Breakfast was exceptional, the chef even made me an eggwhite omlette during busy hours as I am allergic to the yellow. Beds were very comfortable and everything was seamless, and the location was also perfect. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay. They also had some space for kids to run around so I would also stay there with kids although you probably need a bigger room for a family stay.

Only a small feedback, I did forget to pack some body cream and maybe a small tube of that in the room would've helped.

The hotel room that we had appeared to be brand new. Modern decor, excellent fittings, a working safe, windows that opened, and plenty of power outlets. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable!

Very few complaints but a suggestion or two: 1. Some sort of organised events (trivia or ping pong) in the almost unused section of the lobby to the left of the entrance would be nice. The A/C system instructions are not clearly available and while hotels don't like customers having too much control over their A/C, the hotel became a little hot overnight and it was impossible to cool the room enough.

Location was great for transportation. The U bahn is just on the corner and all U1 U2 and U3 has connections there. It was a bit far from most of the attractions so half an hour approximitely is necessary with subway if you want to go to the city centre. It's a quiet street, but a bit industrial. There are no cafes or shops around, not even a small supermarket. The hotel has an italian restaurant, a vending machine and a starbucks inside which compensates this to a point. Staff is amazing, rooms are very functional and clean. Everyone has done above and beyond to make our visit as special as possible. Thank you guys for the great experience! For us, the distance was not a problem. Even with a small child we were ok. We would defenitely choose here again in the future!

The hotel is really close to public transit, so location is great for getting around Berlin. I really enjoyed the cafeteria and tables in the lobby. There is also comfortable furniture to the outside. I felt like it was a good place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I was really nice to have the options to drink coffee and have a snack before going up to my room. The rooftop lounge is also lovely at all times of the day. I felt like I could have privacy as well as be around people as a solo traveler. Staff were very helpful when I had questions. The phone key system was convenient. Breakfast at the hotel has a wide selection. I felt very well taken care of. The room felt very clean. there was no desk in the room itself but lots of table space in the lobby areas.

The room was a little small even for one person. It would not work for someone in a wheelchair. The hotel is a little bit far from a market or convenient store. The hotel also does not have options for doing laundry for longer-term stays and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a trek. The bathroom does not have grab bars in the shower, or near the toilet, so it may be a little challenging for people who have mobility/accessibility concerns. If the hotel added, grab bars to the bathrooms, it would be a great option for disabled people who are traveling as long as they are not a wheelchair user.

Impeccable cleanliness, amazing location close to the U-Bahn station, very comfortable beds (medium firm mattress) great noise reduction windows, modern, compact, with lots of useful built-in features in the room like a drop-down desk and a stool that fits neatly under other furniture, usb ports for charging devices and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Blackout curtains as well as digitally controlled electric blinds - great sleep!

The duvets were very thin. It took us a bit to figure out climate control (we travelled in April - one day was 7 degrees outside, one was 17!!). The touch choices for different languages are SMALL. This digital console controlling underfloor bathroom heating, electrical blinds and room temperature is BRIGHT during the night. We improvised covering it. Yeah, I know I have something called eyelids to shut the light out, but it was still bright, those LED lights are powerful - it was great once we sorted that. Other people might not be bothered.

The room was extremely stylish and well-designed, with comfortable lighting, full blinds and controllable air conditioning. The mattress and pillows were also comfortable. The bathroom felt clean and shining new. The reception staff were helpful and prompt to react: they had extra keycards and extra towels ready when we needed them. We were happy to find the hotel bar open at 3 am when we got to the hotel from the party. The location felt safe and close to the U-bahn, even though it took somewhat longer to reach the central station (30 to 40 minutes) than I expected.

The price tag was higher than I'd frankly love to, but the benefits were visible.

The place is good, near Metro station, the room was really good, well made, wiew from window was nice, a hairdryer and a safe were really nice additions. Breakfast were good although nothing spectacular, just simple breakfast, though a bit pricey. After you check out they have luggage rooms which are made really nicely. Overall a heads up for the place, comfortable, 5 mins from room to metro station, would stay there again.

There is no netflix on the TV and shower could have closed, also roof terrace was closed, but it was raining.

Property is very central. The rooms are small but adequate for sleeping/showering if you are on a short weekend city break. The bar and breakfast are excellent and the staff are friendly and fast to react to guest requests. The luggage lockers after check out were excellent and very secure. I would definitely stay again. The facilities are also very good especially the roof terrace.

Minor maintenance issues - heating panel/air con didn’t work so room was very hot. Toilet brush was absolutely disgusting but once we informed reception they actioned to rectify it immediately.

We liked that the staff allowed us to check in really early and got surprised in a good way. It was super nice to be able to use our room right away without paying extra. Also, amenities and facilities are not too much, not too less, everything needed are there. There is a luggage room that have proper locker and key to access, which is really assuring to leave our luggage without worrying anything even after check out.

Nothing to complain. If I could say something, when we saw cleaning Staffs, they were not nice nor greeting to us. . But I suppose this is normal and maybe too much to ask.

amazing hotel with a very good price. Clean&modern. The room is small but you don't feel it because there are smart tricks like the luggages can go under the bed, there's a hidden small table for laptop with a small puff to sit on. Small holes to put your clothes and hangers here and there. Big flat TV and speed wifi. The toilet is tiny but the shower is very comfortable. Everything very clean and new. The staff is super nice. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices.

it's a pity that the restaurant is open only few days a week as the area doesn't have good offer on food (except for BRLO, close by)
