one of the best stay ever! world class hotel with brilliant staff, well trained and professionnal, always with the smile! the room was really nice, this blue déco is amazing, loved it, the bathroom (and room) very clean, rain shower, big comfortable bed, AC working well without noise, the whole building is very well maintained and has his arabic touch, luxury style, very agreable. the breakfast was served even during Ramadan, very large choice of healthy food, fruits, pastry, arabic and occidental taste - Irfan from the restaurant service was exceptional, he was proactive and anticipated all our needs, we were impressed by his level of service!! (to be honest all the staff is greatly professional and well trained, going the extra mile, the receptionnist let us stay 2 more hours for a needed late check-out, we are very grateful) The hotel is well located, you can Swim at the beach right in front or use the hotel's swimming pool. We can only recommend this place and will be back without any doubts!

We waited 30 mins on check out for our bags to be collected and had to ask many times.

We are frequently traveling to Doha and normally would stay at friends but this time we stayed at the hotel and loved it! Great location - walking distance to City Center mall, right across the street to Doha sands beach. Breakfast at Bazar restaurant was really good with the big spread. Staff was competent, knowledgeable and very friendly. Room was spacious and modern.

I did not realise that the access to the beach is not included to the hotel price (it’s QAR50 per person/per day); also the breakfast (thou quite good) is expensive - almost EUR20 per person/per day.

Breakfast coffee service slow. No reflection on staff - just overloaded) Opposite a nice beach but doesn't belong to the hotel and is expensive to go on. Not close to anything in particular but taxis/Uber are cheap and efficient.

Beautiful hotel, high level of standards. The design and decoration very elegant and modern. Big spacious room with a beautiful city view. We had the room on the 14th floor. Comfortable bed, nice quite big bathroom. The stuff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We got an extraordinary service by the room attendant Yam. The price was a good value of money. The pool was nice but not too big. The location is perfect, you need to use taxi /Uber everywhere in Doha and the hotel in just in the city center, not too far, few kilometers from everything. Cafes and a mall close by, which is very convenient. Also, it is close to the see site and a beach club is just across the street.

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel and would stay there again. Breakfast offered a vast array of food choices which was great and the service was friendly. The cleaning staff for our room were really courteous and efficient. The reception staff and concierge were also very helpful.

The only thing that could have been better is that despite the great service and food in the restaurant, the amount of people meant that sometimes you had to wait a while to get your coffee order. It is not a criticism but rather a point for improvement by potentially allocating an extra person on the coffee machine during peak times.

Delicious international breakfast, especially enjoyed the fresh juices every morning. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is conveniently located close to the City Centre Doha and the DECC metro station (walk via the City Centre parking to get there quicker). Enjoyed the Dilmah teas, rainbow milk and the Nespresso machine in the room. Wonderful steam room and sauna. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We checked in after midnight, around 1AM, and while the room was ready, the extra bed was not in the room and neither were the toiletries, towels, etc. for the third guest which was rather inconvenient at that hour after a long international flight. The time taken to fulfil housekeeping requests can be improved.

Nice, helpful staff. Luxurious breakfast. Valet parking, as is often customary in Arab countries - you leave your car and keys at the entrance, and they will bring you a car upon request. Magnificent views from the window of the bay and Lusail City. Public beach right next to the hotel (unfortunately, due to winter time it was not open). 10 minutes walk to a large shopping center, 15 minutes to the metro. The area is very futuristic and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, we were unable to participate in the New Year's buffet dinner due to overcrowding. We had a room for three, but it was prepared for only two guests. I had to contact the reception many times and remind him that there were three of us. Unfortunately, it was only towards night that we finally got a third bed and all the other amentities for the third family member.

The hotel was extremely beautiful. The lobby in particular was very decorative and romantic. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk to the nearest mall and 10 minutes to the metro. Our room was beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We got an upgrade to a room with a sea view which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we had to go to the airport very early, we were offered a breakfast box to take with us. We could indicate what we wanted. We received a delicious and extensive breakfast, including juice and even coffee!
