The staff was nice, but there was little interaction. The location was okayish if you plan to use the trains around Denmark. The complementary teas and such were a nice addition - they were not the usual cheapest thing you can find, but they tasted nice. The room was really clean and great value for money.

The 5th floor was the 5th + half floor to the attic. The room was cold, which was okay, but I expect it gets unbelievably hot in the summer. The bathroom was a bit small. The view was supposed to be a city view, but it was only a view of another building on the opposite and the rooftops of other similar buildings.

My wife liked the space, this is a large apartment, the weather was poor outside but the apartment was well heated and furnished particularly in the kitchen department. the area is very good, quiet, close to a park and the British embassy, close to the railway and metro stations and buses run through the road at regular intervals. We mostly walked into the town centre which took about 20 minutes. The little mermaid is a short walking distance away. There are many local shops and supermarkets within a few hundred metres of the apartment.

There was nothing we did not like (apart from the weather, it rained! ), but the chairs were not the most comfortable, although durable.

the living/bedroom was very cozy and the bedding super comfortable and the location had a great connection to public traffic also the check in system was very easy and comfortable

you gotta get a little used to the bathroom and if you dont like steps…well there is no lift but I personally didnt mind taking the steps also the kitchen was closed

Spacious ground floor apartment with bedroom, kitchen/dining area, and bathroom. Great location easily accessible to the city centre, especially by bike. Quiet, overlooking the leafy central courtyard on one side, and a quiet street on the other. Excellent coffee and pastries from the bakery just across the road.

The entrance to the ground floor apartments, which are across the road from the hotel reception, was through a totally unmarked door, which wasn't mentioned, even on the details provided by the hotel reception. I had to go back and get someone to come and show me where to get in. The door is the second one on the right, after one which does have the hotel's name on it, but which is actually a cupboard.

This is very close to downtown Copenhagen with an easy walk. There is also a train station very close by. The street is very quiet and you feel as though you are living as a local if that is what you are after. The staff are very accommodating although they are not always immediately available as the office is closed. However, when necessary staff is always a phone call away to assist if required. The free laundry service was great and much appreciated. The courtyard is lovely and really makes you feel like you are a resident rather than a tourist. The studios are well equipped for what you need to make simple meals.

Nothing really. It's a basic, clean, place to stay with pretty much what you need as long as you are not expecting luxury.

We were preparing for walking flights of stairs but got lucky and got checked in into a studio at the ground floor with entrance straight from the street. It was tiny but comfortable and had everything my friend and I needed for the three night stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The location is great- about 30min walking to the centre, or less than 10min to metro and train station Ostreport. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, there's a few grocery stores very close and an amazing bakery across the street.

The kitchen and bathroom seemed to have the heating on at all times, which made the whole place really warm and we didn't know how to regulate it. The check-in system is quite weird, as the reception is open only during short hours, so they send you an elaborate instuction on how to actually get into your studio. It's all fairly easy, though, and once you're there, it all makes sense

Close to the metro, about a 10 minute walk. Bakery and supermarket just across the street. Very handy to everything. Apartment clean and tidy with everything you would need.

I booked a studio apartment and I thought we would be on the ground floor but we were in an apartment on the 5th floor which was hard to hall luggage up 5 flights of stairs for an older couple. We arrived on a weekend and the office wasn’t open so couldn’t ask about changing locations.

Location was good. Very close to bus stop and also a small, but well stocked, supermarket. Great bakery across the street with the best croissants. Room was on ground floor as requested, so only a few steps to contend with to enter building. Room was spacious, with bedroom separate from living area.

Directions to find the actual unit within the building would have been good. Probably if you understood the Danish language it would have been easier. Bathroom rather small. Paintwork rather 'tired'.

Great location not far from the railway station and easily reachable by public transport. There's a little bike shop just down the road where you can hire bikes, which made the whole city very accessible as there are bike trails everywhere. The room was small but cosy and had everything we needed. I loved the big windows and that you could open them. Very comfortable beds.

Suggestion: If you're not fit choose a room lower as there are five flights of stairs to climb - which didn't bother us.

This was my second time staying here, and as before it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and the price was fair for Copenhagen. I especially appreciated having a fridge in the room and the tea/nescafe and tableware provided so that I could have snacks and beverages.

Neighborhood is a little quiet (although convenient for transit and not a long walk from the tourist sites).
