The hotel is cozy and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the dock. One of the points of the hotel that I liked the most was Gino's Italian restaurant: it has a Sky Bar/restaurant with a wonderful view, another restaurant on the ground floor and they also take care of breakfast. The products they handle are of very good quality. Another of the positive points was the gym: very comfortable, complete and with a system of training sessions. Lastly, and most importantly for me: they are really pet friendly: my French bulldog was very comfortable. When you need to be away for a few hours for a special activity, you just leave your contact number so they can locate you quickly, in case of any inconvenience. We would return without a any doubt.

As soon as we walked into the room it took our breath away. What a wonderful large window overlooking the Mersey and looked great a night. The restaurant was well spaced and we enjoyed breakfast and our evening meal. Staff were very attentive and extremely pleasant and informative. We'll definately recommend the Innside to our friends and we can't wait to return We just loved Liverpool

The only thing I'd say I didn't like which was probably our fault. On coming down a little late for Breakfast there was a lack of cups and saucers and side plates when guests were trying to toast their bread.

loved the location, Friendly staff and very helpful staff, modern rooms, with all facilities, had room with adjoining doors so not very sound proof, also heels in corridor and rooms made it noisy but didn’t last too long thankfully. No information about times of restaurant, emergency numbers etc in room.

the restaurant was very expensive and £5 for half a dozen chips, huge garlic bread which was dry, hot breakfast on cold plates, and the music was so loud like a disco you couldn’t hear each other my daughter is Autistic and could eat in the restaurant at all due to the noise level, nice to have music but not that loud 🥲

-Very spacious room-we had a studio-strange that the shower cubicle was in the room -comfy bed and pillows -Ginos breakfast was absolutely delicious and Dinner at Ginos was delicious and very accommodating for babies - I asked for grilled chicken with not salt for my infant. The young gentleman was very helpful in catering for my babys needs.(Gerald his name may be) -Sky bar was lovely yummy cocktails with a view -Staff are really nice at the restaurant and bar -very clean hotel -Accessible for pushchairs

-I thought studio would have more kitchen facilities like a microwave or a hob. Not really a studio considering the price paid for it. -Travel cot no mattress, rock solid on the bottom for baby to sleep on. Luckily the bed was huge so she ended up in the bed with us. -Shower cubicle in the room was strange but didnt mind it. Would advise people to double check showering facilities before booking if the shower being in the room would be a problem (can see the person showering) -staff asked to charge me £2.60 when I asked for a dental kit. Which I thought would be free considering how much we paid for the room - difficult to locate the hotel when we first arrived. Its a bit of a walk from Liverpool One, but a quick 5 min walk to the docks

My spacious room. The full buffet breakfast. My evening meal. The location. Perfect stay. I booked a twin. But got a double, it felt like a suite to me, had living/dining area aswel. At the Innside the views are amazing with the floor to ceiling windows.

A waiter in the restaurant, quite rude when he brought out my food, placed it down, didn't say a word with a stern look on his face and marched away. Probably because I asked for it to be boxed up so it could be taken to my room. As my eyes where going from working nights, don't think he'd have been very happy if I'd have fallen asleep at the table. But that's not my problem it's his. Ooh and that I couldn't stay longer.

- The staff were super supportive, pleasant and helpful...an absolute pleasure. - A note was left for me and my friends in the room wishing us a happy pride in addition to staff at front desk doing the same. - Cleaners were very helpful. - Room was outstanding. Studio was well looked after and simply brilliant to stay in. A treat for sure. - Complimentary drinks within the room and minifridge was a pleasant surprise and lovely (thank you). - The view from our room on the 15th floor was spectacular. - Highly recommend the skybar and resturant for fantastic food, drinks and views.

- I wasn't fond of there being a dress code for the skybar which was not mentioned on the website. Whilst not a huge issue personally, when other guests didn't seem to have to adhere to this it did raise some eyebrows.

The building was great, clean and comfortable rooms. The room was fully air conditioned and the fridge stocked with free soft drinks. There was a hairdryer and a portable steamer which was great for us as my partner's suit needed a refresh. The staff on reception and at Gino's restaurant were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for everywhere in Liverpool. Breakfast was a buffet which catered for pretty much all tastes. Im very fussy with breakfast and a veggie but plenty of options. Coffee and teas were excellent.

The sky bar manager was quite rude to us after last orders, suggesting we leave via the fire exit ti get rid of us sooner. I was surprised the room service crew only did one sweep of the building. We we were there for a wedding and so we were getting ready in our room when the room service team came to check our floor.

I loved how simple but elegant the room where they felt very welcoming, clean and spacious. The lifts were nothing like I had used before but it was a good new experience. The shower was a bonus lovely glass doors, spacious bed for two.

The only thing I can put about the disliking of my experience would be walking into the hotel, I myself am autistic and really like to know what I am going to walk into, so when I walked in and I was greated with stairs I was very confused and quickly agitated and anxious, it would be great if there was a sign or something with reception up stairs on it.

The room was excellent with a great view and modern finishes. I didn’t want to leave. Also, it was only a short walk into the centre of Liverpool where my partner and I spent the Sunday of our stay.

Check-in doesn’t open until 3. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30PM hoping to get into our room early after calling up to ask for an early check-in. The staff made it clear on the phone that this wasn’t a guarantee and we ended up waiting until around 1:30PM to get into the room which we weren’t too upset about. Also, watch out for the additional fees on the room service food; a £5 “tray fee” and automatic service charge is added to your bill. This meant I ended up paying £22.50 for some meatballs (they were nice though).

Moment I arrived I felt welcome, attentive but not "in your face staff" in all areas. Room was excellent (not river view) spacious and accommodating with a free mini bar. Bit tight on "work" budget for the food but ir was excellent. I had Linguine with seafood which one of the best I have had and it is my "weapon of choice" when eating Italian. Keep it up Mr D'Acampo ... Ill be back

The hot choice for breakfast was lack-lustre with hard scrambled eggs and cheap ingredients - dont bother with english because the continental selection was excellent and fits better with the general theme of the hotel
