Great location, right next to the main bus interchange. Close enough to walk to all the town centre attractions

Noise late at night 2am-3am from surrounding bars/clubs. The sound proofing in the apartment was not adequate and I need to use ear plugs. Next time i'd look to try the opposite side of the buillding

The location is great; the center of Chamonix, the train station, and the Aiguilles du Midi car cable station can be reached on foot in no time. Having a private cooking area was of help. It was nice to drink tea in the evening on the small private terrace with mountain view. Overall, good value for money.

Our studio was similar but smaller compared to an equivalent studio I stayed in in the past at another Pierre & Vacances property. It would be a good idea to have basic cooking ingredients like salt or oil in the private kitchenette (I remember being provided with those at another Pierre & Vacances property in the past). Another inconvenience was having to wait for almost 4 hours to receive our keys due to the reception desk being closed in the middle of the day.

Location for buses and places to eat was great. Accommodation was good, nothing fancy but the price is good. All you need to be comfortable. Ski lockers are provided so are benches outside to get ready in morning. The bus stop for all ski options is a 5 mins walk and free with ski pass purchases. We had an apartment for upto 8 which may be a squash. There was only 3 of us so bunk for our son- he had two sets of them in his room- great for 4 younger kids. We had a double bedroom with wardrobe space which was good. Then there was a sofabed and hanging space in lounge. We didn't use other than as lounge so was great. If you were using as a bed too may be a pain. There is a table in the room too good size for 4, 6 at a squeeze. The kitchen is small but usable - no oven but microwave and induction hob. Bathroom had a bath and shower and hot water! We had an issue with kitchen sink as wasn't draining, this was resolved quickly by staff. There are lifts as well as the stairs so great after a day's ski. We arrived before check-in and were able to leave luggage in a provided room. This was a games room so those with younger children have an option of using the table tennis and pool tables if not skiing. All in all we were pretty impressed. The young lady on the reception was also very helpful 😊 15min walk into the main shopping restaurant area but more options close by Irish bar and a fab kebab place for those needing after apre munchies 🤣

The location was magnificent! Next to the main bus station and near the center to walk anywhere from there. Waking every morning and see the views from the window was something we really enjoyed! Had lots of beds to accomodate everyone in a nice way and the facilities available like the kitchen were great to cook the main meals.

I did't like the fact the toilet paper wasn't included and we had to go to the supermarket to get it. They only leave one small roll and you have to buy it yourself from some shop if you need more which obviously is the case for multiple days and a family of 4. It doesn't make sense they leave you a cleaning kit in the kitchen with tabs for the dishwasher, and soap for doing the dishes, but they don't leave you toilet paper. I just think it's nonsense and it's the only negative for this place.

Central location and within easy walking distance to main dining and shopping areas. Accomodation apartment has good kitchen fit out for making simple meals. Staff of this accommodation complex are great. Extremely helpful, polite and welcoming.

Depending on what room is allocated, it can be very noisy with an extremely busy road/roundabout right below. Noisy night and day. Made worse by high temps and needing to have doors open as no fans.

I knew check in was at 4pm but wasnt prepared for lobby to be locked. The reception closed and lobby locked from 12-4, so had to wait outside on a rainy day with bags till check in at 4pm. Would be perfect if there washing machine, but not a deal breaker as there are laundrettes nearby.

The facility was very close to bus stations where the busses to/from Chamonix operate. Also staff was very informative and helpful before and during the visit.

The room was a bit outdated, but considering the price you pay and how little you spend time there, it was not a big deal. All the essentials were there.

The location was excellent! It’s only a couple of minutes walk to get to the bus station which was great when arriving from Geneva airport and when doing day trips. We were also allocated a room with a balcony with an excellent view which is right in front of these beautiful mountains and by the river. Having a dishwasher and kitchen was also really helpful when trying to save money by not eating outside for every meal for almost a week.

Although it’s nothing major, I don’t think the housekeepers took our rubbish and put new toilet paper during our entire stay.

Price value excellent for a family up to 6 persons. Enough space, good beds, kitchen, great location just 300-400 m from cable car station and 500 -800 m from the shop and center area, super quiet. Reception super kindly and helpful, called us in advance to ensure all is fine understood for check in out for reception windows.. We enjoyed the stray and will come back.

The Wifi organization was not so clear we could not find the indicated one. Used our own.
