Above all, I’d like to point the staff who made up our stay lovely, entertaining. Special thanks to beautiful Olya gor her hospitality and Memo for his amazing energy from animation team. All the meals was great with tons of options. Open buffet is real huge and it is impossible that you cant find anything to eat. Rooms were clean, we have stayed in a premium suite which is large and have a great jacuzzi inside. Housekeeping workers was great and very good at hospitality. They always ask if we need anything. Animation team prepared great shows every night which kept us entertained. we did not even leave the hotel. also during the day there were games at the beach and pool area. yoga, coctail games, belly dances, volleyball and so on. Thank you all! This hotel will definetly be our choice next year!

The bed and the pillows a bit uncomfortable

Literally everything in this hotel is perfect. Staff is super friendly, polite and helpful. Facilities are great! Gardens around the hotel are immaculate and beautifully maintained. Food is top class and there are always so many options to chose that from that its difficult to decide what to eat. Pools are very clean, lifeguards are very helpful and keep en eye on everyone making sure all guests are safe in water. Hotel's beach is great, not only plenty of sun loungers, but also great access to water. Reef opposite hotel is awesome - you can snorkel all day long without having to pay for a boat excursion. Sultan Gardens has the best beach from all nearby hotels- I know, as I was staying previously in one of the them.

I liked everything and I don't want to criticise the hotel because my stay was PERFECT. But I want to make a little suggestion. During meal times, some guests filled their plates to the brim and then leave them unfinished. This causes a lot of food being wasted. This is not OK. Maybe the hotel should encourage their guests to take smaller portions and to top up their plates when they want more. We can't forget that over 30 million people in Africa suffers from hunger!

Staff were very accommodating, depending on the package you choose, everything you need is there. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Food for all types are catered for (not to mention that everything is Halaal). The facilities, including the beach is well maintained. The views are unbelievable and everywhere is safe in the resort. Heated pools were fantastic and dinning experience is beyond expectation.

With this been a very secluded resort, most of the entertainment is found in the resort itself and hardly would look elsewhere for entertainment. The Taxi fares are on the pricey side however if you going just to relax in one place where you have everything at your disposal then this place is well worth the stay! The resort is big, so to get from one end to the other does take up some time however they offer lifts every 10 minutes from various pickup and drop-off points in the resort.

The resort and rooms are very clean relative to the surrounding hotels. Showers have good water pressure. Family room is relatively spacious. Accoustics in the dining area is far better than the extremely noisy restaurants of surrounding resorts. Beach has superior access to the water (having a sandy bottom for first few feet, which does not exist in surrounding coast line). Food is clean and served, guests don't reach and take themselves thus leaving things clean and in a better state than other resorts. Pool is very relaxing and my son loved it. Cocktails at the various bars are great as is the beer. Staff mostly wear masks for superior hygiene. Cleaning service is thorough and frequent and resort didn't feel over populated. We always found available loungers. Taxi service outside was very comfortable and we loved the inclusive shuttle service to the airport. Indian restaurant was very tasty. We stayed in another adjacent resort that while having superior layout of the external grounds, was vaslt inferior in cleanliness, quiet, beach access, room comfort, staff treatment and food quality. We'd definitely choose Sultan Gardens over them if we had to choose again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so if your room happens to be located near the workers it'll get noisy early in the morning. Lunch buffet is not up to the standard. The staff, while very accommodating and friendly are slightly over persistent in their attempts to market additional paid services such as safari expeditions, diving, spa etc... And at times we were approached every ten minutes to be proposed.

Overall amazing experience. Ask for free transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, which makes life soo much easier. Arrived late but they kept the restaurant open for the late comers. Had a room upgrade on arrival without asking for it. Very polite and helpful staff, everybody was there to make our stay exceptional and comfortable. Room was great size, clean and well equiped. One day we were given a fruit basket 😊 Our room was half way between the main building and the beach, but there is a bus going around in the resort regulary. Large selection of food in the restaurants and there are a lot of bars all around the resort. Beach is clean and well kept. Coral reef looks amazing, you can see a lot of colourful fishes when snorkling. We went to a boat trip near to Tiran island which is an amazing place for scuba diving and snorkling, definetly worth to go.

