The room location is perfect inside the Diocletian's Palace. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast served in one of the two small and nice restaurants (with good food) in the small square just outside the room building. Nice atmosphere.

A bit disappointing that a glass of orange juice had to be paid for (i.e. not included in the breakfast).

Perfect location at the heart of the old town. Despite the busy location the apartments are tucked away in a lovely quiet spot with absolutely no noise present inside. The room and bathroom appear to have been recently updated, spotlessly clean and were perfect for what we needed. The outside terrace was also very nice and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant, excellent. Communication with Domina was great, she helped ensure a stress free check-in and out. We would happily stay here again.

Only very small points, instant coffee and black tea provided in the room would have been nice. The room was a little smaller than we thought it might be, but the addition of the terrace made up for this.

The location directly in old town is what makes this room special. A water kettle was in the room as well as tea and cups. The room was very clean. The little bottles of shampoo and necessities was really appreciated.

I was in room 1, it’s not the owners fault but it was really hard to sleep because at all time there was a LOT of noise. The room isn’t I isolated sound wise so even with windows closed, it felt like people were in my room. Also at 7am the restaurants set up their tables outside so you hear them dragging the tables around the pavements which if you are a light sleeper will wake you up. I also wasn’t feeling really safe as a solo traveler as the main entry was open to all so not my best nights sleep. Also I understand that it’s a B&B but it would’ve been nice to have someone in person when arriving as well as a water bottle in the fridge.

We have stayed in many properties in many places but the Aborda Room we stayed in surpasses all others. Spacious room, perfect location in the Old Town, 2 first class restaurants on our doorstep (see pic), one of which (Konoba Korea) provided breakfast as part of the deal and 10% discount for guests, comfortable bed and best pillows ever, Smart TV, excellent communications from Domina from making reservations until we checked out. As our flight from Dublin was delayed we were so grateful for the reservation she kindly made for us in Konoba Korta as the last available table was waiting for us on our arrival. Thanks Domina for all your assistance, if anyone is heading to Split for a few days I highly recommend Aborda Rooms to you!

If have to write something here it’s having to pay for second coffees when first small coffee was always going to be finished by time breakfast food arrived

We stayed here for one night prior to travelling on to the Dalmation Islands. With hindsight it would have been good to spend more time at Aborda Rooms as the location within the historic city is so good and within easy walking distance of Split's main attractions. We found the hotel spotless, all key amenities were provided, really comfortable (air conditioning worked perfectly) and lovely views from windows to the charming restaurant courtyard. Really good shower and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served in the lovely adjacent restaurant. The Hotel is within easy walking distance (15 min) of the Ferry Port and local beach and central to places of interest, restaurants and bars, yet still wonderfully tranquil. Can't wait to return.

Aborda Rooms are very well located for exploring Split as you are located within the UNESCO World heritage of Diocletian's Palace. You are only 5 mins walk from the port area and the main night life strip area. Our room was a high standard, very clean with a fridge, kettle and large TV and the shower was hot and powerful. Our host was always available on the phone and allowed us to store our luggage after we had checked out. Breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant just outside in the courtyard, everything was freshly prepared and the omelette was delicious! We were given great beach towels to use at the local beach.

Aborda Rooms are just rooms - there are no other facilities at the premises. The rooms are not cleaned daily, we were there for 4 nights and our towels were changed once but we were told to just ask and fresh towels would be available. It is ideal if you don't want to meet anyone and you just need a nice room to sleep in but if you are looking for something with a nice reception area with local information then you won't get that here. Breakfast is great and you can have one coffee but it you would like a second coffee or orange juice then that is extra. There is a fridge in the room and it might have been nice if water was supplied.

Location was excellent, within the walls of Diocletian palace and very close to the silver gate and the peristyle. The complimentary breakfast provided was excellent, and breakfast restaurant was located just outside of the entrance to Aborda Rooms, which was very convenient. The breakfast staff were great as was Domina, who checked us in and cleaned our rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern decor.

This is unavoidable but it does get noisy at night due to the surrounding restaurants, especially one located downstairs which is popular and often very busy.

Location is excellent. Easy to walk to from any transit and easy to find in old town. Bed was very comfortable. Lift and wine cooler were appreciated. AC was great. Portofino restaurant downstairs is really wonderful. Decent storage and sitting area.

Water kettle there but no instant coffee. Coffee shop is just a few minutes walk but we love our first coffee in bed. Reading lights blast over the whole bed. Not a deal breaker but one of us likes to read at night and had to use their phone flashlight.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. It was served in a delightful little square just outside the hotel. We paid an extra $10 for a private patio attached to our bedroom. It was filled with various plants and had enough seating so our traveling companions who were staying in the hotel as well could join us. Location is excellent as it is a few steps away from the Peristyle but tucked away in a nook, so off the beaten track of tourists. Also, very close to both Silver and Golden Gates which are exit points to taxis and uber pick-up locations.

Very central location, easy to access and with lift! Nicely renovated and beautiful shower. Extremely comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. Nice gesture having some sweets. Hosts easy to communicate with but not present in person, only text.

Bottom house door not locked so feels a little uneasy at night. Map and pictures how to find the entrance would be helpful. Room is a bit dark with no real view. With bed facing entrance to apartment it feels a bit like sleeping in the hallway. I would re-arrange the furniture and get rid of blue lit clock as it’s too bright at night.
