BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE LOCATION WAS SUPER CONVENIENT BECAUSE I HAD A CONFERENCE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER, WHICH IS WALKING DISTANCE.

Some areas of the hotel were under construction, but that didn't alter my stay. They clean the room every 4 days or you can ask for an extra cleaning whenever you need it, maybe 3 days is a better idea.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The tiny mini-mart in the lobby had high-protein drinks which came in clutch one morning. My car was undisturbed sitting in their garage for the 2 nights I stayed. The location had superb access to the convention center. I highly recommend it if you're attending an event there.

The bathroom felt dirty because some of the fixtures were old and not in good repair. For example, the bathroom mirror had paint on its frame that was delaminating and bubbling.

Staff was very friendly, the room was great with a beautiful view to the city. We also had breakfast and the buffet was very good! The staff was very attentive with the cleaning on the buffet area. Another benefit was that the hotel is located on an accesible area to hop on a train or a bus. Definitely will pick Double Tree again!

I'm trying to think if there was something wrong, but no. Everything was great!

It was great that the hotel was a walk-distance from the Oregon Convention Center. The staff was very helpful and friendly despite each doing the work of two or three (please, hire more staff!). The bed was very comfortable and I could have a good night sleep after a hectic day. The shower also had great hot water and everything was clean.

I wish there was a mini-fridge in the room.

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I liked the balcony room with somewhat of a view was nice.

We would have appreciated a fridge and a microwave in the room. My husband was little disappointed about that. We bring our own soft drinks do to the prices for one pop out of the pop machine. And we were not able to keep our beverages we brought cooled. Upon check in our room was not ready and we checked in about 5:30pm I believe and it was not ready. But the employee was nice enough to put us in the room with the balcony in which we enjoyed so it all worked out. Paying for parking, I admit I was not happy about that.

The room and clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at decent area in Portland and we can walk to restaurants from the hotel. Overall I had a pretty good stay.

My only downside was the breakfast. Breakfast is 21 bucks a person, and the food... wasn't that good. The breakfast was served lukewarm, the pancakes were rubbery. If this was a free continental breakfast, I could get past that, but asking for over 20 bucks a person seems a bit much.

The room was nice. The mattresses were divine! Staff were fabulous - helpful, friendly, and prompt when needed. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of towels. Air conditioning was wonderful, especially during this historic heat wave.

The pillows were terrible, especially when compare to the quality of the mattress. Toilet seat was loose and one towel bar was also loose on the wall. Didn't like having to request a fridge; should have had one in the room (possibly a change due to COVID). Very disappointed in limited room service hours and menu. Also overcharged for internet service - 4 duplicate charges for the second day of our 2-day stay.

It was a great location near a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The room was very spacious with a great bathroom with a nice tub and a nice city view.

There was no refrigerator in the room, not sure if you needed to ask for one, but myself and my husband were staying in a pretty nice room and I just thought that they were standard to any hotel room. It wasn’t a big deal but we went out for dinner and had leftovers and had no where to store them. Next time I stay there I will ask for a room that has one.
