This hotel has nicely sized modern and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful and kind. The location inside a shopping mall is different but very convenient, as several places to snack, eat or drink are directly in front of the hotel. This is especially nice during the hot weather. The beach (Playa del Holi) is just a few hundreds meters away and easily accessible via a street behind the mall. Although the beach is more to sunbath and relax and less to swim due to low water quality (a river just flows into the ocean).

More an advice: The entrance is inside the shopping mall, so if you arrive by taxi you need carry your luggage quite a bit before you reach the actual entrance of the hotel. There you need to ring so they can let you enter and take the elevator to the actual front desk. Once you figured this out it's actually quite straight forward.

The staff is friendly and the location is perfect. You can take a route almost anywhere from the bus stop which is within walking distance from the hotel. The Uber pick-up is convenient and rapid. There are lots of shops in the shopping center and easy access to the beach and places to eat with a beach view!

Recently built hotel. Super clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool. Great buffet breakfast with a variety of mexican meals and custom eggs/omelet stand. Also offer fruit, yogurt, pastries, steamed vegetables, etc.

There is no direct access to the beach (you need to walk one block). But it's really close by, so no big deal.

The location is great. The hotel is comfortable and clean.

I didn't like the reception on the second floor. It's confusing when you first come.

Location if you want to be somewhat close to the airport, as well as the beach, shopping, restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The view from the room included part of the city and part of the ocean. The staff were efficient and friendly. I only ate at the hotel restaurant once and the food was really tasty.

The bathroom was divided into two areas. The toilet and shower were in a separate area and the sink was within the main room. It was convenient to have the hotel within the shopping mall if that's your thing, but you do have to walk through the mall entrance a bit to get to the main entrance to the hotel.

Safe location, close to shopping, great breakfast buffet, easy taxi or bus ride to the city center and the Malecon. Public access to the beach is right next to the Isla shopping village, as well as a taxi stand. The pool was well maintained. There are two excellent restaurants LaVaca (steak) and Campomar (seafood) right across the street from the Fiesta Inn and the La Isla shopping village. The staff were very helpful to non-Spanish speakers. We only had a few days in Puerto Vallarta and this location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Rainfall showers with plenty of hot water. The downstairs mall had plenty of eatery choices. Walking distance to fine restaurants. The receptionist and concierge were always helpful.

Hotel restaurant service was lacking. Was the only customer and I felt ignored. The food wasn't even served hot. I only ate there once during my one-week stay. One cup coffee machine in the room was never replenished with coffee or sugar.

Looks brand new in a nice mall.easy to take the bus to centrum.nice pool.

Breakfast not included in price.15 usd person extra per day .itis very good though. Not easy to get to the beach.can not open windows and balcony so nothing dries easily.no refigirator.

The hotel is fairly new and kept spotless. It’s located in a beautiful mall . In case it rains and you are stock there because it’s difficult to catch a cab there are options on restaurants. There is also a VIP Movie theater. The food in the hotel is pretty descent. The staff is really friendly.

The entrance to the hotel lobby is on the second floor. There is a 500 feet walk from the street to the hotel entrance so if it’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella, you will get wet.

great location (well, it depends o your needs) I was traveling as a remote employee so everything there suit my needs . the stores around are very nice and the zone has shopping and restaurants .

the difficulty to access to the hotel is a little bit complicated as many taxis or ubers drop you at the entrance of the mall . no other major issues .
