The view of the room was excellent dreamy.

Everything was great and excellent. Only, the day we arrived, we couldn't check in until about 5 pm because the room wasn't ready and the lobby man gave us offer of different and smaller and chipper room than our reservation without referring to this, and we were aware and we did not accept them. They especially do not any explanation for this issue and did not apologize for the delay, and this caused us difficulty, according to our traveled with our friends.

The only thing we didn't like is the location - its about a 10-15 minute walk to get to the nearest bars & restaurants and a bit further to the nearest metro. We mistakenly assumed that we would be close to the beach but it was too far to walk to.

rooms were spacious and clean breakfast was top shelf! staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful

pool was tiny and closed after 7pm tower for tram access was closed so beach or Olympic park access required long walks or cabs. otherwise good location for access to Las Ramblas and Gothic qtr.

Views of Barcelona are exceptional Door Staff really pleasant and helpful. Great coffee shop situated next to the hotel serving amazing roasted coffee and toasted sandwiches.

The restaurant/food at the hotel is pricy

Friendly staff, lovely room and bar area was fab with great cocktails. There was also a couple of shops next door to buy food and drink from.

Location is ok but not ideal. It’s a business hotel really and the pool was small with no open bar.

The hotel does not look like the picture but the staff is great and the rooms are nice and comfy. Great location if you are walker.

The side we stayed in overlooks the office buildings (world trade center) which is a bummer. It can be loud on the weekend with the echo between the buildings.

I was upgraded from my initial booking to a bigger room with better view than the last time I was there. The skyline and waters were visible, and it added to the experience, took some pictures at night and it was awesome to see.

The helpful and friendly staff as well as the rooftop bar and restaurant - great food with Barcelona as a spectacular backdrop.

The location was excellent for guests taking a cruise out of Barcelona. I terminal was adjacent to the church. It was also close the attractions that we were looking for.

The breakfast was okay but they didn't have enough variety and the price was high for what you obtained. I would not use the hotel's restaurant for brunch again. The channels on the TV were limited for English speaking guest. All we could view were news programs and they repeated themselves every 30 minutes.

Electricity went off for several minutes from time to time, staff was not always there to pick up the phone, you cannot charge breakfast to your room
