People were really friendly and helpful with everything. The environment was just perfect for a moment of relax and taking a break of reality. Animators were amazing and funny to be around, especially Lera, Castelo and Pika. Food was fresh and great every day, a lot of choices so everyone can find something for themselves. The Italian chef Saied prepared delicious pasta (we love you). Room was very clean and comfortable, and Mohammed was taking care of it everyday. Sea was amazing and the coral barrier was beautiful. Beach was so clean, as whole resort. The team is taking an amazing care of it and it shows. We had such a great time, money spent for all inclusive were worth it as you can get drinks and food at anytime. One thing I will never forget is seeing happy faces all the time from every staff member which makes the experience amazing, we will surely consider coming back in the future.

It was truly exceptional. The location and the hotel’s layout were fantastic, making the experience unforgettable. The coral reef view at the beach was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, especially the pizza at the pizza corner—it was out of this world. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the animation team was so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time throughout our stay, with different fun activities every day. Overall, it was an amazing experience, far beyond what I expected. And a special thanks for Ayman. He was very helpful and kind.

We chose this hotel because of the good price. Nothing special was expected of him. But the hotel surprised us very pleasantly. A large green area, a huge beach, renovated rooms, lots of varied food and entertainment. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely come back here.

The reception view creates a misconception about the hotel. This is the weak point of the hotel.

Hotel is excellent. The staff are very kindly and helpful. They allowed to stay hotel after check-out. There are a lot of facilities. You can dive and see different fishes and coral at hotel beach.

Hotel taxi is so expensive. you should download sharm taxi app before you came to the hotel. You didn't go anywhere without taxi. the hotel taxi staff is very insistent. Free hotel internet is not working effective . If you want to use hotel internet, you must pay extra money.

The hotel was first class, the staff, the facilities and the all inclusive food. Amazing private beach and deck chairs everything perfect from this end.

KEEP AWAY FROM THE DIVE SHOP AMD STAFF. We paid 200 euro for 2 person dove experience. We had a firm 130pm appointment. We were put into a room and waited 30 minutes before someone came in and put on a video in Spanish!!! We speak English. 90 minutes later we complained that we are just waiting .. they yelled at us, insulted me and were aggressive. ILLEGAL. I noted on the form I am a smoker, the instructed came back to me with a fresh form and told me to tick non smoker as I wouldn’t be allowed to dive?? They are unprofessional, dismiss medical advice and soured our holiday. Management should reprimand the whole team, retrain them in manners and customer service. Their behaviour is a poor reflection of an amazing resort and hotel. KEEP AWAY FROM THE DIVE SHOP.

Well to start with, the staff is the best resort staff I have experienced in all my travel. Starting with the front desk, always polite and happy and totally accommodating ! Buffet staff is always happy and making sure you have everything you need, you seldom have to get up to get drinks or anything else, they always insist on bring them to you. Oh and the food is great too!!!! And another wonderful surprise is the beach. Most of the resorts in Sharm have great beaches. Sharm club goes ever further with their beach. It is full of wonderful and surprising little coves with a gazebo and and hammmocks Very romantic!!!! Luv this resort!!!!

It was a good experience over all starting from early checkin i arrived at 8 am the reception offered to go to have breakfast till the room is ready i received the room at 10 which was good thing the room was clean and good the staff at the hotel always smiling and always asking if they can help with anything the beach is good with an acceptable house reef but needs some one who can swim as it is deep and not sandy beach, the staff at the restaurant is helpful and always asking if they can get you something, the food is acceptable with good quality but if they can improve the taste and the variety it would be great the location of the hotel in a good quite place nothing beside the hotel but it is not far from neema bay and the old market less than 10 mnts by car the staff at the reception were very nice and always asking if anything is needed specially Mr diaa from the reception always asking if i need anything in the room he also offered alate checkout at my last day finally it was a good experience and i will not hesitate to go again

May be they can work more on the entertainment at the hotel specially the animation team they do some activities and some shows after dinner but it was not very interesting, also if they can add more items to the open buffet it would be great

Beautiful, well-maintained property built into the coast. Fresh air, clean rooms with good mattresses, thoughtful landscaping and programming, two pools and a nice gym. Friendly and professional staff, sweeping sea views and vats of juice everywhere for the taking. (The vat juice is not fresh juice.)

Incredibly weak wifi across the property, barely serviceable. Entertainment/music volume can be too loud, both day and night. Questionable music choices, often with the same tracks on repeat. A little more variety and quiet would help. Overall the food could be improved, the buffets were not amazing, tho the Lebanese restaurant was very nice.

Besides the Russians, Everything. Starting with Mr. Islam at the reception who upgraded us to a family suite, wonderful people from the animations team, great food (and no belly problems even though we ate also salads etc.). Clean room every day maintained by a very helpful man. Wonderful massages at the SPA, great beauty salon too.

Unfortunately the hotel accepts guests from Russia. Hearing them complaining about having problems flying there, just breaks your heart knowing what terrible crimes their soldiers committ on civil Ukrainian people :(
