The hotel was very nice, pleasant staff and clean room. The self serve coffee bar was pretty nice.

There was a bar on the ist floor but it was not in service at all during our stay wich was kind of a bummer There was no microwave in the room where we could heat up our leftover meal from the restaurant we had gone to during the day so we could not eat our leftovers. Please consider putting microwaves in the rooms. It wasn't worth the price I paid for one Nighy.

All the additional fees took the price of the room way high.

Great location and, in general, very helpful staff. There was especially a man, not the manager, who was extremely nice and helpful.

Manager, a man managing the front desk, is not able to handle an influx of people. We experienced two mini-crises while checking in and checking out, and he was easily overwhelmed and unable to direct clients to different staff members. Instead he seemed to attract a huddle of employees, around one single issue, resulting in three employees idling, waiting around, while there were several customers waiting in line being unattended. He gets bent out of shape, irritated and loud very easily. Because it happened repeatedly, I have to believe he is simply incapable of handling stressful situations. A female employee appeared to have adopted a similar approach to difficult situations: easily irritated and overwhelmed; just not able to keep their composure while multitasking.

No breakfast and coffee /tea bar wasn’t open but they did have complimentary tea and coffee service. Lots of water and pop complimentary which was much appreciated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay there again. Close to everything. Walked most places. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great shopping

Not happy with Uber or taxi dt to get to airport. Make sure you leave early to make your flight. Taxis don’t like going to the airport. It would be great if they had a shuttle service.

The location was perfect and we found 3 parking garages nearby. Must admit I was worried about the booking. Booking.com has a 4-star rating, but google reviews have 2.5 star reviews.....YIKES. I dug into the reviews to find that folks were not happy with the ongoing construction. I called the hotel and they assured me the construction was complete and there are no more noise issues. I trusted the staff and kept the reservation. We were very happy with the hotel and will be back!

hmmmm....would have been nice if the lobby bar was open but I'm nitpicking. There are plenty of places nearby for food and drinks.

Great location! It was a very long trip, and I usually hate checking into busy hotels. The front staff gentleman checking me in though was was sooooo helpful, kind, and made the check in process smooth and quick. Parking NOT free, Valet parking only with unlimited in and outs which is Great! PETS: They DO accept pets (up to 2) for a $75.00 charge unless it is a support dog (FREE) which I loved! thank you hotel people! They put me on the 9th floor, a little creepy when the elevator door opened up. There are no widows in the hallway. The hallway is very small, dimly lit and cramped. The Only widow was in our room. The window doesn't crack open in the event of a fire emergency. Something to think 🤔 about for the staff. I did. The room was clean, the bed comfortable.

Hotel was great. Staff was amazing. Nothing but good this to say about the room, experience, or the staff. The gentleman that got me checked in was courteous and helpful despite having a difficult customer immediately before me.

Priceline has a shuttle listed as an amenity. This hotel does not have a shuttle and the cab ride from O'Hare was $58. I could have gotten a room closer to where I needed to be for the extra cost.

Room was large and tucked away in a corner so it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. We did not see any bed bugs, and I looked! They did have a nice setup with coffees, syrups and creamers available.

Took an hour to get checked in, even though I checked in online, still had to stand in line an hour. They should cover up the coffee bar specialty drinks if it was not available. That was very disappointing in morning. No food on site, we really would have liked at least a continental breakfast. There were $65 in extra fees including guest amenities (what?!!!!?) and a reservation processing fee. (Eehwt?!?!?)

Comfortable large queen beds. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Hotel located within easy walking distance of local attractions if you are in reasonable health/condition. Gino's East pizza next door so my children were happy and they also have good salads/vegetable options on their menu. I was expecting a very basic, possibly noisy, room when I booked but needed to be near train and within walking distance of museums and parks. The price was fair and service was good. Loved seeing the Tip Top Tap sign lit outside our window at night.

When guests in the next room were talking and playing music it seemed to transmit through the window frames. It would have been nice if there were snacks available for purchase but the cafe downstairs was closed.
