The hotel is located in the heart of Chamonix, very convenient to go everywhere; the nearest ski lift is only about 3 minutes' walk from our hotel; the super market SUPER U is just steps away; when we arrived, the hotel parking is full, so we parked at a big parking garage about 3 minutes' walk from the hotel; we had a big apartment with three bedrooms, it was spacious and well equipped; the apartment was clean and comfy; the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl who received us upon our arrival. we had a great stay!

Excellent location! We were able to walk to all restaurants and shops. You are in the heart of Chamonix, just one block from the beautiful Saint Michel church which is also the location for the tourist center. We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious two story unit with views of the mountain from the back deck, modern kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. The reception staff were very helpful and recommended local favorite restaurants and assisted with our luggage transfers while we were in route to hike Mont Blanc. The hotel offers complimentary cruiser bikes. We did not partake in breakfast at the location so cannot comment on the food or service. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The little studio was tiny but really cute. It was well equipped and clean. And the bed was decent. It worked well in the summer but might be more difficult with loads of winter/ski gear to fit in.

The staff member at the reception took my debit card and copied the codes to cover the tax payment to be made in the morning. When I asked if I could pay that tax (3,20€ for 2 people!) right away as the accommodation was also already paid, it was possible - but my card info was already copied. I disliked the approach even though no misuse of my card has so far occurred. Also, the bedroom was so tiny one had to crawl into the double bed from the foot end as there was no space around it whatsoever. So don't book this studio if you're unfit to crawl or uncomfortable sleeping right next to your travel companion.

The breakfast was very generous in a cosy atmosphere.

The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, and the view from our bedroom window was superb as we could see the mountains very clearly (our room was on the 3rd floor). The location is also very close to the main street with lots of shopping stores.

The hotel's parking is very limited, and you have to pre-book and pre-pay. Otherwise, you have to park in a public parking area just nearby, which can be quite a walk if you have luggage.

Our ground floor apartment was very well designed. We had fresh air, quiet, a super comfortable bed and access to a great supermarket right nest door. A couple of times when we wanted something we didn’t have the staff dropped what they were doing and helped us out. The friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff was unsurpassed. We were very sad to leave.

Finding the reception at the hotel was a bit confusing but asking for help just leads you to friendly people. So for us that bad luck just led to good luck.

I needed an iron and the staff found it, brought it my room. They were responsive. Overall, it was a very nice stay with friendly efficient staff!

The only downside was at breakfast - there were flies in the dining area. I am sure it was due to the warehouse outside, but they kept getting worse each day and created the need to swat at your breakfast every minute or two to keep them from landing on your meal. Not a big deal, but room to improve on this issue, so mentioning it here.

Location is great - right in the centre and close to all amenities you'd need - bus stops, shops, chair lifts, supermarket etc... perfect - no issues with noise at night either. Kitchen facilities were great and the terrace out front to sit out on a morning/evening was great. Bed was v comfy. Storage was ample.

kitchen tap was faulty on arrival, so had to report to reception who did fix within 48 hours. Also had to tell them there as a lack of utensils we'd need to be able to use any of the self catering facilities to cook meals. All resolved quickly so no queries at all here - thank you :). studio had no air con and so was stifling on an evening / trying to sleep etc. Only windows were at the front, so the rooms at the back got no air circulation at all. The supplied mobile air con unit didn't really touch the sides.

The double bed was two singles combined with is fine for me since I'm solo. But why am I solo 😭

We had so much space! With our “penthouse suite” booking we had 3 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed too in the lounge. The apartment was clean, the showers were lovely, and the location was the best part. We were right in the centre of Chamonix!

Only that I would’ve loved more mountain views as we had more of the car park area, but not a problem once you’re outside anyway
