We were given a room with a view of Mt. Blanc, which was greatly appreciated. The location is terrific. Wonderful shower. We did breakfast only one morning of three; it was fine but we don't like spending money on breakfast when we don't eat that much. We could easily walk to the Tourist Office, the Planpraz cable car, the bus stop, Aguille du Midi cable cars, many restaurants.

Getting there with a car and the parking was a challenge. We did not understand how the barrier worked to get into the street (there was an arrow you had to push on the machine to get a list of the hotels and make contact to get the barrier lowered; we did not see that). There is no such arrangement anywhere in the US that we've been and management might remember that when dealing with dumb Americans. We don't have those barriers! The parking lot is minimal, and once we were in it we didn't dare move the car until we left! But it all worked out after some initial stress with car.

The hotel is on a very central location close to all of Chamonix. A charming little hotel that offer what you need (small ski room), standard breakfast (personally could have liked some vegetables and stronger coffee but..) and helpful and service minded personnel. The views from the room where outstanding and the little river passes by almost through the house and you hear it when you go to sleep

I had forgot the traveling with the local bus to the different ski areas every day! The free local busses goes often but its crowded and somehow chaotic when you try to get onboard, especially in the afternoon when the lifts are closing down for the day and all people start travelling back to their hotel/apartments

the view (riber, miuntains) and the location. also the staff was very kind. the room was a bit oldfashion, but somehow a really loved it

it was a little bit cold sometimes, just because i had a river under my room. probably. I did not like bathroom. the shower. of course my experience with showe and water litrle bit different , cause the water was gone in whole street. but also it coulde be more cleaner. the owner could change this old and not practical shower to the simple one, where the moss could not go in. it's jus a small details. doesn't effect my stay a lot.

I had a charming corner room with views of the city center and mountains. Comfortable bed. Sweet, little balcony with a view of the mont blanc. Room had a tiny fridge with some non alcoholic beverages for purchase. I was able to keep my own water and snack in there as well. Rustic, charming, and updated bathroom. I requested a single room with a bathtub, but I think I got a double bed and the room had a shower. I was very pleased with my room.

My room was a bit chilly, as the heater never got very warm in my room. There was some noise, but not too bad for me. About half the tv channels that were supposed to be available said no signal, like Eurosport. I was a little bummed about that. The wifi would come and go and was not good enough for me to stream sports or have zoom calls for work.

Comfy bed and good shower. Clean enough as a whole. Great location. One of the receptionists was really cheery and nice. Mini bar/small fridge (great for storing snacks)

Breakfasts; no hot food or fruit, just toast, pastries and some continental. I emailed in advance for dairy free but none available and when asked on the first morning told no staff to go and get some. Not worth 12.50€ per day. Quilts, linens and towels very old and thread bare. Whole hotel quite shabby but not in a chic way. No tea making facilities in room.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant . The location was great and located in the quieter end of town yet only a 2 min walk from the city centre. Had a great view of Mont Blanc from our room and also the pleasant sounds of the river.

The rooms were a good size for a couple but space a bit tight to separate beds to twin formation simply due to a small column in the room. Took sometime for hot water to come through but all good when it did.

We loved our stay at Vallee Blanche. The location is perfect, in the center of Chamonix, close to everything. The room was spacious with a great view towards the Mont Blanc, really clean, a great value for money. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The Parking. We couldn’t park near the hotel, so we found a parking place at 3 mins walking. The parking is called Allobroges.

The location is fabulous in the downtown area. We had the room with the best view of Mont Blanc, so that was a bonus. We were also traveling as a family of four so we needed a larger room. There was actually bed space for 5 which included a loft with three twin beds. This was really appreciated. The room was clean and the bathroom recently updated. While the hotel was fully booked, we didn't really encounter a lot of people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Also, they stored our luggage for 48 hours after we checked out as we had planned to stay at a mountain refuge the following evening. This was also a bonus as we didn't need to find another place to store it.

The carpeting in the hallways was heavily stained.

The location is spot on - the room was on top floor with a view to kill on the snowy mountains! We went to Augille du midi and tasted local food in the Chamonix, it was enjoyment every minute - Hotel was a big part of it, reception staff were forthcoming and polite, higly recomended for family of 5 or travelers alone!

Absolutwly nothing to complain or be aware about.

The location was great, right on the river and across from a fabulous restaurant for raclette. Cute little pub downstairs where we had breakfast or sat and just watched the river. Comfy beds and the best value in France.

The parking is weird for all of downtown. You find a spot outside of the bollards and then run to the desk and ask for a code, go get your car and punch in the code to get in.