Can’t think anything

This resort has everything you need. Came here to celebrate mother’s delayed birthday and we were so very pleased. I think the most we enjoyed how lovely and accomodating and friendly every member of staff was from door to beach - especially would like to say thanks to reception desk team for a warm welcome and Mohamed from the main buffet restaurant who was just absolutely brilliant from day 1 - he would remember your favorite table, your favorite drink and bring to you without you even having to ask. And the food - it had soooo much variety and I literally wanted to try everything but I couldn’t fit it all in me - same with every meal! Everything was delicious so very big thanks to all the chefs. The room was spacious and very clean and we had a such a lovely room overlooking the sea which was too dreamy and I can’t be grateful enough and also special thanks to Mohamed who was cleaning our room and nothing seemed like a too much of an ask from him. The grounds have a lovely transportation on site called Taftaf to take you around the premises in case it’s too hot or you been having a long day it’s such a lovely breezy ride. The drivers are always so lovely and smiley too! There are also several pools and plenty of entertainment from the onsite team so you definitely won’t get bored. Plenty activities even for the kids. The team is also super friendly and their energy is contagious! The beachside was also great and plenty space - could do snorkelling and watch beautiful underworld. There is also amazing team who do all sorts of activities - morning stretching, step aerobics and the list goes on.

The only 2 minus points would be weak or non-existent (at times) wifi in the room. And early morning they had someone walking by and spraying something on the plants with a very loud machinery which woke us up every very early morning (5am or so) and I am very light sleeper so it was impossible for me to fall asleep after that.

The food was always great at all of the restaurants. I’d like to mention Ahmed Kamal who works in Al Shalal bar, he is a fantastic bartender and really made our stay so positive. He is a credit to the Sultan Gardens Resort.

We were the second time there, booked "sea room" on the first line. Last time we liked this hotel, that's why decided to come back. assume, that now is new Cook, as the food was simply amazing neither last time. Could not stop to taste everything. The team of the hotel is very helpful. There is diving center on the territory of the hotel. There is very professional team. Unfortunately, last time we tried only one diving with them. This time we enjoined diving time during all our vacation. Sultan Garden has very nice coral reef and we were lucky to see turtle and Napoleon fish. Thank you to all for our nice stay.

Nothing. But i would suggest Sultan Garden to implement rule during check in and warn tourists that they will be charged for rule broken. Unfortunately, despite on warnings people swimming through coral reef that could harm not only them but also Marine life.

Thanks to the friendly, helpful staff, who are the success key for this resort. All the meals were tasty with variety of food items. Snacks bars were very good and you can find them everywhere in the resort. Pools were wide and clean. The premium room was amazing, very clean, modernised and contained all the facilities. Beach has small sandy area, but you can use the marina to swim in the snorkeling area. Coral reefs were great with plenty of colourful fishes. Thanks to animation team specially "Beshoy", he was so active and friendly.

Resort is built on heights, so there is a lot of stairs and high slope ramps, which make walking around the resort not comfortable. The resort is providing a taftaf (small bus), but it's not enough as it can't reach all areas. So it may not be comfortable for families with kids, or handicapped, or old people..... etc. I suggest that the resort provide golf cars to reach all areas, so that the guests can take it from their rooms to anywhere to avoid those stairs and ramps.

That was our honeymoon so I give my review according to this . STAFF was wonderful every single person there was helpful and smiles , the service is very fast when any problem happens the response is fast , this is the best place I have ever stayed in , Note that I have traveled to many places, staff is professional. special thanks to front desk staff Mr.Eid , Mr.Mohamed lotfy and the other helpful guys . ROOM was clean the view was super beautiful , housekeeping was wonderful and everyday checking any needs and keeps the room clean upon our request , many thanks to the HOUSEKEEPERS FOOD we were taking half board accommodation breakfast and dinner were good , There is a variety of food , chief / Yehia was there everyday to make sure that the food is tasted good and taking notes if there is any comments many thanks to him. POOLS were nice and there were 5 pools maybe more - i noticed that life guards of pools or the beach are always alerted and carful

last day the drainage in the shower was blocked ... actually I didn't tell them but I'm sure they would have done it if I did.
