A dream place for kids

Small towels

The whole place is designed for kids (and kids at heart). Everywhere there were statues made with Lego, continuous activities for kids, and free access to water park and lego park. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel needs improvement on the cleanliness part. As soon as we got in the room, the sheets were dirty while during our stay, we had to replace some of the towels. The staff was happy to assist and replaced them immediately, but still.. In addition, the entire hotel including the rooms are covered with fitted carpet and even though it adds to the whole image, our kids got red spots while sitting on it.

Loved that our room was all Lego themed and we could choose the theme which suited our family. The treasure hunt when the kids entered the room was awesome! The staff in the restaurant as well as the lobby area were so nice and friendly. Our kids were sad when saying goodbye to them.

The room was a little small to fit all our luggage bags. But in saying that, we did bring a few too many bags.

Excellent facilities, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of activities for kids. Adults do get excited not less than the kids do.

A bit long wait during the checkin. It takes about 10 min to register one family. Also I missed a zone where adults can comfortably sit and have a meal and drink with a feel of a bar/restaurant but not the canteen.

The staff was great. The location was nice. The room was WOW for the kids and also the lobby that fit perfectly for them. Great for kids and need the legoland park and water park.

Part of the facilities could be a little bit better. Strangly, we asked for a blanket for the baby crib, and they said that they didn't have one.

Best hotel for kids to enjoy the activities and the workshop as well as the parks

We lost one of the items that we bought from the Lego store, and they investigate in professional way the issue and checked the CCTV and accordingly they decided to give us the same Lego box for free! Really appreciate their action!

the hotel is just amazing for the whole family. The lobby is amazing with an indoor playground very safe and fun with very nice entertainers that can keep the kids busy for a long time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes a very wide variety of food. The rooms are just fabulous and ideally designed for families with very comfortable bunkbeds section that comes with a tv and another section with a king bed for parents and their own tv, coffee maker, hair dryer. Slippers and dental kits are offered for the whole family. the bathroom has a state of the art shower. The blackouts are very good. The electric sockets are compatible to all electric plugs. The rooms are super clean. The best part of all is the treasure hunt in the room for kids. They just wouldn’t want to leave the hotel. It is ideally located at the entrance of Lego land and legoland water park and has its own swimming pool with a large shaded splash area for toddlers. It’s definitely one of the best hotel experiences for the whole family.

The hotel is excellent, having many activities to be enjoyed in the hotel itself, movie, pool, play area and lego pool for hours of fun and creativity

The towels in the bathroom are too small, no big towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Lego theme park and water park were fantastic. All staff members were extremely helpful, cheerful, and cooperative. Whenever we called room service for anything, they responded quickly (for example, when we asked for dental kits). The hotel is conveniently located near Motiongate, just a few minutes' walking distance away. Our 5-year-old twins had an amazing time on the rides, especially at the Smurfs Village and Dreamworld. Despite being a bit busy due to some school trips, we still had a great time.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food options, but if you arrive after 9:30 am, the area tends to become very crowded. I believe the space needs to be larger to accommodate the number of guests. Additionally, while the room was clean, it could benefit from better ventilation.
