Great location. Clean comfortable rooms and good pleasant public spaces. Staff mostly very helpful and professional

The worst thing was we followed instructions on hotel’s own website about how to get there from airport on public transport. Took AirPort Express bus as instructed- website said this stops just 300m away from hotel. This was totally WRONG and bus doesn’t stop anywhere near. We ended up being ripped off 30€ for taxi from Museumplein to hotel AND wasted return half of airport bus ticket. In fact the easy way is train to Centraal station and 4 or 14 tram from there to just round corner from hotel. Arrival self check-in seemed to make things more complicated not easier… but after that the staff we met were great

Surprised to find a large hard backed soft porn book called Fetishes in our room. It contained semi clothed images of young women posed to embrace the books title. As an elderly couple visiting Amsterdam we would have preferred something about the many attractions on offer. Not just alluding to the red light district. We appreciate that the book echoes the decor of a womans’s corset that is stylishly displayed on a canopy above the bed, but the book makes it seedy.

Everything! But I have a special shout out for the staff at the reception (especially Jonna) who went out of their way to facilitate an early check-in. I came in on a 7.15 am trans Atlantic flight and was exhausted. The checkin was at 3 pm, which made it difficult to take full advantage of my time in the city as I was there only for one night. But thanks to the staff who went out of their way to facilitate an early check in, I was able to have a shower, rest a little and make it to the Van Gogh Museum for my 3 pm tour slot and because I was refreshed and rejuvenated, I was able to ENJOY my time at the museum. Thank you!

Hotel breakfast was really good and great location.

Booked a Superior room, first room checked into really shouldn't be a Superior room - 170,, but reception changed us to another room. Still wasn't what I was expecting and didn't look like the photos but it was comfortable although quite dark and larger, decided we would accept it bit not sure I would book that room again. Hotel was good though.

Hotel was in a prime location, close to the main areas of Amsterdam. Staff were very attentive and helpful, room was clean, and the bed was comfy. They hold your bags in a luggage room either before your room is ready, or if you have a late flight and have already checked out. The hotel was very well presented and friendly. The rate itself is a little higher than other hotels of a similar standard in the area, but it is definitely value for money and the next time we are in Amsterdam, we would stay here again.

Location is fantastic in central Amsterdam! The staff was really helpful and the room was really big and comfortable.

Position of Hotel was excellent, being situated in Centre of Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar and snack facilities were available at all times.

Something that was no fault of the Hotel. Because of the proximity of the Canals and the unseasonably Hot and Muggy weather I had a battle with a Mosquito in the bedroom near the end of my stay. I think I managed to eliminate him. In future when I go to a hot situation I will bring insect repellent with me.

It has a great location. Easy to access from airport, to see the city by walking was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, cheaper than outside and tasty.

Room 304 had great space! The location of the hotel was perfect, esp with the tram station at Rembrandtplein just a stone's throw away. Breakfast the same everyday but I have no complaints. I like the idea of having the small snack store near the lobby. The bar area was great, too. Nice place to unwind...you can even make your own pizza!

My room 304 was in the old part of the hotel. Although the space was great (standard twin room), I had no view at all so my curtains were drawn most of the time. The carpet, I think, needs to be improved. It is dark brown with black design so it makes the room even darker.

Excellent location, the staff is is very helpful and kind. Our room had a great view to the canal.

Rooms are small, but this is usual in Amsterdam city cenre. Size of the shower could have been a bit larger.
