Breakfast was exceptional, the chef even made me an eggwhite omlette during busy hours as I am allergic to the yellow. Beds were very comfortable and everything was seamless, and the location was also perfect. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay. They also had some space for kids to run around so I would also stay there with kids although you probably need a bigger room for a family stay.

Only a small feedback, I did forget to pack some body cream and maybe a small tube of that in the room would've helped.

- very good mattress and pillows - unexpectedly nice daily cleaning and towels replacement for the price I paid - very good sound insulation of the windows + usually quiet because it's on a side street - large and comfortable outside and inside lounge area + nice but rather small terrace on the last upper floor - quiet hours after 10 pm were respected - enjoyed the small cafe in the hotel lobby serving some small bites, sandwiches, wraps, granola etc + starbucks drinks - safe space to leave your luggage before checkin / after checkout - good location just outside the metro station with direct link to city center

- need to completely change their towels which look old and worn out - too dim lights in the room, could barely see anything at nights - windows could use some nets - not their fault but something to keep in mind: lack of restaurants, cafes in the immediate vicinity

The hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned every day of our stay to an exceptional level. We were able to leave our luggage at their storage room before our room was ready and explore the area. The location is fantastic! It's 2 minutes walking distance from a U-bahn station, 20 minutes from Potsdamer Plats and the station there, and 25 minutes from the Brandenburg gate and the Reichstag. There is a museum around thw corner, which is great, and a pub with a garden next to the U-bahn station.

I don't think there is anything we didn't like.

A great location - close to U & S-Bahn, Museum of Technology & Berlin History bunker. Friendly staff at check-in, late night bar with street tables, clean & cosy room. A reasonable walking distance from Tiergarten which was our main destination for the Rave the Planet event.

The room was quite small even for 2 people. At the same time, besides the 2 closely pushed to each other single beds (which, I guess, may be equally presented as one double bed depending on situation) there were a full-size sofa and a folding bed on the wall, which made the room resemble a train compartment. It would be a challenge for 4 people to share such a tiny room.

The hotel room that we had appeared to be brand new. Modern decor, excellent fittings, a working safe, windows that opened, and plenty of power outlets. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable!

Very few complaints but a suggestion or two: 1. Some sort of organised events (trivia or ping pong) in the almost unused section of the lobby to the left of the entrance would be nice. The A/C system instructions are not clearly available and while hotels don't like customers having too much control over their A/C, the hotel became a little hot overnight and it was impossible to cool the room enough.

New hotel with very young and friendly staff. Although we didn't eat breakfast we had a look to see what was being offered and there were a lot of choices. The room was very clean, maybe a tad on the small side but well thought out. Ample storage under the bed for large suitcases. Shower was one of the best we have had while traveling. There is a roof top terrace as well as an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor. Coffee (paid) is available with a Starbucks right in the lobby. The Subway (Metro) is less than a three minute walk away and there is a huge beer garden by a local craft brewery just around the corner where there is also a thriving park and green space. It's about a 20 minute walk to Potsdamer Place. So even though you aren't right downtown we found the location to be excellent. Would we stay again, for sure.

Destination for the hotel was great, between Gleisdreieck U-train station and Deutsches Technikmuseum, short walk to Checkpoint Charlie and other stuff to see. Staff was helpful and understandable. Loved that there was a luggage room where you can drop your luggage before check-in time and after check-out so you don't have to carry them around while waiting room to be ready and if you have late day flight away, waiting for that.

The room was a bit too warm for my liking, but that about +30C outside temperature is not going to help with it. Other than that I really don't have anything to say, as we pretty much used hotel room as our "base" where we pretty much only slept.

I think price for the breakfast a bit high but still it is delicious and many options that you can choose among. Room is good, neat and tidy. Only thing that outside of our door lock was broken which created a concern when I first entered the room. Location was good, we could able to walk to Postdamer platz and other places. Also the train station is really close. I can choose there again if I go to Berlin one more time. Floor of the room was not carpet. I love that as an allergic person.

I get used to finding snacks or at least coffee or tea in the room. They are not providing that. I would prefer they have it. If I knew, I would bring my own instant coffee. Also slippers for the room can be good.

The room was very nice! The mattresses aren't too soft. We enjoyed the control panel in charge of the lights, the AC and the blinds. The AC was lovely and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, it's cheaper to book it in advance. We appreciated the longer breakfast schedule on the weekend.

We were locked out of our room a couple of minutes before check-out time, and when we asked to reactivate the keys so we could get our bags, the person at the welcome desk was a bit hostile. The soundproofing on the rooms was not ideal so we could hear quite a lot of the noise coming from the hallway during the night.

Location was great for transportation. The U bahn is just on the corner and all U1 U2 and U3 has connections there. It was a bit far from most of the attractions so half an hour approximitely is necessary with subway if you want to go to the city centre. It's a quiet street, but a bit industrial. There are no cafes or shops around, not even a small supermarket. The hotel has an italian restaurant, a vending machine and a starbucks inside which compensates this to a point. Staff is amazing, rooms are very functional and clean. Everyone has done above and beyond to make our visit as special as possible. Thank you guys for the great experience! For us, the distance was not a problem. Even with a small child we were ok. We would defenitely choose here again in the future!
