close to Bus Stop , close to cable car, close to city centre, neat and clean property

caution deposit of 200 Euro has not yet been returned to me.

It is a great location, walking distance to the centre and just few minutes away from the bus station. You have all the things you need for a nice accomodation and the help provided by Ines in the reception was great.

The accommodation is weirdly manged... prepare to be bombarded with 2948292 automatic messages about all the things that Pierre accommodations can provided (which is super annoying!!!) BUT then you have to buy your own toilet paper (after the 1 you get), or basic things for the kitchen as for example salt, filters for the coffe maker... I have to say that Ines in the reception was superb!! super helpful and nice, super willing to provide the best service but it is more the way that this big company has to manage what makes the accomodation weird. Not hotel, not a private house, something in between....

Good location near Cham Sud bus stops. A few minutes to the main drag of Chamonix, and the Aiguille du midi cable car. No traffic noise in our experience & generally quiet. Spar shop nearby for supplies. We had basic cleaning items supplied.

Hard to fault for the price. However... the kitchen was basic. A chopping board would be nice! We didn't cook, so much a prepare cold things. For an apartment that sleeps up to four, the ski locker was small. We has two sets of skis... maybe 4 would fit? I am.not sure.... Err... that's about it.

The staff people were really very, very helpful and friendly. I arrived terribly sick with a cold and they were able to open a room for me before noon so that I could rest, even trying to track me down (as I had left the hotel thinking I had to wait until 4 pm) by calling my contact person in the US. They recognized me going in and out and tracked down information about skiing for me, and really provided a lot of personal service that made my stay better. The location is also excellent, a short walk to town, 2 blocks from bus station, views of river and peaks, near ski rentals, and the Spar grocery store. Perfect for what I needed, esp. given my unfortunate condition.

There was nothing I didn't like, really. It doesn't have a big fancy lobby or other amenities (eg exercise room) but it's really functioning as a well run skier hotel. My room had a kitchen and perhaps it would have been good if there were a a packet of a few basic cooking items like salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, maybe a few tea bags and coffee capsules for the coffee machine. A cleaning kit was provided which was nice.

Great location, right next to the main bus interchange. Close enough to walk to all the town centre attractions

Noise late at night 2am-3am from surrounding bars/clubs. The sound proofing in the apartment was not adequate and I need to use ear plugs. Next time i'd look to try the opposite side of the buillding

The location is great; the center of Chamonix, the train station, and the Aiguilles du Midi car cable station can be reached on foot in no time. Having a private cooking area was of help. It was nice to drink tea in the evening on the small private terrace with mountain view. Overall, good value for money.

Our studio was similar but smaller compared to an equivalent studio I stayed in in the past at another Pierre & Vacances property. It would be a good idea to have basic cooking ingredients like salt or oil in the private kitchenette (I remember being provided with those at another Pierre & Vacances property in the past). Another inconvenience was having to wait for almost 4 hours to receive our keys due to the reception desk being closed in the middle of the day.

Location for buses and places to eat was great. Accommodation was good, nothing fancy but the price is good. All you need to be comfortable. Ski lockers are provided so are benches outside to get ready in morning. The bus stop for all ski options is a 5 mins walk and free with ski pass purchases. We had an apartment for upto 8 which may be a squash. There was only 3 of us so bunk for our son- he had two sets of them in his room- great for 4 younger kids. We had a double bedroom with wardrobe space which was good. Then there was a sofabed and hanging space in lounge. We didn't use other than as lounge so was great. If you were using as a bed too may be a pain. There is a table in the room too good size for 4, 6 at a squeeze. The kitchen is small but usable - no oven but microwave and induction hob. Bathroom had a bath and shower and hot water! We had an issue with kitchen sink as wasn't draining, this was resolved quickly by staff. There are lifts as well as the stairs so great after a day's ski. We arrived before check-in and were able to leave luggage in a provided room. This was a games room so those with younger children have an option of using the table tennis and pool tables if not skiing. All in all we were pretty impressed. The young lady on the reception was also very helpful 😊 15min walk into the main shopping restaurant area but more options close by Irish bar and a fab kebab place for those needing after apre munchies 🤣

The location was magnificent! Next to the main bus station and near the center to walk anywhere from there. Waking every morning and see the views from the window was something we really enjoyed! Had lots of beds to accomodate everyone in a nice way and the facilities available like the kitchen were great to cook the main meals.

I did't like the fact the toilet paper wasn't included and we had to go to the supermarket to get it. They only leave one small roll and you have to buy it yourself from some shop if you need more which obviously is the case for multiple days and a family of 4. It doesn't make sense they leave you a cleaning kit in the kitchen with tabs for the dishwasher, and soap for doing the dishes, but they don't leave you toilet paper. I just think it's nonsense and it's the only negative for this place.

The balcony had a fantastic view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. The apartment provided everything we needed. It was very quiet and the heating was just right. The staff on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. The bus and train were nearby to get to other parts of Chamonix and the walk into town was pleasant and not too long.

I absolutely love the location of this apartment. If you're arriving by bus, the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the bus station. You can reach the city center in 2 minutes yet enjoy the peace and quiet of a serene neighborhood. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The apartment could benefit from some upgrades, including more modern furniture and a refreshed bathroom. Despite these areas needing improvement, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
