Very spacious room and well-located for getting around the city (or parkrun, very nearby). Several good shops in the immediate area, or not too far by walking or public transport to get just about anywhere. Very clean in the room and felt comfortable & safe. The lounge area is also nice to sit in for a break during the day. Staff were helpful during opening hours and by email.

Not sure if I was just unlucky, but there were 3 times in a 2-night stay where there was either no toilet paper in the bathroom I used, or a very low amount–and different bathrooms each time. I don't know why they don't just leave a few rolls in the bathrooms! Also I'm fine with limited staffed hours but I want to be able to make a tea at any time—there was no way to get hot water in the evenings. Finally, the floors were very squeaky loud and I felt I was always bothering everyone just walking around (the walls are thin). All these things weren't bad enough to turn me off from staying here again but I'd know to bring my own tp, earplugs & travel kettle haha

Despite the bathroom is shared, it was always clean and comfortable. I believe the price reflected the fact that the room didn’t have its own bathroom. There were 4 bathrooms on the floor so it wasn’t an issue. The whole place was stylishly decorated, it was nice to have a drink at their living room or the balcony. The bed was really comfortable even to my problem back. The room is spacious even we had an extra bed added. The breakfast was delicious, and I personally preferred it was a buffet to ensure limited food waste. The location was great, there were so many restaurants and cafes nearby. I really like their slippers and unfortunately I forgot to buy a pair before leaving, so will need to come back next time!

It would be great to include hair dryer in the room but it was available on demand. The hotel took up 2 floors in the building, the common area in the building was not as cozy and stylish as inside the hotel, but once you are inside it was welcoming and like home away from home.

staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great, only 3 mins away from the station and there were a lot of restuarants and shops nearby. Although there was no shower/toilet inside the room, I got no problem with it, did not have to wait for the toilet at all. The bathroom was very clean too (by the fact that it's shared with other travellers), I guess they cleaned the bathroom very regularly to keep it clean. Design was vintage style, good for people who want to experience old nordic style. they provide slippers. Good value for solo travellers to stay in copenhagen. Also, it was very closed to a famous coffee shop, April, please go try if you are a coffee lover!

It was an old building, although everything felt clean (e.g. bed, duvet cover) I could still feel the room was a bit damped. It was the only thing that I did not really like, other than that, everything was perfect.

Rooms and common areas are beautifully designed, with carefully selected furnishings and colors. The attention to detail creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is a real highlight, prepared fresh for each guest every morning, ensuring that no food is wasted.

For the price, I expected the rooms and beds to be tidied up during my 3-day stay. The shared bathrooms were well-equipped, but they would benefit from more frequent cleaning and checks. At times, soap was missing, trash bins were full, and the shower mat was not always available. Improving these aspects would elevate the experience to match the boutique hotel's overall quality.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and common areas were beautifully decorated. It was the perfect combination of hotel luxury and the feeling of living like a local. We got a room very close to the shared bathroom and we never had to wait in line.

You have to carry your bags up a steep stair to get to the hotel and the corridors and some of the toilets felt a bit cramped. However, the rooms were light and with lots of space. The shared bathroom experience was a first for me, and I was a bit skeptical, but it was no problem for us, just something to consider that you are comfortable with.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very cozy feel to it. It felt quite intimate and homey and it was lovely to have a cup of tea or coffee at the hotel after walking around in the city all day. It was also easy to have contact with other guests and was great to have some nice exchanges. The shared bathrooms were always very clean and we never had an issue with having to wait to use the shower/toilet. The location was also great and close to the metro station, though we mostly walked throughout our stay.

The staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times and though they were very helpful they weren’t always the friendliest. We asked for the coffee to be refilled 3 times and waited over an hour because the staff member had forgotten (as she was preoccupied with other things). On our last day we had the breakfast at the hotel and had to wait over 20 min for the breakfast to arrive which meant we had to eat it in a hurry to be on time for our flight. The member of staff apologised for the delay and said her colleague was ill and had cancelled last minute so we of course understood. But it seems more staff might be needed to avoid these kinds of situations and create a better experience for the guests

It was a beautiful hotel with a thoughtful design and home-like feel, while still being very tasteful. Shared bathrooms, common room and breakfast areas were beautiful, pleasant and clean and we got to know some of the staff and other guests in a short stay. The organic breakfast was delicious but additional to the hotel cost. The neighbourhood is just north of the centre and conveniently located to a metro stop that is well-connected. We didn't have enough time to explore it and the areas around but there's plenty to enjoy at a short distance as well. Louisa and the other staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful decor, cosy feel, neighbourhood is great for restaurants, cafes, parks, Metro. Can hire bikes, great for exploring the city. Harbour swimming spot only 25 mins walk. Staff really helpful and friendly. Shared bathrooms always clean and no problem for us!

Just one thing, very minor: when reception is closed, tea/coffee and trust bar are available. But when hot water/coffee pots run out, you cannot make your own as there are no in-room kettles etc.

Our room was very cosy and clean. There were a living room and a dining space on the floor. We spent there a couple of rainy hours drinking coffee and tea. By the way, coffee and tea were also offered for free.

It was not a problem for us, but if you travel with a huge suitcase, please consider that there is no elevator in the hotel, so be prepared. There was only one bathroom on the floor. We didn't have any inconveniences because of that, but we expected a bit more.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation...we had a nice room on the second floor opposite one of the bathrooms, which was available at any time. The rooms are on two floors and it is possible to use a common living room where you can have free tea or coffee ... the whole hotel is stylishly furnished and clean ... a big advantage is the proximity to the center, metro and railway station. The hosts are very friendly and willing to give advice .
