Excellent location of the hotel in the city center. The hotel is new, clean, with a beautiful design. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts were of good quality. Kristina helped us a lot with the reception in organizing a private tour of Prague and other useful tips. We are very grateful to her for this! This made our stay in the city even easier and more enjoyable. I definitely recommend the hotel!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was immaculately clean and always smelt fresh (I guess that's why it's named Hotel Essence)! Breakfast was good and the location of the property was excellent - 5 minutes walk to the Old Town square. The rooms are a great size with an oversize bathroom. However the best thing about this hotel is the Reception staff - they were super friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions. The best trained staff I have come across in my 2 months of travel across Europe😊

The hotel is one of the best during my travel history. The location is unbeatable: 3 minutes from the main railway station,10-15 minutes calm walking from Staromestka square. In the very center, but the place is not noisy. The hotel itself is modern and functional, the bathroom is perfect with all necessary amenities. The breakfast deserves special words. Delicios and varied, even with champaign! The price for all this was more than reasonable. Last but not least: the personel is friendly and helpful, all our requests were adressed. Definetely for return. Большое спасибо за чудесное пребывание в Праге!

Everything was just perfect

My room was clean. Personel was professionel. Hotel is new. Breakfast is delicius. location is perfect. you can go to powder tower in 2 minutes by walking

sometimes, a bad smell was coming from our bathroom. But it wasnt continually. it didn't bother much but maybe it can be fixed.

I cant fault this hotel and it was perfect in every way. I was here for 6 nights. It was so clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room looked into an internal balcony, so I had a lovely view. The room was well laid out and there was plenty of space. Great, comfortable bed and pillows. A safe and a fridge and a storage place for a suitcase. The bathroom was lovely with a nice big shower and lots of hot water. Space around the handbasin to put your personal things. The aircon could be noisy if you didn't have it on the correct setting. The wifi was instant. There is a desk and an armchair and table to sit and have coffee. There is a kettle, coffee and tea. Close to all the sights, walking distance to everything. Also very close to many cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

a room for guests with disability requires improvement (extremely high bed for a disabled person); not very convenient entrance in the restaurant - buffet is located in the narrow passage right by the entrance, it creates crowds to pass through.

The staff were excellent. The location was excellent - a short walk from the train station and in amongst the old town. We were even offered free prosecco while checking in! Nice touch.

Twin beds instead of 1 bed, but that may have been my fault room selection.

We were trying to find a room at the last minute for the weekend to visit the Christmas Market. The places we have stayed in the past were sold out. Decided to try Hotel Essence as they had a triple room left- so we booked it- and what a find! Great location central to the train station, Christmas Markets and many other attractions. Secure building, nicely appointed, exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable with very nice linens, quiet room, great shower and a very good breakfast. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Welcome drink on arrival and a nice bottle of Prosecco in the room were both thoughtful and most appreciated. Can highly recommend!

No negatives.

I will start with most important thing - breakfast! It was gorgeous! The organic yoghurt that they have is best I've ever tried, and selection itself is very generous and broad. Like omelet, sausages, coffee, tea, buns, salads, very good. But the yoghurt, it was so good it was main part of my breakfast with some berries and flakes. The room itself is modern and super clean. Impeccable bathroom with bathtub. Our room faced the inner yard, and although it's where the guests are walking on ground floor and we were on second, it was pretty quiet and good sleep. Place itself is very well located in my opinion, right beside some points of interest of Prague, and everything is easily reachable by walking.

It was pretty expensive, but probably deservedly so.

We had two rooms on level 3, next to each other. It was very quiet, comfortable beds, very good bathroom (separate shower), room safe available and kettle with tea, coffee and milk provided each day. The breakfast was superb:eat as much as you like: yogurts, cereals, egg/bacon/sausage/beans, continental, very good coffee etc etc. The hotel arranged transportation to the airport for us which was quite reasonably priced for four people for a half hour trip (850 Czech). Hotel was well located to explore the stunning Prague, with plenty of nearby (walkable) restaurants.

I could have stayed longer….but that was our choice!
