This is my second stay in 30 days at ZYA Regina Resort and Aqua Park, Hurghada, Egypt for 6 nights, which I extended my stay, booked 2 more days. What I liked most about my stay was the hospitality on all managerial levels and how amazing all the staff were! Especially the reception staff were very helpful and try their best to solve any problem. Let me express my gratitude to Ms. Wafaa Omar who has a wonderful attitude, sense of kindness and a wonderful smile that made me have a comfortable stay. As an author and business expert, she and the staff gave me an amazing environment to experience where inspired me the idea of my third book. Also I have to mention Mr Ahmed and Mr Mohamed in the reception under the leadership of Mr Sherif Abdelmonem. Thanks everyone for cheering me up. wait me in another update about my stay in 2 days.

The location is amazing, the facilities such as the pool, the beach, and the hotel itself are all fantastic. The garden team do an amazing job I have some beautiful photos of the hotel. The price was amazing the hotel is worth every penny and more!

There’s only wifi in reception not in the rooms. Also when u go to reception there’s literally a minimum of 20 people and most times more all using the wifi so then it jams and doesn’t work either. The staff around the pool are constantly harassing you about excursions, they try to force you into booking with them even though their prices are extortion. The spa and wellness people do exactly the same this becomes annoying especially if you’re trying to relax.

I recently stayed at ZYA Regina Resort in Hurghada and I could not be more impressed. The Resort is world class and accommodating for all. The breakfast has a wide spread and was our favorite meal of the day, lunch and supper at the buffet had many options but I personally enjoyed the fresh pasta station. The rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room closest to the beach. The resort has many facilities and we were never bored. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The animation team made our stay memorable by always having entertainment on hand for guests. The shows were enjoyable and lively. Overall I would return back to ZYA Regina Resort in a heart beat.

I would like to see improvements in health and safety issues like low metal things sticking down from lampposts by the pool could be dangerous or the pool around the breakfast area is also a hazard…more smiles on faces at reception!!

Helpful, positive and effective team of the resort. Always smiling, helping in every situation within 15 min. That's fast! Great breakfast and double room. Good beach with beautiful fish living nearby. We loved to stay here for 3 nights. No wind here at winter. All restaurants and shops are close. We are in a city center. Good quiet sleep, good bed and pillow, good shower, blackout curtains. So its perfect as I said

Check-In took us at 2 a.m around 1.5 hours, for unknown reasons, we just waited for stuff to do their job. It's the only time things went slow.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. My compliments. The food was delicious and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned very well. The cleaner also always asked if we needed anything. It was super comfortable to stay in a room. The garden is neatly maintained every day by sweet and hard working people. Also on the beach the service is perfect. The entertainment team also always provided fun activities. We had a great holiday. Thank you ZYA Regina. We will definitely come back!

The stuff are very friendly, without attitudes

It is always sad to see, how many food goin in the garbage. From Russian and citizens as well. It is very good that the stuff control the buffet.

The location in City Center is very good. you are close to every point of interest. You can go to tripa on Red Sea straight from the hotel. The inner garden is beautiful and all the day cleaned, i like there was a spa center with massage and sauna! also it has a beach with the option to buy food at a cheap price and nice people. The staff from reception was kind and helpfull, i had good interaction with Mohamed Abd Elkade.

food quality is bad and every day the same plates without changing in the buffet kinds . there is snakes on beach and only the foods in the main restaurant however they can improve to make option snacks or lunch on beach there is no valet parking for cars . animation team are unfriendly with man guest they give all the attention for girls only

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early , Every staff member including cleaning staff were delightful and eager really they were amazing they went over and beyond to help making my stay enjoyable , The room was clean and comfortable , very nice location . The property is clean and recommendable and has fantastic old time charm
