morning was a great addition to the stay(pastries , cheese, yogurt, and juice).
With the covid-19 restrictions, house cleaning was not provided.

If you are a quasi history buff, this is the place for you to learn about the '67 World Expo in Montreal. (We visited the '67 Biosphere via the wonderful and very clean Metro too.) The hotel is a museum of sorts, dedicated to the above, and each room has a turntable and older/obscure French and English records. My room had Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield; the intro was made into theme song to The Exorcist (and to Halloween, albeit that version is syncopated differently) – very cool! Uville's location cannot be beat either, with everything you need very close by – park your vehicle on the Grand Pier for $35 CD a day (a very reasonable fee) – and the Metro is an easy 10-minute walk; Chinatown (so fab), Gibby's (an institution unto itself), Slice + Soda (true NYC Neapolitan-pizza style) and numerous other very good eateries/shops are very close; and UVille's staff was so wonderfully accommodating and welcoming to Americans, as is nearly all of Montreal. Next time I'm in Montreal, I will stay here again for sure.
No free beer! (Kidding.)

Very modern amenities, cool 60's-70's retro museum theme throughout. Perfect location, close to the water, and only a block away from the main Street in Old Montréal, also very walkable to downtown Montréal. Anyone who is a hockey fan (or even a sports fan) should request the hockey themed room. A small in/out parking lot is only a block away and can be billed thorough the hotel.
The breakfast "basket" delivered to you room every morning was a really great concept, however we would have preferred a hot breakfast. Alternatively, even being able to choose certain breakfast items for the basket each day would have been a nice option.

The location could not be better. It was perfect for exploring the city and getting around either on foot or public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The museum aspect of the hotel - exhibits about the Montreal Expo of the 1960s - 70s and Montreal itself during that time period was interesting and very well done. The facilities were great, the small cafe in the lobby was excellent.
Breakfast was good but there wasn't any choice of anything and some of what was brought to the room were things that we didn't much care for, so it was a bit wasted. There was coffee for a Keurig machine in the room, but my girlfriend drinks tea and had to go downstairs to get her tea.

The concept of the whole hotel is very interesting - it doubles down as a museum with photography and info in each floor and room on Expo 67 - like a travel back to the late 1960s... including the typical décor. The bed was very comfortable, room very clean and light, in a quite street but centrally located in the old town (the best possible location to visit Montreal - actually just a few steps from where Montreal started as a city centuries ago), staff was amazing. Also has a cocktail bar. The room is very quite - you cannot even hear the usual hum of the air-conditioning - however (see below) - there is still some noise.
Although the room is very quite in general, we could hear people walking on the room above us, and flushing toilers and taking showers. Not the best thing when the bed and wake-up times do not match with the neighbors above. For gluten-free people, the breakfast option is limited - basically only the sweet stuff (a lot of sugar). Good thing is that there is an amazing gluten-free, keto-friendly bakery around the corner (Le Marquis).

We loved everything about this hotel. Location, which was in Old Montreal, and close to the water, very close to many restaurants. We loved the retro design of the hotel. We loved the little baskets of breakfast that they hung on the hook outside our door - which was fresh, tasty and really perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary, and I remarked to the staff that it seemed to me that the cleaning staff used a toothbrush to clean the bathrooms. What a wonderful place to stay. It is a hotel and quasi museum - just a delight. Staff were awesome, friendly and we would definitely stay here again.
There were no negatives whatsoever about this hotel stay.

Very quiet central location perfect for walking to most attractions. The most enormous, comfortable bed ever. The history of the Expo67 all around the hotel was fascinating. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although the breakfast basket was complimentary, it was a bit meager, and occasionally the bread was stale. I would not have minded paying a little extra for a proper fresh breakfast. The light switches were very annoying, being rocker-type dimmer switches for every light. Dimmers and LED bulbs are not a good combination.

We loved the personal touches of the hotel, what a unique concept and allowed us to learn about the city during our stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They had great recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning was such a nice touch! Location was awesome, steps from all the activities we were planning. The room was comfortable and quiet (we faced a side street and not the main road, so that has benefits and drawbacks) Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Montreal.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, and I also really liked the style that was both clean and playful at the same time, and definitely unique. This hotel pays a lot of attention to detail. For example, on the TV in my room they had slide shows that explained the theme of the room and Montreal history. My room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I also liked that there was a little fridge and that the TV had Chromecast. In the lobby you could get free coffee and tea and there was a nice little area where you could sit. I was really happy I chose to stay here.
I liked the idea of the little breakfast basket that gets delivered to your door every morning. After a week of eating basically the exact same thing each day I just wished there had been a little more variety in the contents or perhaps a form that would let you pick between 2-3 options for the next day. The other thing I wished I could have done was open a window. The old windows are beautiful and the AC worked very well, but a little fresh air would have been nice.

I thought the breakfast was really well done. I loved that it was delivered to our room and hung on the wall(not left on the floor) for us to grab at our leisure and have breakfast in bed!! Or we could take it to the lobby and eat at the dining area there.
Parking was a nightmare. All of the overnight lots were full. We spent over 2 hours just driving around trying to park the car for the weekend. In the hotels defense, it was a long weekend so lots of extra people in the city.
