Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping strip, restaurants, central bus station yet quiet.

It was brutally hot this summer. I wished there is air condition in the hotel. Unfortunately, I guess like most (if not all) hotels in the region air conditioning is a rare commodity.

No parking space was available, as I understood it’s a common thing in Chamonix but it would be amazing to have an option of booking it in advance even if it requires the additional payment On the checkout staff assisted us with a luggage, lots of thanks to them one more time. But on the checkin we had to take all the heavy luggage out of the car ourselves (and we couldn’t park the car and go one by one for example), then to put it to the trolley ourselves and etc. Again, we would be ready to pay for the luggage service if it was offered rather then carry super heavy things during the vacation

We had a fantastic time in Chamonix, this hotel was in a brilliant location allowing us to easily walk to the hotel from the coach or train as well as access the village centre during the day or in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to drop off our large luggage prior to check in as well as providing any information we needed. The room was more than enough space for us, despite a building view, we could still see Mont Blanc and the surrounding views. The room was clean, provided a kettle, coffee and tea facilities and it also had a safe and TV. There was the option to use the spa as a part of our room, unfortunately we didn't have time for this but this was a lovely extra. Our room came with a sofa space which was really helpful to have as well as an additional blanket for the cold nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be returning on our next trip to Chamonix!

Our stay at this hotel was good except for several reasons. There were flies in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The elevator was extremely small, making it difficult to fit our luggage trolley. On top of that, the parking fee was ridiculously expensive – something that should be offered for free or at a lower rate considering the overall cost. To make matters worse, they have a late check-in time of 4 PM and an early check-out time of 11 AM, which doesn’t make any sense and leaves little time to enjoy the room.

The staff is incredibly forthcoming and your wishes are fulfilled immediately. Communication via the app and in the hotel was the fastest we have ever seen. The food is nice and the buffet over new year's was exciting. The bar with its fireplace is super cozy.

The ski lift is very close to the hotel but the hill up to it is steep. Chamonix can get really crowded so ski buses are best taken from the main station.

The room was very comfortable and had great views of the mountains. Spa area had a variety of spaces to use. The restaurant and breakfast were both very nice and had a large selection of high quality food. Bar area was also nice with good selection of drinks and snacks. Onsite ski shop was very good, and we had a short walk to the shuttle bus stop that takes visitors to all the ski areas, including Brevent.

The spa was a bit small for the amount of people using it over Christmas and was a bit crowded when we were there. Water in the hot tub and pool needed to be warmer given it was cold outside at the time.

Great location and the two guys we dealt with at reception were super nice and friendly! They let us leave our bag cover there for a week with no charge. The room and toiletries were great and the balcony was so relaxing. Fantastic location for the town, near the supermarket and main street, bus station and restaurants- great start to the TMB!

The woman I dealt with at reception when I came to collect my bag cover seemed very stressed when she couldn't find it and was quite rude - she checked the file and then quickly located it

Jorge at the front desk was awesome , so helpful , best staff there. Beds were comfy , location great.

You get a pass for the train for free transportation in the valley when you stay at the hotel but the train was not working so we had to pay for the bus, and you have to pay every time you get on in a day. So it was an extra expense that we thought would be covered when we booked the hotel. The restaurant was also closed the entire time there for supper.

Big, cosy rooms with good amenities and comfortable beds. Waking up to the mont blanc view is a nice experience. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough to hold your belongings, plus the mirror had a nice heated bit in the middle, that didn't get covered in mist when you got out of the shower - a nice touch. We had breakfast included, which was great, as it was a buffet and you could just eat something else every day. Hefty price if you pay separately, but it seems that is the average for the area.

Rather expensive given it doesn't have a spa, but it's Chamonix, so we weren't too surprised.

More staff on checkout - stuck behind a large group with one member of staff sorting out luggage to be left and putting them in the locker plus managing checkout. More hangers in wardrobe! We were aware there was no air conditioning but it really needs installing because you cannot open the window, only the balcony door, which banged throughout the night.
