The staff at this Auberge were extremely polite, helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, this can be validated by the amount of visitors it had each day. Very peaceful surroundings, with a camping site next door to the Auberge. One small pointer that room 12 would be difficult for people with mobility problems, because of nuthe four steps leading to the WC and main bedroom, other than that a lovely Auberge to rest and enjoy.

There is none that I can mention.

The location is wonderful, the building and the ambience are great. The staff has been extremely kind in accommodating our very late arrival due to delays. The fresh pain au Chocolat, croissant, and baguette are wonderful and a great way to start the day! The bed and pillows are really comfortable, perfect fit a restful sleep. It's great that they are pet friendly too.

For someone with asthma and with dust allergy, dust is an issue in the room and there was some which was only noticed by someone sensitive to it. Limited toiletries in the bathroom, with just one product for body/hair. I would have noticed just because i forgot mine.

All was fine as in the past as we have stayed there a number of times before. It is so convenient for Channel Tunnel whilst being in the countryside outside of Calais. They always state the restaurant is closed on Sundays but always check on the day as some Sundays in the past when we have stayed there they have had the restaurant open. When it is closed, there are other restaurants open in the area.

I did not state fully excellent this time only because the room (it was in fact a 2 room suite) was not entirely ready as electrician was coming to activate lighting. This was not a problem as all was fixed in 10 or 15 mins. I had asked for a disabled-access room which this was provided as. Just to mention if you are disabled, there is a step up into the double-bed room and also a step up to the toilet room which is across the single-beds room from the washing facilities. There is another room downstairs, I believe, but it was I think only a double and we needed a third bed for our adult son.

Breakfast was lovely and with many options. Location for the tunnel was fantastic and in a quiet rural setting Great restaurant

Took several attempts for someone to answer the phone at reception and book in. Also, the room was a little disappointing - plain furnishing, small room, little bit of dust and no view. Was expecting a little more for the price

Good location with access to Eurotunnel. Nice looking rural property. Owner very friendly and helpful. They are dog friendly both in the rooms and restaurant. Great shower.

The confirmation email said no extra charge for dogs yet when I checked later they had charged 10 Euros per dog! We booked breakfast which was a little disappointing ... slightly sad cold cheese and meat out of a fridge.

The main restaurant was closed but the snack bar was open and they gave a very good choice so we were more than happy, with local wines available spirits and beers and dog friendly too. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet so a good nights sleep was had by all. We stayed in the hotel part of the campsite but should you do happen to be towing a caravan it was a good site. The pitches were nicely laid out and had nice shrubs and small trees around them which made them more personable and private and more spacious unlike the ones we get in UK which are much more regimented and crammed in comparrison.

We only stayed the one night so nothing to dislike even had we stayed longer.

Location, facilities, the fact there was camping, hotel and restaurant all in one place.

There was nobody on the hotel reception upon arrival, it asked you to phone a number and we couldn’t get the number working. After driving 7 hours it was a faff we could have done without.

Nice location, 15 minutes from the tunnel,.but nothing like the rubbish you get in Calais or the tunnel. Quite a find, with a lovely restaurant attached.

Don't expect high a level hotel, this is an auberge. Just what is needed for a comfortable overnighter.

Nice big rooms, plenty of parking, nice restaurant on site.

The lighting in rooms was quite dim so in winter it is rather gloomy. The baths have shower attachments but you have to hold shower to wash. However, these are small matters made up for by convenience of parking and relaxed atmosphere, plus nice, rustic restaurant.

Excellent. Somehow a big improvement on last year.

Our ground floor twin room though extremely comfortable, had an awkward sliding door to the wet room which was very noisy and heavy to slide. Which would be a greater problem for others with less strength in the hands.
