Well equipped spacious studio as such, however the sleeping area is an alcove, so on one side there was only 15 cm space to get into the bed! Spacious bathroom. Extremely well noise insulated: you cannot hear street noises. 10 min walk from Potsdamer Platz. U-Bahn is next door. Bio 365 grocery shop next door. Lidl 10 min away.

The window blinds function randomly, meaning they would open by themselves at any time. Sun hits the windows most of the day. Not any kind of instructions provided. It would definitively require some. Same for the thermostats. Not self evident to manage. The staff is only present from 10 am to 6 pm. Missing a bread toaster, overwise well equipped kitchen. No recycling bins at all anywhere in the premises - at least accessible to the customers - which is surprising for Germany.

Larger than expected room and balcony, including full kitchen and dining table. Some coffee/tea was also included. High speed internet was great, especially for working. Everything in the building was very clean. Overall it was amazing

Noise in the night / sound insulation: People in the next door cafe were loud, plus sounds from neighbor rooms were easily heard. Wasn't a big issue for me but for more sensitive sleepers might suggest a different location. Secondly, not really an issue but lack of 24/7 reception. Getting in after 6pm by ringing the doorbell where a remote doorman lets you in was a bit odd.

Perfect for 2 people on a short break visiting Berlin. The room and balcony were very clean. The bed was comfortable with good storage options. Loved the bathroom, finished to a high standard with a nice rainfall shower - just what you need after walking round Berlin in the heat! Small kitchenette type of arrangement with double hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. They provide you with coffee pods, tea etc as well as dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules, we made use of all of it. Daily cleaning as well which was a nice touch. Lovely balcony to relax, read or work, don't expect city views but nice to have! There was a shop/cafe downstairs with all your essentials, a little on the expensive side but convenient. All staff were very friendly and they held our luggage on the last day which was very useful!

The lift was out of order for the whole duration of our stay which was disappointing and we only received an email about it the day we arrived! Perhaps just bad timing? We were on the 4th floor so gets a little tedious when you come back and forth, good job we're young and fit! The outdoor furniture on the balcony could be a little better, two tiny chairs and a small table, ended up using the chair from inside anyway. The photos can be a little deceiving so when we arrived the apartment was a bit smaller than we expected but didn't put us off.

-Location is good. Metro and bus station were at 1 min walking distance. You can basically walk to Brandenburg Gate and keep walking to other attractions. -Supermarket at the ground floor, closing at 22:00 -Room is spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped.

-Self checking didn't work. Owners didn't reply to our phone calls either. So it took some time and was annoying. -The road in front of the hotel is very noisy. The windows are very thick and resistant to noise. When you need a fresh air or spend time in the balcony, it is not pleasant. -The bed was narrow for a room like this. -The air conditioner didn't work but luckily the weather was ok.

Great location, 15 minutes walking distance to the Reichstag and Brandenburger Tor. Subway station entrance is just downstairs. The room was clean with all required infrastructure (refrigerator, dishwasher, even a washing machine); the room is cleaned daily. Also, tea and coffee cups were refilled regularly.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of parking options, however I admit it’s not the property’s problem. If lucky, one can park for free on Köthener Straße; otherwise it costs 20€ per day (along Gabriele-Tergit-Promenade or in the „Tiefgarage Potsdamer Platz“ underground car park).

Staff. From my office calling and speak with one person to working in your hotel and they asked: its posible early chek in because my fly its very early. He can tell: its Ok 11:00-12:00 its ok to come. I am coming 10:35, the staff tell me: you have to pay 20.00 extra. Whay? We can speak with your staff. I waiting to go 11:00 a clock. No no its no pisible. Or you waiting 15:00 a clock. 2. I going in the room, room totaly cold Not have phote to speaking with reception, i go to speak: air condicion its ok 22’. Its yours problem no hotels problem. I tell: i know what is 22’ byt your aircondicion itf off its not ON. The room its coooold.

Hotel was within 20 mins walking distance of most attractions. Room was clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Balcony was spacious. Had everything you need. Washing machine, hob, dishwasher (one pod provided) dishwasher(one tablet provided) washing up liquid provided, kitchen roll provided, pans, cutlery, microwave, fridge, everything spotless clean. Supermarket close by. Staff friendly and on check in we upgraded to a bigger room and the lad on reception was very helpful and patient. We asked for a fan for our room and that was provided within 10 mins of asking. All transport within a stones throw of hotel. Pictures are from room 264

Only thing that could of improved our stay was air con. It does state no air con, so really we can't complain, but it was so hot while we were there that it would of been fantastic had it had some.

The Hotel was in a very convenient location to reach all the Berlin sights. The U2 is next door to the hotel. The Hotel is less than a ten minute walk to Potsdamer Platz. What is important to note is that the U2 does not go directly to the Berlin Hauptbahnhof if you are arriving by train. There is a receptionist on duty form 1000 to 1800 daily. If you arrive during those hours, they can help you with the checkin, otherwise you need to use their online checkin system at the reception desk. Have your confirmation code available which is a six digit number. The room/apt we selected was the Apartment Deluxe which had a seperate bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The living room had a loveseat sized couch with a small cofffee table. There was a small square table that doubled as a desk, dining table. The kitchenette had "like new" appliances which included a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso type coffee maker. . The microwave and washer/dryer are AEG brand. The kitchenette had the bare baiscs to make a meal. The washing machine was a real bonus.

Our Apartment/Room lock malfunctioned twice during our 6 night stay. We were locked out of the Apt each time. Luckily this happened during the hours that staff was on site. Be sure you have Whatsapp or cellular vocie serivce to call or contact the staff during the hours that they are not on site. The Apt/Rooms do not have air conditioning. This was verified by the staff. Some rooms have a window ventilation fan. Our room had a floor fan. Luckily, it was early June and the maximum temp in the room was 25.5 C. We kept our window open at night to cool the apt.

Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Compact kitchen incl washer/dryer. Oil, salt and pepper as well as washing machine and dishwasher tabs provided! Well stocked grocery shop within the building.

The kitchen cabinets were high and I couldn’t see or reach everything- I’m 5.3. The bathroom towels were rather thin and small. The bedroom was tiny with only one side table. I do think that simple instructions in English and other languages will be very helpful for the washer/dryer. The machine takes ages before it ends both the washing and drying cycles and unlocks the door!

It was easy to self check in. On our check out the property kindly kept our luggage until our evening flight. We get a room with a balcony- that was really nice to have a balcony- and that was one of the major sources of our good impression about the property. The location is very good- close to several tube stations and the staff is very nice. You can find nearby supermarket, grocery stores, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped - I find everything I need to cook for my boys. I would recommend this property. Very clean.

However, for little kids- 3 and 6, especially for 3 years old there were some unsafe corners- the balcony of course, but we were watching 24/7 so this was fine. But in the room- a bar table with high armchairs, so for kids of this age (2-4) I wouldn't suggest to stay there. It was quite tricky to have a dinner. Another table was very low and chairs were the same height for this specific set.
