Would have been good to have curtains over bunk beds for privacy

Breakfast was good with lots of different options for both vegetarians as well as Non-vegetarians. It is located next to a stream and has lots of beautiful walking paths starting from there. Many good restaurants are nearby and it also has an inhouse restaurant so you can relax and have Dinner at the same place where you are staying. It is close to the Chamonix Lez Praz Station and also to La Flegere Gondola & L'Index Lift. You can also walk for about 15-20 minutes to Chamonix Mont Blank conveniently from there. Staff was very friendly and good. Room had all the necessary amenities with a balcony facing the mountains.

It is located in 5-10 minutes from Chamonix. It has bus stop nearby which can ride you to the most popular ski resorts. Hotel owns free private parking, which is good, because in Chamonix all the parkings are paid. Breakfast is nice, views are ok - not the best you can see there

We lived in second house on the ground floor. It was a bit noisy because of thin walls. House is located near railway, so be aware of trains which go on regular basis starting from ~08:00

A perfect location in the forest at the foot of trails. Ample parking and really easy to get into Chamonix. Our room was really spacious and we were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were great and the staff were all really helpful and accommodating.

We have no criticisms other than having more options without meat on the menu for dinner. We had fondue one night but we had to go out the second night as we didn’t want to have fondue or raclette again and the salad was not available either night. We did not want to have soup for dinner.

The location was excellent. The rooms were spacy and the beds were superb (all four!). It was great waking up, how else, with a beautiful mountain view!

Due to roadworks the main road leading to the hotel was closed. We arrived at 22:00 in Chamonix, at which time no one is present at the desk (which is regular for this hotel and was communicated to us). Navigating with Waze, we were routed through this road, which was not marked as closed. Additional entries to this road along the track were closed as well, which we tried to no avail. Finally we asked a local from a café for help and only then we managed. Hence, it took us one full hour at 23:00 at night in the small village Chamonix to reach the hotel. Well, it is obviously not the fault of the hotel that a road leading to it was closed, but it would be a great service if a next time of roadworks, they would check it out and communicate to guests how to get there.

Given the price, I don't think this is a deal breaker but the room lacks ventilation (no window) so it feels pokey and a bit stuffy. It was ok, but I can see it being quite busy with 8 people. Having said that, it was still good value for Chamonix, and very clean.

Check in time of 4:00 was a bit too late for our liking, but was clearly stated in the property’s description on Booking. early check in was not possible…the cleaning staff was still turning over rooms when we were shown our room at about 4:30. The breakfast is very simple and, in my opinion, not worth $15 per person charged in site. It is slightly cheaper if choosing breakfast during the booking process. We chose to grab items at a local grocery store in the morning rather than pay the $45 for the yogurt, cereal, bread, and coffee that our group would’ve selected at the breakfast buffet.

The loveliest stay we had in Chamonix. :) The hotel is located next to the bus station where buses go every half an hour, there are also night buses which means that the connection with the city center is very good. The room was stylish and really nice. We also had a balcony and mountain view. Beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The cleaning staff didn't pay much attention to closing doors which means that those were slammed shut during the day which made it difficult to have a nap in the afternoon because of the noise.

It was the best hostel I ever stayed in! The place was clean, just next to the ski slopes. The staff were super kind and awesome ❤️ the woman at the reception helped me with finding skiiing and hikes! I appreciated that a lot. The price was perfect! Also they had a nice restaurant! There was no hot water for the shower. But they offered me to shower in different room.

This small hotel is super friendly and cosy. It has a little restaurant/ bar area with reasonably priced food and drink. Views of the mountains are gorgeous. Just off the number 2 bus route. All questions before arrival were answered quickly and clearly. Although just off the main road it was very quiet. Bus stop was very close.

We didnt know they need a €50 hold on a card on arrival. It was difficult to find the first night in the dark.
