My experience at Hotel Le Labrador in Chamonix was truly memorable and left me thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its standout features. Nestled facing the majestic mountains, it is situated within the midst of a meticulously maintained mountain golf course, offering a picturesque setting that perfectly captures the essence of the Alps. Upon entering the hotel, the theme of a cozy forest chalet becomes immediately evident. The abundant use of wood throughout the decor evokes a warm and inviting ambiance, immersing you in the alpine atmosphere right from the start. The attention to detail is evident, and this thematic consistency carries through to every corner of the property. The room I stayed in was a delightful surprise. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully adorned with charming elements that gave it a distinct personality. The fusion of rustic charm with modern comforts provided a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring the breathtaking Chamonix landscape. The communal area was equally captivating. The vast open space created an ideal environment for socializing and relaxation. The historical fireplace added a touch of nostalgia, making it a perfect spot to unwind with fellow travelers or a good book. However, the crowning jewels of my stay were undoubtedly the complimentary hot tub and saunas. The experience of soaking in the hot tub while being surrounded by the stunning mountain vistas was truly magical. The wet and dry saunas, with their wide windows offering panoramic views of the mountains, provided a unique and rejuvenating retreat. A special mention must be made for receptionist Ina, whose hospitality truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her recommendations for activities on a rainy day were invaluable and showcased the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction.

While the hotel certainly exceeded my expectations, there were a few minor setbacks. The parking spaces were a bit tight, and due to the hotel's popularity, it was sometimes a challenge to find a spot. Additionally, it's worth noting that the hotel is located in Le Praz, a short drive away from the center of Chamonix itself. However, this slight inconvenience is easily outweighed by the exceptional experience the hotel offers.

The view from the balcony was unreal!! we came in august - quiet, relax, not too far from Chamonix center, few minutes walk from a nice walk on the river, spa was nice. receptionist was always nice and helpful. would love to come back there! it was better than the pictures to my taste. the restaurant downstairs was nice. it's a good place if you don't want to be in the center with a lot of people and still be close and have all the comfort.

breakfast was in a beautiful place, but eggs were not fresh, and not many options to my taste (bread and all the rest was fresh!) we only took it once.

Amazing view of Mont Blanc from the room, balcony and jacuzzi. Very comfortable rooms and relaxing areas. Staff very friendly, professional and informative. Free parking at the hotel which is surrounded by the greens of a golf course.

The hotel was excellent and would have been 10 out of 10 and easily one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed in but there was a wedding in the golf club on our last night which woke me up at 0230 with the very loud music. Nothing the hotel could do presumably but it took the shine off an otherwise perfect two nights.

The location to both the Plan Praz bus stop and Flegere ski lift were really handy. Only a 30 minute walk into Chamonix down the river too was beautiful. The hotel itself was warm and welcoming, very clean with excellent facilities. The breakfast was a standard continental but very tasty and accommodated my gluten free bread request. The room was warm and cosy, and the added balcony feature with mountain view was amazing. The bathroom facilities were really modern and the bed was so comfy! We are so happy with our stay here, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. I would definitely visit again!

The rooms are compact but comfortable and clean with an amazing view to the valley surrounded by the mountains. Beautiful bathrooms. A cozy lounge with a fireplace and full bar. After a day of skiing jacuzzy has always hit the spot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to the receptoinist Max and his advices about the activities in Chamonix. Information for the skiiers: the hotel does have a ski room, the closest lift tro the mopuntain is within a 5 minute walk, other lifts and resorts are accessible by the variety of busses (200 m to the bus stop) within 10-20 min.

Would be great to have some kind of a socializing activity in the hotel. For example, organize an afternoon tea with some fresh pastry <3

Booked a Mont Blanc view room for two (facing west), and that is what we got. Impressive views, small outdoor balcony to sit in, golfers going about their business out on the course. We stayed in summer (weather was beautiful) and the hotel works well in summer (and I guess, in winter too). You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the place (but if you were, if would be great, of course). Location is a few km to the north of Chamonix centre ville (right near the bottom of La Flegere cable car) and there was a convenient bus service right near by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Can be hard to find a car park here in the middle of the day, but it becomes easy enough later on. Rooms would seem small if you were staying a long time.

We liked the rustic feel of the hotel, it fit well in the surroundings, and it was inviting and cozy.

It's not really fair but the breakfasts were not what we'd like. But we are from America and our cultural breakfast are different from this part of the world. I wish they had pancakes or waffles with butter and syrup.

Nice location outside of town, on a pristine and quiet golf course. Convenient hiking trail right behind the hotel and free bus stop nearby to take you to town.

Rooms are a little dated but still charmingly rustic. Hot tub was lukewarm at best. No AC or fans in the room during summer but it was cool enough outside at night.

Warm welcome and having a great restaurant nearby x it was our first stay in Chamonix x we would love to return x

Fake green grass out on the balcony wasn’t appealing I didn’t see the need for that choice? But honestly it didn’t spoil our stay it was a lovely place xx

It was a beautiful location and beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful, gracious and helpful.

The family room for 4 was a bit small and we could not see a photo of the room before booking it. But the studio and the master suite room were very lovely.
