I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very responsive when I had trouble getting in after-hours (it's a little confusing, and I didn't read the instructions!) and when I asked my clothing iron to be replaced. Location was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood near a major train station. Room and common areas were spotlessly clean. The only thing that travelers should be aware of is that there are no blackout curtains so the sunlight is quite bright until very late at night and from very early in the morning during the long summer days.

We arrived early and the staff were welcoming and took our luggage in until the room was ready - then they made sure the luggage was in our room when we returned later in the afternoon. The suite was on the ground floor - so no lifting heavy luggage up stairs. The facilities were complete, with small kitchenette, good bathroom with an excellent shower and storage for toiletries. There were plenty of power points for electrical devices. Cupboard storage for clothes was excellent. The beds were comfortable and lighting good in all areas. A nice bakery was on the corner opposite our rooms, which served good coffee, savoury snacks and sweet pastries.

The location was a 15 minute walk from the nearest Metro (Trianglen) and nearest S Line (Osterport), which is a little hard with suitcases. But this is only a mild annoyance really.

The check-in process is easy, the accomodation was very clean, equipped with a complete kitchen set, tools & utensils and the complementary bathroom toiletries were spot on. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems perfectly safe, 6 minutes away walking distance to the metro station.

Some of the amenities (such as the iron) could be upgraded as they endured the test of time. Some extra extension cables for the electrical sockets would not be a bad idea.

These are the former servants' quarters under the roof of a classic 19th century Copenhagen apartment building with open city views that go on forever under Danish skies. These *are* sixth floor walkups, so not for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cozy double beds with warm quilts and a refrigerator are available.

Plenty of shampoo and soap, but no conditioner in the bathroom. Note that the bathrooms are very small, with just a curtain dividing the shower area from the toilet. The reception is only open working hours, making it difficult to see them if one is traveling on business (ie they requested showing a passport, which turned out to be impossible, given the schedule)

Great location and the free access to washing/drying machines was wonderful. There was also a nice view from the room. I appreciated that there was both a desk are and a chair/coffee table to set it. Made the space feel more comfy :-)

Shelves to put clothes on in the main room would have been nice to increase comfort for a longer stay.

The late arrival check in code to get my key did not work, and as my cell was out of battery I could not call the emergency phone no. So I had to walk with my luggage to friends nearby to call from there, and the nice young man in the phone gave me a code "That would work". It eventually did - but it should have done so from the beginning. " TV in the 2 rooms, but none om them work. But probably beginners problems as the apt (35.1) seemed to be completely newly renovated

The situation was excellent for the bus stop, The room and furnishing comfortable and clean. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries available. We explored the local area and walked to the Little Mermaid and enjoyed the garden a few minutes down the road.

Breakfast was not available or to be cooked in the kitchen. i understand that cooking might bring more work. There is no view back or front . Is there access to the courtyard behind? If guests had less mobility, the 5 or 6 steps wold be a difficulty.

The location was great - within walking distance to attractions but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It was also close to Østerport St. which is one of the main train stations. Self check-in was also smooth. We liked the kitchen in the room and used it to cook food a couple times. We would definitely come stay here next time we are in town.

Everything was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. If you are travelling on a budget or don't want to pay a fortune on fancy places, that is the place for you. They thought about everything...

The bathroom. It was clean and had everything you needed. Not a big deal for me.

Cosy one bedroom apartment - ideal for parents with a toddler - in a pleasant neighborhood with an excellent bakery almost opposite and a nearby metro / train station. Smooth out of hours check in and good communication from the hotel staff, though we never had a chance to meet them in person. The accommodation is not luxury, but felt very reasonable value for the price, and offered exactly what we needed - comfy beds, warmth, and room for a two year old to play.
