Location is super, about 1km hilly walk to grotto. Some of the staff are really kind and friendly. Bertha from the spa is lovely, morning crew front desk aim to please and the lovely manager kept the kitchen open to whip me a desperately needed supper at night. I left my phone in the room (after check out) and housekeeping returned, got a call from property making arrangement to retrieve it.

If traveling with lots of luggage, kids or elders, reserve a taxi (if you're coming from the train station). Walkable but challenging with a lot of bags and keep in mind, scattered rain.

The breakfast was great, local products and lots of choice, decent price. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the spa facilities were pretty good and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Overall it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Everything was pretty good, but we noticed some wear and tear on furniture and equipment, cheap finishings... We paid extra for a room with a view and a balcony - the view is actually on the parking.

location, beds were super comfortable and the room size, showers in the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome and the staff very helpful. also the private parking is great. This was our third visit to the hotel and we will go back for sure :)

we were in the 4th floor, paint was chipping off our door and the walls. The whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and some TLC

it’s comfortable and the staff is very nice, especially the Polish receptionist who was very friendly. all the staff was exceptional. breakfast was superb and we would definitely visit again. it was very peaceful and clean. and the room was beautiful and comfortable.

the AC needs upgrading but it did its job. the room was not soundproofed, but it could be because we had interconnecting rooms.

Everything was great. The staff member during the day, Laurent, I think, was GREAT !

1. You charge 40% of the room’s price for an early check in of TWO HOURS (!!!!!!) which is ridiculously expensive and abusive. 2. The staff member at night was really not professional, having a personal phone call while I was waiting at the lobby.

very close proximity to centre of town, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful stay, spa facilities were great and the staff really friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet really good aswell

I wish the swimming pool opened a bit earlier as it only opens at 4pm, nice to go for a swim after breakfast

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Left for airport early and front desk had a packed breakfast for me .

No variety of breakfast menu. Tables were not able to accommodate all the guests on a very busy day. A family of 5 waited to be seated but left after about 20 minutes.

Excellent location and views. Lovely decor with all the extras one would expect. Pets welcome and easy access to local eating places and the Sanctuary.

There were 4 electric car chargers but only 1 was working. The charging spaces were used by other guests and staff appeared reluctant to ask them to move their cars. Luckily the cable was long enough to reach when we parked practically in an access area.

The hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location, and staff were extremely friendly. They accommodated us from as soon as we arrived, providing an adapter plug, and an iron, and most spoke English. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, as was the room. We stayed as a family, in a triple room. We got upgraded so had 3 little balconys in the room. It was so clean and really bright and airy.

No complaints at all.

Had an issue with the shower where the water would not drain quick enough so started flooding the bathroom. Staff were very helpful to resolve the issue
