The place was clean and had great amenities. It was well situated in old Montreal with variety of restaurants and sites to see in the area. Parking was not available, but was easy enough to find across the street at the port.

Couch was very comfortable, but was filled with down - as such, there were feathers all over the couch when we arrived, and upon using, feathers continued to come out. During our stay, WiFi, the node had to be reset daily which was frustrating. However, the host did offer to connect us to another apartment's node, which we declined. View was of the back alley, despite advertising city-view.

This is a well-presented, spacious apartment in the centre of the old city. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is excellent for people wanting to explore the old city and the waterfront. The Museum of Archaeology and History across the square (Place Royal) is excellent and worth a visit. Also there's a good cafe (Tommy's) for morning coffee just around the corner. We found access to the metro and bus systems easily accessible, which opened up the whole of Montreal.

Not much it was all very good. The restaurants in the adjoining building were a bit noisy until about 10:00pm, but didn't disturb us.

The location could not be any better, I will be returning soon. First night the power was out, no emergency lighting in the unit or candles. Used my phone to navigate about . No access to the Internet to receive WI-Fi information. Had no choice but to go to bed and not enjoy what I paid for. No welcome information or stationary to write on.Other than lofty pillows and long black hairs throughout unit on the floors......I really like the place. I feel a bit ripped off for the first night, however I feel no need to look elsewhere for accommodations in old Montreal. Not sure about the breakfast you had mentioned in the intro of this section. Was I to receive more than had ?

No welcome information....no perk's

I almost hesitate to write a review because I'd love it to remain one of those undiscovered gems! The location could not be better. Right in the middle of old town looking out at the old port. It is right above 2 restaurants - I never heard a thing, so bravo on the soundproofing. Garbage truck noise has been mentiioned in other reviews. I SO recommend packing ear plugs because obnoxious noise can happen anywhere. It is spacious, clean, modern and well kept. And the views out the front and side were spectacular. Didn't use the kitchen but it's well stocked with pots, plates, utensils. The managers were quickly responsive to questions. Pro tip: If the elevator isn't responding it is probably just because someone on another floor left the gate ajar.

Really the one and only thing that would be a concern is if you can't do a few short flights of stairs and the elevator issue is happening (see above). It might be good to put a bit more info in the description or the after-booking instructions about the dimensions for someone who might need to get a mobility device into it.

Cool loft with a New York City/Paris vibe in the heart of Old Montreal. Didn’t expect a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room so that was a nice surprise. Couldn’t ask for a better location and view (try to get the water view). Close to many major sites. If you want to see the rest of the city on your own and on a budget, I suggest going via their Metro. Closest Metro is Place D’Armes. We purchased a 3 day pass and hopped on/off to many other sites. It felt like having a home away from home. LOVED IT!

Maybe explain how to use the old fashioned elevator when sending door codes. It was also hard to open. It didn’t work one day because someone didn’t close it fully on the third floor (even though we were on fourth floor) but we figured it out and got it working again.

The location was phenomenal, as was the communication from the property. I moved to this space after experiencing issues with another rental and had my dog with me and was accommodated as a last minute request right before the holidays. Top notch professionally run rental property. We enjoyed being so close to many sights, having an area to walk the dog right across the street, and the quaintness of the apartment. Very picturesque with the snow!

Nothing, it was great.

The location was superb, with lots to do in the area and a view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River from all windows. We were amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment and the amenities - even and washer and dryer! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. And that shower! And most importantly, it was easy to communicate with Luxury in Transit. Any time I had a question, they answered immediately.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Maybe only that I can’t live there permanently!

Amazing location and such stylish accommodation.

No staff to connect with in person. I was also disappointed when I was sent an invoice less than 24 hours beforehand saying they were charging me $75 for my pet event though the website said there was no fee for pets. The staff member was disagreeing with me, but I had the screenshots to demonstrate it. She waived it eventually, but I didn’t like the bait and switch past the period of free cancellation.

Location was excellent and I very much plan to stay here again next time we visit Montreal. Loved having a full kitchen and ability to do laundry.

Just a few small things would have made our stay even better - a few extra towels (we stayed for more than a couple nights), a garbage can in the bathroom, and option for softer pillows for the bed. The pillows available were just very large and stiff.

Fantastic location near the port and water and just around the corner from the charming old town. Great cafes, bars and restaurants were less than a two minute walk.

The property is situated right above a strip of bars and restaurants. There was a club directly underneath our bedroom that had loud music until 2am. You could not only hear the music but feel the vibrations shake the floors and walls.
