Lovely hotel. Staff pleasant on arrival. Room clean. Air conditioning brilliant in room. Express check out

Breakfast was disappointing. The staff didn't explain the breakfast set up. For example if we wanted poach egg you could request it. It was only when we seen a waitress serve it to a couple opposite to us and we had our breakfast in front of us by then so it was too late to ask. There was no fried eggs on display. The fruit selection didn't look attractive to eat. Cappuccino very strong. The breakfast room was hot, it could do with having some fresh air circulating.

An amazing hotel. Beautiful decor, very grand and posh feeling. Very clean and staff were excellent. The breakfast is worth purchasing when you book as it goes up by a fiver per person when you pay for it on the day. Room service available 24 hrs so if your in desperate need when you get in late from your excursions you can get a tasteful pizza and chips. Overall really happy. I can't lie though...the pool is clean but not heated. You do get used to it after a few lengths

The ' Spa' , swimming pool could do with some brighter lighting...it feels like a Turkish bath and makes it look old.

The staff really go out of their way to help you. I trapped myself in the lift through my own stupidity 🤣 and a staff member came and helped me with my bags and got me and my daughter a drink. The hotel was very quiet and the corridors are spacious. Beds are really comfy and the food was nice If you need to pop out for a snack there's two supermarkets, a couple of coffee shops and a pizzeria on the same road

Getting to the spa/Pol is a bit of a blah if you go through the hotel, there are loads of doors and stairs and I struggled as I have hip problems. If you're getting off at Moorefields station, make sure you exit via Old Hall Street way and not the general Moorefields exit..otherwise you'll get lost like I did.

Arrived a little later than I anticipated but this turned out to be a bonus as I managed to park less than 100 yards away, I went straight to the pool after my friendly check in at reception & bag drop in my room, the bed can only be described as one of the biggest I've slept in, it was pretty huge. A quick 30 mins in the pool followed by 10 mins in the sauna, set me up just right for a pint and pizza. Pizza had a home tossed, open fire jobbie feel, which is bad thing as it was fresh tasty and perfectly cooked, desert was delivered to my room. Breakfast was just as good.

The lift kept stopping at level 2 and would then proceed to be stuck for a couple of mins, reported to reception.

Our stay at the Raddison couldn't have been much better. The hotel is beautiful inside, the room was comfy with a great bed and all the amenities you could hope for (although no coffee in our room was the only disappointment). We utilised the pool, sauna, and steam room as part of our stay which all guests are able to for free and it was a great addition. Overall the hotel itself was a highlight of a great trip.

There isn't much you can complain about, I wish the buffet breakfast was slightly less expensive as me and my parter would've utilised it if so instead we went to a nearby cafe but otherwise it was hard to complain about anything.

Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Like the ice machines in hallways at raddison hotels, nothing worse than warm drinks in your room,so it's a really good facility to have.

Room was spacious and comfortable, but some of the tiles in bathroom had staining in grout,a little off putting, pool was very disappointing, paint peeling off, tiles missing.pool water was cold, but once in ,wasn't bad,but the biggest disappointment was whirlpool, which is same temperature as pool,by design, so a very cold bubble bath!! Sauna, steam room fine, had trouble with spiral staircase up to changing rooms,as have fear of heights,so didn't go again next morning as planned.

Check in at reception was very quick, receptionist gave us all the information needed about where our room was, lifts bar and breakfast and times. Twin room was great, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was big and shower was great. It was so handy having miniature bottles of shampoo, shower gel and a shower cap all they came in very useful. There was also a large screen TV with lots of radio and TV Channels available and also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. There was also 2 wardrobe spaces which I found was great. We had a lovely river view as well. There was a great variety at breakfast, with cooked breakfast along with continental breakfast, option of toast or croissant and other pastries, Tea, coffee and various juices.

I could have done with lights on either side of the beds as it was difficult in the evening to read from your bed. It looked like there was a switch on the headboard on each bed but no lights!! Although Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from, when we came down at 9.30am, they had run out of cups, plates, glasses and yogurt. Although there seemed to be plenty staff, there seemed to be no organisation so we all had to ask various staff members to put more glasses, plates and cups out so we could have our breakfast.

Location is good, view from the room was amazing. Friendly staff, good levels of cleanliness. Amazing facilities. Bed was quite good. Close to the Old Hall Street Exit at Moorfields Station (only open Monday - Friday 05:45 - 19:00) Room size was better than I expected. Good lobby and close to the river, great for scenic getaways.

Noise from the air conditioning, even on Automatic it was noisy at points, and made small differences in room temperature. Bath could have been cleaned slightly better. Higher price than I'd have liked especially for last minute. Bed took a bit of time finding a comfortable spot. Some broken lights in the room too.

Very modern looking room, spacious and bright, great view of the river. Bathroom luxurious with spa type toiletries and plenty of towels. Staff very pleasant and helpful with regards to local parking.

The main lift was out of order, (and has been for some weeks according to other reviews) which is not ideal when in a high rise hotel, We had to climb one tall set of stairs with luggage to get to the 1st floor before being able to then use the (very small) lift that was operating - up to the top 9th floor. Lack of pillows, only 1 each provided as standard for such a large bed. Had to ask for more but took a long time to get through to reception. No bottled water in the room, which was strange for such an otherwise well appointed high grade room.
