Property is very clean and well maintained. Our space was private but very accessible and offered all the amenities we needed. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish bath. What stands out about this place though is the service of the staff. They are very kind and very accommodating.

The only drawback is that the room cannot be heated and it can get a little cold, but not too bad. Conversely the bathroom has no climate control and the design acts almost as a sauna, so it can get very warm, and you can only take baths as there is not a mount for the shower head. However, if I were to take a shower my head would touch the ceiling.

I loved the location because it was very quiet and away from all of the traffic and the staff was very friendly, the room service was very affordable and breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place and the suite with the tub and shower is huge. Highly recommend this place.

I had booked two rooms on accident and then cancelled one but they thought I had cancelled both so I had the suite only for two days and then had to move rooms the next day but that wasn't really their fault and honestly the staff and everyone were extremely friendly and very accommodating.

I am from the United States and speak very little Spanish. The staff was efficient at using a translator. There was no problems communicating. The staff was always available 24-7 and very helpful and polite

That the restaurant didn't offer any dessert. Something authentic Colombian would have been nice. However the food in general was excellent, I ate in most of my stay.

Amazing location. Your between Rio negro and El Carmen. A few minutes in each direction and your in the center of each town. Very relaxing stay. Beautiful hotel. Everything is brand new. The views of the gardens are all around you. Gated access makes for amazing security. Easy location to find, just across from the university of antioquia (east campus). The staff very friendly and helpful. We are definitely staying here again

Amazing!! The relaxation. The tranquility. The picturesque scene of gardens around you and tropical fruit growing on the trees. The private hot tub that comes with the Chalet room is the best!! It’s a spa like feel with a modern twist and everything you need (air conditioner, tv, fridge, huge bathroom, private entrance).

Great value for money. The location and the staff were great.

Bed is like two singles put together, which leaves a vacuum in the middle. Also rooms are a bit smaller than in pictures, and noise can be heard from other rooms, especially at night.

It's a cute room outside. Nice scenery. Cute dog who's friendly and likes to share food. It's different from your typical hotel

The workers in the morning made noises, and I couldn't sleep longer. But it's fine, I'm not here to sleep 🤣

Apartment is a walk up a hill and away from main hotel. Restaurant is a separate cabin outside which is cold.

It’s a beautiful place to stay.

We stayed in the cabin, the only one there and some of the windows no longer were covered with the film to avoid eyes looking into the cabin from outside. They need to be replaced.

Great service, very quiet and peaceful location! Would definately recommend!!! The cabin we had was simple and super cute. We enjoyed the hottube. Alexander was very nice!! Very affordable.
