We had room 4132 and it had amazing windows with a beautiful view of the new quarter, the harbour and the sea. We almost missed our flight today because we sat on the windowsills for so long admiring the view and trying to remember this beautiful city! The room was designed by excellent designers, many solutions I wanted to apply in my flat during the next renovation.

From minuses it is absence of dryer for laundry, though there is a washing machine. Next is the lack of a towel dryer in the bathroom. And probably the main disadvantage in winter time is poor insulation of windows. The windows are amazing, but they were blowing and we had to put the window near the bed with all the pleiades that were in the room.

We found the apartment cosy, comfortable and well-appointed. It is stylish and modern with a balcony which we were able to use a little even though we were there in March. It was nice to have a reception area rather than have to pick up keys from a box with a number code. The receptionists were also helpful when we needed information. Public transport is very near by - metro, s-trains and buses, so getting around was very easy and convenient. The one suggestion we'd make is to have a choice of pillows. The ones in the bedroom were very soft. If a firmer pillow could be offered that would be appreciated.

E verything was good, but maybe get rid of the plastic plant on the bedroom window-sill - it was out of synch with the otherwise stylish look of the apartment.

Very nicely decorated apartment, with almost all that you might need. The location is very good, close to the metro station and modern new neighbourhoods in the harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used the gym, which is really large and actually useful. The apartment and whole hotel were spotless, including gym changing rooms.

Noise isolation in the apartment is poor and if you are unlucky, you can get waken up in the morning by the neighbour's kids running out of bed at 7 in the morning or yelling across the hall. There was no shoes cleaning kit nor drying rack, if anybody needs them. The gym was a bit crowded as it is used also by the gym members, not only by hotel guests, and some of the machines needs a membership. You need a swimming cap to be able to swim in the pool.

Modern apartment with balcony - perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring Copenhagen. Apartment was super comfortable, beds excellent , towels & bathrobes soft & fluffy! Plenty of room for all 4 of us. We loved that it was out of the hustle & bustle, felt very calming to come home, lovely neighbourhood. Try the Meny supermarket for high quality snacks & groceries. And don’t miss out on exploring Nordhavn - the walk around the waterfront, swimming area & cafes around there were super. We can recommend John & Woo, excellent grown-up dining/drinks & options for two fussy teenagers (burgers!). Or head away from the waterfront through a few local streets to a lovely park. My boys loved the pool at the hotel, simply stunning. Breakfast / cafe area was very good, lots of healthy options. Everything we needed was there inc shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom and kitchen supplies like dishwasher tabs, tea towels & washing up liquid. A couple of complimentary coffee pods & welcome chocs were a lovely touch. Every member of staff we spoken to was super friendly & always with a smile. One of the best places we’ve stayed at - don’t hesitate to book or be put off by the location. It’s a beautiful place!

I’m really struggling to think of anything - it was a fantastic place!

Good, quiet location. Clean property with good amenities. Was concerned it might be a bit too far from the attractions but wanted a 2 bedroom apartment for the space. The transport links were very good so we could enjoy staying in a quiet part of the city and get into the centre quickly,efficiently and at reasonable cost. Under floor heating in February. Molton Brown shower gel.

It would have been nice if the property was cleaned once during our 3 night stay and the kitchen bins emptied. Not a major problem though.

Well presented modern, very clean apartment. Easy to find and very central. The train station that links to the metro is minutes away and we used that frequently to get around. Very nice also to have a gym on the premises. We are a while on the road and it was great to sweat off a big of the travelling excesses...

The online apartment manual is a great idea but all the appliance manuals relate to appliances that were in the apartment some time ago - very minor first world problem...

The location is excellent, close to transportation, the water, and great restaurants. You are no more than 30 minutes away from anyplace in Copenhagen! They will store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, as well as after check-out so you can maximize your time seeing the sights.

Rugs in the room are a bit frayed and curling at the edges -- tripped over it once, but that was my fault.

Loved our room. Stylish, functional and cozy - well equipped. Loved the little touches like the yoga mat and hand weights. And the Molton Brown beauty products. Great location, metro couldn’t be closer. We loved the gym, pool and sauna, which had late access. All the staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Amazing interior design. The view... what is there to say? Like from a dream. The staff very kind and to the point. Nice complimentary chocolates and some coffee capsules, tea and cocoa. Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream, smelled amazing and felt amazing to the skin. Thick and fluffy towels. Well equipped fitness center. There is a parking building (for payment) right next to the place. S-train and metro within 5 minutes from the hotel. The neighborhood is very good and safe.

Breakfast a la cart for extra payment, so not included in the price.

High floor tower rooms are amazing! (I was informed high floors begin from floor 9) Stayed with a dog and there is a small park just a few meters from the place for quick doggy needs.

This was our second stay and there was a little more wear and tear on some of the cabinets than what we have seen in another room. Floors were starting to show their age.
