Great property itself, very clean and spacious.

Unfortunately, it was a very noise location, due to old town and roads which make sounds! plus great audibility inside the hotel… I heard a party on floors above me until 1pm… Noise is 10/10. I couldn’t sleep peacefully all 2 nights of my sleep

amazing property. Very big apartment, clean and absolutely gorgeous. i would say, it’s much more than I expected. I stayed so many times in Montreal, but this place is the best. highly recommended. parking is just 20 meters away and not very expensive (25$ daily). may be a little noisy at night, but it did not bother us at all. Located just in the heart of the Old city. a few steps away from the old port.

Great location - central to lots of restaurants, tourist sights and night life! Close enough walk to Downtown as well! The rooms themselves look exactly like the picture and the staff were always very courteous in replying to my messages/changes. Everything you could need is there for you, in a safe and reliable location, I would definitely book again!

It is close to nightlife so that can be a downside for some, but if you’re coming with the intention of looking for a nice bar you’re in the perfect spot. The rooms have noise monitors plugged in which would have been nice to know prior to check-in. Being a group of girls in a new city and seeing them plugged in the wall freaked out some less travelled guests - but it didn’t affect our stay!

This was quite a find, right in the heart of Old Montréal at a reasonable price and with so much space! Self check-in went smoothly, the property quickly responded to my messages/questions, the facilities were great and the location couldn't be better - close to fantastic restaurants, bars, and sights. Really couldn't ask for more!

The property exceeded our expectations but there was one small pet peeve - a lovely huge bathroom but nowhere to hang the bath towels up to dry! Please, a single rack/ rod would be a great addition - there's certainly the space! ;-)

Spacious,clean.Their was six people in our party four adults and two kids age 13 and 11 and we were not falling over each other.Their cleaning staff were wonderful.It was also located in a convenient area to things to see.

Didn’t like that our washer/dryer combo wasn’t working but the management allowed us access to another machine which was very nice.Also our dishwasher had a flashing code 2 which made it unusable but this was a minor inconvenience as dish soap was provided so it was and easy thing to wash the dishes we used.

The location was incredible. It was just on the next street to the Notre Dam Basilica and very close to the Port and the historic old precinct. The apartment is also a short walk to the Convention centre - Palais des Congres. The apartment was well appointed and modern and comfortable.

There are no lifts and it can be a struggle if you had a heavy suitcase like I did and had an apartment in a higher floor. Life would have been easy if salt, pepper and sugar was provided. It is not worth buying them for tourists who only stay a few days.

I read some not so great reviews and was worried but I was blown away. Our room looked just like the pictures on the website. Clean. Comfortable. Everything was provided. We only got one bath towel and one face towel per person for the entire stay. It was only two nights luckily but I guess I could have done laundry if I stayed longer. No floor towel. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. We came home very late so I did not notice the street sounds or people but bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. We had room 303 which you couldn’t feel the base from the restaurant downstairs. The location is amazing. I used the iron and ironing board, hair dryer and toaster. All Functional. This place isn’t cleaned daily like a hotel, so don’t expect that. It’s cleaned before arrival and after departure. I would definitely stay here again. Room 303- the loft was perfect

The place could have used more towels.

Location was great, the room was spacious and plenty of toilet paper was provided! Extra sheets and bedding provided for the sofa bed as well which was a bonus

More towel could be provided, there were no hand towels or anything to wipe up in the kitchen, there was no fan in the bathroom so it got pretty steamy in there. There's also no elevator so be aware if you cannot make it up 4 flights of stairs

not possible to keep water from splashing onto bathroom floor. no place to hang towels, light switches for entryway only work when light is left on over the bed, not clear how to lock the door from inside the apartment. interior bolt actuator needed to be in horizontal position to be able to lock the door when leaving. None of this was explained

Very spacious and super clean! Would definitely recommend! They also message you throughout your stay to help you around if anything. It is also a very quiet area but looks “messy” cause of the construction right in front. Nonetheless, the inside was the contraire of outside. Very clean and cozy.

It would be nice to have cleaning supplies just in case I drop something on the floor like food. I couldn’t find the broom to clean up after myself.
