It was very clean and in close proximity (walking distance)to our event we were going to.

Difficulty in checking in. The lady at the desk told me she couldn’t find my reservation even though I had given her the confirmation number. She asked me if I was sure I put it under my name and not my friends name. She eventually found it under my last name first. This was after about fifteen minutes. For the price of the stay it was a little aggravating to have so much trouble checking in. Also, other guests slamming doors at all hours.

What a find! This hotel is just amazing. Check-in was quick and easy (Kenny, I hope that was his name, was extremely friendly and courteous). The rooms are huge, clean and tidy. Refrigerator, ironing/board, power shower, USB charging points. Close to downtown and parking. Fitness suite was great. *This hotel was booked at the last minute, due to another hotel in the area letting us down.*

We were on a muti-city vacation and were in Milwaukee for just 2 nights. I really wish we could have stayed here for longer.

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker built into the bathroom mirror was a nice, unexpected bonus. The location of this hotel is ideal - it's a mere 2 blocks from a The Hop stop, an easy walk to the Third Ward and Westtown, and convenient to the Intermodal Station.

The view isn't great but there's not much you can do about that. I was able to see the Milwaukee River which is just about a block away, so that was nice.

Location was great the setup was like an apartment.The staff was friendly and helpful.The shower was nice and to my liking.The bed was comfy also. Overall good stay I'd say

My deposit for my room was a issue.One because of the card I used.I got only half of it back and it's almost been a week.Wheres the other half? Getting in and out the building late night can be bIt of an issue staff has to do it manually and if they're handling guests you're stuck waiting at the door. Paying $25 a night for parking 😬😳. But I payed only $11 through the kiosk so it wasn't as bad luckily it was only for a night wouldn't wanna pay that every night js.

Very spacious room and bathroom, with a good sized working station, multiple outlets available and a fair amount of sitting spots. The common areas as well as the room were clean and organized, and carpeting was limited to hallways. Friendly staff.

After check in both elevators went out of order and remained that way for the duration of my stay. Having to carry luggage down 2 levels of staircase was a bit of a hassle. It’s also worth mentioning that the room door is quite heavy, not very practical.

Great location! We were able to walk to Third Ward and explore restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, the Public Market, and the Lakefront! The front desk guy was super friendly. They have a small convenience store/section in the lobby which came in handy. The rooms were modern and clean. We paid for hotel parking and had no issue. It was a short ride to American Family Field which was convenient for us!

The bar closed much earlier than expected, however we stayed on a Thursday night so that likely played a role in this as well.

The location was great. It was ideal for our trip and it was super close to walk it to most of the museums. There were a lot of places to eat nearby and the staff was super helpful! They let us leave our stuff there for my group of 8 that took an Amtrak from Chicago and arrived a couple of hours before check in. They also let us leave our stuff there after check out while we went to have breakfast and enjoy the hours before our Amtrak ride back home. They gave us extra blankets and linen upon our request and were super friendly!

Only thing that I would have a small complain about was that we did not have a housekeeper who would take out our trash and dirty linen and towels because our stay was 2 nights and 3 days.

We had an excellent stay. Location was perfect for our stay. We have stay twice. Both times the rooms were very clean, beds so comfy! We love the pool and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The front desk staff was very kind on both of our stays. My daughter has developmental disabilities and this hotel is very easy to navigate with/for her.

Perfect for business travel in Milwaukee. Central location. Great facilities. Good room set up with working & relaxing areas. Good wifi. Good gym and swimming pool facilities. Parking available (additional costs apply). Great staff.

We enjoyed the Bluetooth accessibility with the mirror in the bathroom, very nice. The room was clean, had a Keurig, large window, and a comfy couch. Everything was well organized and provided a nice place to relax.

One thing that we didn’t like was the expensive snacks in the market. For the items being sold, they should not be so expensive.
