The carpet on the aisles caused static electricity which gives you electro-shock if you don’t touch the walls all the time. Even though we didn’t ask for change of linens and towels to save water they changed them everyday. They have written instructions like hanging the towels and not putting the card on the bed in order to avoid water wasting, they didn’t care our instructions.

Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The stylish design and attention to detail throughout the hotel created an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. Our room was nice. The location was perfect for exploring Milan’s finest attractions. I loved the breakfast they have the best cappuccino in Milan and the croissant and cake were amazing. Especially the pistachio cake with raspberry.

The rooms are beautifully designed and well equipped. The private colonnade before the room creates a beautiful entry sequence and privacy which I appreciate. The bathrooms are incredibly spacious and the amenities are amazing. The room iPad system is world class. The gym was well equipped, the wellness staff were excellent and attentive, the individual sauna and steam rooms were so appreciated after a long working day. The staff throughout the hotel are welcoming, friendly and attentive from check in through to check out.

It was hard sometimes to get the attention of staff at times in the Bamboo restaurant when sitting closer to the restaurant entrance, as out of view.

There was a problem in our DND sign it was not working, so cleaners were coming in The room all the time, but this was addressed to the reception later and they couldn’t fix the issue right away, but they managed to talk to the cleaners which we really appreciated

Was surprised to see 130 euro charge to park/charge our car for one night, which is far more expensive than other hotels. Rooms could be better maintained. There are panels on the wall that light up bright blue that made it hard to sleep. Shower smelled like mold and room smelled like paint mixed with perfume. Bathtub too small for two people.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant was of very high quality, the location was fantastic for shopping, the room service was excellent, the drinks in the room were first class.

Family room was great ( I advice to ask for upper floor levels) Concierge as they call it “ Customer Experience” was great. Especially, Anna; she has sorted out everything and completed all reservations prior to our arrival.

I can understand that the spa area can not be used by children ( younger than 16 years old), but children at the age of 12 should be accepted to pool jakuzi area at least with their parents.
