Hotel was clean, staff was friendly! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was nice and helpful. Valet deserves a special mention! They were slammmed when we were checking out, but brought out cars quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face and made sure to help each individual get loaded in their cars. If they were stressed, they didn’t show it at all. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was hot and prepared perfectly and delivered with care. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants and venues. We would stay here again.

The staff is amazing, so sweet and friendly. We loved the pool, though a bit cold, but great location. The room was nice and clean and pretty, best part, the beds were so very soft and perfect.

The restaurant food wasn't good, especially for the price, and took way too long. The server told us they were behind when we went ate dinner, but we were the only ones in the restaurant. Definitely not worth the price. They even served my daughter pancakes from a pancake mix that had expired, so very disappointing.

The bed was like sleeping on pillows! The staff and location and the all the space you get. The rooms were clean and warm(we stayed in Jan. brrr). Walking distance to bars,restaurants and omg a star bucks down stairs..

Let’s not talk about the sofa bed(Kid said it was hard lol).Lightning was dark in the room.

The staff was amazing. Shout out to Amber and Elizabeth at front desk, and Wes at valet, and katlyn at the bar.

Excellent downtown location. Within walking distance of many food spots as well as bars. Interstate only a few blocks away for heading throughout the Dallas area.

Rooms did not have enough power outlets or any USB ports for phones or devices . Valet area had constant water on the ground from the plant mist system.

The overall location of the hotel was perfect, we were right down street from everything! Cleanliness of the room and bathrooms the lotion smelled nice! And I like the big window view of the city skyline!

I booked a room with the king size bed but ended up with a queen sized bed.

There are several things I like about the Fairmont. I like the convenience of the location; it’s central to the things I want to see and do in Dallas. I also like the hotel’s elegance. Yes, it’s an older property, but that’s what gives it charm. Finally, the service is impeccable. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

The room was very comfortable. There was both a coffee maker AND a hot water boiler--very nice touch! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Fairmont did not have my Booking.com booking even though I had received a confirmation. I showed them the confirmation and they honored it and found me a room. Where was the issue? Was it a a booking.com issue or a Farimont issue?

This hotel is located near everything. I loved the stylish decor and the aromatherapy was pleasant and noticeable as soon as you walk through the front doors giving you spa vibes. Our room was perfect with a great view of the city. Definitely will stay again and recommend to family and friends when they come into town.

No price menu for mini bar and snacks in room.

A lovely hotel in the city, they allowed me to check-in slightly early which was great. The room was very comfortable, with a great view. Having a bath was great too. Starbucks by the lobby is super handy!

They had three separate housekeeping staff come to my room within a 90-minute period the morning of check-out for no reason. Was super weird.
