Hotel is close to everything and anything Including food, jet ski rentals, pier 60, beach, shopping and more! For adults/parents food and drinks are on sight so you can sit back and watch the kiddos have fun no need to walk all over. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and able to accommodate any way they possibly can. Our flight wasn't till the evening, after check out they held onto our luggage so we can enjoy the day. Well be back in a few weeks!

Nothing bad to say

Staff was friendly, especially Mary in the gift shop and Everett in Engineering. Location, room type and on site restaurant.

Facilities are a little run down. Bunks in the suite could use some work. Toilets kept clogging, A/C control panels didn't work and the main units were a pain to get the temperature right. We saw ants in the room, arcade needs repairs, and the laundry room dryers (which we got fixed). The couch was horrible as well (dirty and uncomfortable). We sat in the other chairs.

This place is extremely family friendly! We booked a family room, the layout of which was unclear from the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to learn it was essentially an apartment! It was super comfy for our family and we were able to save money by making and eating many meals in the room. The pool is way nicer than it looks online also, and the tiki bar has a million different poolside concoctions. It was walking distance from the pier and tons of fun activities but also far enough out that there were some grocery options nearby.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Jimmy’s restaurant was chaos-we didn’t even know there was a kids menu until the third day we ate breakfast there, and we only found out bc our kid asked for a paper hat after seeing other kids get one.

Overall it was an amazing experience, the facility is perfect, the pool is good, 4-5 minutes walking from the beach it`s a very live area, prices were high due to high season, the value at this time was the best in the area but overall i think the whole area (Clearwater) was too expensive

i am not sure if it`s advantage or disadvantage but once you arrive clearwater, there is no COVID anywhere, not the virus but the procedures, no one is wearing masks, not the room service people, the police, the fire fighters, the people in the hotel, walking in the street, the only people i saw with masks were the front desk :)

The location was great! The room was very clean! I got the view I wanted. The beach was within walking distance which was great after a very long drive to get there.

The lady at the desk was not friendly or helpful at all when I checked in. She did not communicate well at all. She didn't give clear information on where to park or where the room was located.

The staff for the most part with the exception of two were exceptional. From the beginning to the end they made me feel as if I was home.

The night staff gentlemen was rude and unwelcoming. The parking staff was a bit abrasive he needs to relax. He was very helpful to others at times so training oils help.

Nice facility for an older hotel. Great location, easy parking. We especially liked Jimmy's Fish House. It's convenient, open for all meals, and has delicious food.

There were a few signs of wear, in the hallways especially, but they are minor. And typical of all but the newest hotels.

Great 3 floor view from balcony. Room a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Could use a room safe.

Staff on Tuesday evening at attached bar restaurant (Jimmy's) had issues, management didn't seem to care about timely service, restroom wo TP

Pool, Restaurant, bed, staff, location.

Shower curtain and rod allowed floor to get wet. Toilet ran, almost overflowed. Coffee maker did not work. Could not control air conditioner from the appliance itself; had to call guest services to learn how to lower it.

The best part of the property was the pool area which is right on the water. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every eventing. The location was excellent… close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc.

The lobby and decor are a bit tired out. However, that did not affect our stay.
