Good room with a nice bathroom/shower and good bathroom products. The breakfast that went with the room was really good and convenient (I actually chose this hotel because of this, I didn’t want to look around for a place to eat when I start my day). The hotel was at a great location. There was coffee and fruit availability 24/7.And the staff were all nice people!!! Very helpful and communicated well. The concierge desk provided directions and great help. It was pouring rain when my taxi for my departure- they made sure I was dry from the rain and carried my luggages.Good was very good, loved the bagels (I didn’t have to go to Viatuer to taste the Montreal bagel there). Liked that the hotel is only 4 floors because it’s more convenient and personal. Loved this hotel and will come back and recommend it!

The stairs going up the front door, they were a little tight with NO handrail to grab getting up and opening the heavy door. RAILS would help. At the breakfast room, the coffee maker should be down there - you had to go through a few steps upstairs to get a refill of coffee. I had a knee problem and it was difficult to go up and down.

We really loved the hotel. We were booked on a cruise and wanted to enjoy a couple of days in Montreal prior to leaving. The hotel is in an exceptional location (esp for a cruise departure). The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the staff, who were very friendly and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was simple but very nice, and the always available espresso was a nice treat. Would definitely stay there again. The Vieux Port area is lovely, with lots of restaurants and bars (and we did not hear the street noise in our room).

We travel often and this is one of the best hotels that we have visited. Absolute perfection! The bed was so comfortable, that we asked for the brand name. The shower and water pressure was the best we've ever had. The decor was modern and the room was very clean. The breakfast included many protein options including ham, boiled eggs, cheese, and yogurt. The bread selection varied from local bakeries, including bagels daily from St. Viateur. We love that they support local businesses! Complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit all day was a nice treat and the teas came from a local tea shop. The best part of the hotel was the amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made you feel right at home. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations for restaurants, directions, or more. Andrea and her colleagues were so happy to help. We will return to Montreal to stay with them again. If we could have more that a 10 rating, we would.

We should have stayed longer.

This is a outstanding botique hotel literaly on the oldest street in Montreal. It has retained some of the old bricks from the original building. Staff are incredibly helpful and they will make you coffee 24/7. Breakfast is also included. The bed is comfortable and good new bathroom. It is literally inside the old town so you simply walk out of the hotel into the old town!

The rooms are a little on the small side so the room we were in meant we could not have both our suitcases at the same time, but that would not stop us staying there again as it is simply a wonderful hotel

Being in Old Montreal, the location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by cobbled streets, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, and an overall cozy vibe. You’re also about a 20-25 minute walk downtown and about 1 hour from Mont Royal—so the city is very walkable for someone with good shoes (and perhaps someone who doesn’t want to pay for an Uber each time). There’s also a surprising amount of space in the rooms for being called “Le Petit Hotel.” The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. The staff was helpful. The BEST part for me, however, was the shower. It had multiple spouts/jets and—where I’m from—THAT’S luxury.

Canada is an expensive country. Montreal is an expensive city. And Old Montreal—where the city is located—is an expensive area. So I wasn’t too surprised by the price tag for 4 nights (including breakfast) but I felt like it was a BIT more expensive than it should’ve been (~20%). That’s being nit-picky though. The breakfast could’ve been a bit better. There is coffee, apples and oranges, juices, yogurt, sliced meat and cheese (as seen in European hotels), and, of course, an assortment of croissants and breads. The breakfast area is small, so I recommend getting there earlier (8AM) if you’re eating in the designated area.

This hotel was great. We arrived in Montreal from a cruise ship and the hotel was an easy 5 minute walk from the pier. We arrived early in the day and our room was not ready so the hotel staff stored our luggage and gave us a map of the area and ideas on things to see. The hotel is located in the Old Town of Montreal and has all the charm of an old building with all the modern amenities of a new hotel. We had a very comfortable stay and a very nice continental breakfast. The staff that we interacted with were all very helpful and friendly.

After a long day of walking around the city, we returned back at the hotel at around 3:30 only to find that our room was not ready. There were 3 other couples also waiting in the lobby for rooms. We were not able to get into our rooms until well after 4PM. We were told this was due to people not checking out until noon and the rooms needing to be cleaned and (possibly) not enough staff to accomplish this timely.

The room was quite big and clean, I chose it mainly due to reviews and was not disappointed. We did not have breakfast during the 3 days we stayed but got coffee, latte, and hot chocolate throughout the day and they were all excellent. The location was close to everything and convenient enough to reach anywhere we wanted. The staff was friendly and because we are night owls, we got the chance to chat with Osman and he went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying anywhere in Old Montreal.

The room was well laid out and reflected the history of the area of the Old Port. As for the breakfast it provided what you needed to get started in the morning plus you have a lovely sitting area for breakfast. The location is why you stay here, if you want to be in Vieux Port when you're in Montreal then this is it. Close to great restaurants and lively bars or just hang out and soak in the centuries of history. Turn right or left from the front door and you'll find fun and adventure.

I thought the bed was a little soft but that's just me, others would probably love it. It is cozy and it does cradle you but all mornings I found myself forcing myself out of bed. Probably good they don't have room service I wouldn't have left.

Breakfast was fresh - croissants, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels. Rooms were clean, Comfortable, modern. Le Petit was central to everything - waterfront, restaurants, musrums, art galleries. Best asset is the hotel staff - Andrea, Jeremy - outstanding customer service!

Another property had an underground electrical fire so power was out around our hotel. This knocked out cable, internet for our last night and the smell of smoke lingered but we had lights and heat which was far better than other hotels around us!

Staff was awesome. Our room was appointed in a modern fashion. The bathroom had top flight fixtures and the shower was a multi spray wonder! We were located in Old Town Montreal. We loved that we were situated in the quiet part of old town but everything was literally a few minute walk.

The room itself was smallish but not what I would call cramped. You just don't have much space for walking around in your room. Bathroom was really cool and the shower slightly small.
