The hotel is very well located, walking distance to Potsdamerplatz which is a nice hotspot in town. There is a Lidl market ver close and also S bahn stop is very close. The rooms were clean, design was sweet, the staff was helpful. The room had a bathtub, kids loved it!

The elevators are too slow and the hotel doesn't have a service elevator, sometimes it takes so long to get into the elevator and it sometimes makes you feel frustrated.

- Great central location next to many attractions and plentiful public transport links. - Reception staff and bar staff very knowledgeable, friendly and perfectly spoken English. - Rooms were big and well appointed. Mini kitchen facility great, even if it is just a fridge, microwave and kettle. - Showers very good. - Would definitely stay here again

- Elevators can be slow and unpredictable. Was easier to use the stairs most of the time. - Sofa bed not the most comfortable but fine for short stays. - Rooms could be better insulated, can hear noisy neighbours in the evenings. - Where our room was overlooked the back of the hotel, where the recycling bins were and on numerous nights people decided to do glass recycling up until midnight. - Air conditioning not working at time of this review and room was quite humid. Don’t think it’d be pleasant in summer. - Room telephones out of order at the minute too.

The location was good. It was opposite the station Anhalter Bahnhof which has direct transportation to the center. However ıf you like walking you can also walk to many places just like we did. The staff were helpful. We arrived a bit early but had a quick check in and they gave us our room without making us wait. The room was warm and clean. It was quite big and had everything we needed.

The toilet might have been a bit cleaner. We tried to turn on the heater at night but it gives cold and warm air at the same time so it makes the room colder. So we kept it off all the time and it was better. There was a sign saying "Go green skip the clean" , we hang it out our door a lot before the mentioned time, but when we returned our room we saw that nobody cared about it. It is not a big deal but we were there only for 2 days so we really didnt need new towels cleaning etc.

Perfect location and room size.

We arrived around noon and check in was at 3pm. We asked if the room was available and the reception guy said no. When we asked if he could notify us when the room was ready he bluntly said no!!

Perfect location, close to city center and all main attractions. Spacious room with all needed inside.

For some reason, the cleaners entered the room without knocking every morning, extremely early. Which seemed out of place.

Spacious room. Didn't feel as if we were crowded. Room dividing curtains Plenty of storage for clothes and cases Separate toilet, always handy when you have kids and need a shower! Kitchen area was good. Decent sized kettle and fridge Room cleaned daily if required Plenty of towels Bath and separate shower with plenty of Rituals shower supplies. Great location, S bann at the bottom of the street and U bann (which we used the most) 10 min walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area and a lidl for room supplies just around the corner. Staff were very helpful when needed.

Only two cups for four people and no spoons for coffee making though when asked they did provide some spoons. No where to hang used towels so that they could be reused. Towels were replaced daily but I would have been happy to reuse if there had been a towel rack in the bathroom.

Excellent (somewhat) budget hotel in the middle of Berlin. So close to everything we wanted to see. Room and facility extremely clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety to satisfy all our tastes. Special shoutout to the night bartender, Hani, who was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we didn’t like is down to personal preference. We prefer a toilet and bath in the same room, not separate. We prefer a softer bed and pillows than the firm ones they had here. But again, that’s personal preference and shouldn’t be counted against the hotel.

I loved everything about our stay for this booking!! BUT after this, we extended our stay one more night and had to change from 7th floor to the 1st, and in the 1st was an unpleasant stay. :(

The extended reservation was to the name of Ivan Yair, Blanco D’Mendieta On the 1st floor. And there was a completely intolerable smell in the toilet room. It smelled like if we were in the urinarion section of the subway. I couldn’t even go to do my needs without covering my nose and doing it as fast as possible. Also another thing is that there was no hand soap, they forgot to fill the bottle

I spent 5 of the best nights, and will surly repeat it. Stuff was extremely supportive since started my check in, took us 2 minutes after a long flight, Karim was extremely supportive happy seeing a customer, explaining to us where to go and how to enjoy our stay with all the sightseeing even with some hidden ideas of enjoying Berlin, Hany is one of the best keeping a smile on his face anytime if the day, when just asked for small help he even did it himself without escalating to some one. Keep it up guys. Room was spacious View from the room was very nice to the city Just few steps to main transportation bus and Metro Walking distance just to reach most of the historic sites Checking out friend, early 4 am in the morning a friend from Pakistan, sorry forgot his name, more than supportive.

Nice cozy lobby and the design is fun! The rooms are super spacious with one bathroom, and one restroom with 2 showers, also a microwave, big tv and more! What made our stay much better was the hotel staff, they were super kind and helpful and always in a good mood, also shout out to Hani(one of the staff) that helped us out a lot and was very friendly!

It’s a thing in Europe I guess, I searched for hotels with AC since I get pretty hot at night. Berlin was very cold at my stay yet the air conditioner was turning on automatically based on the whether outside and since it was cold it didn’t turn on. The hotel staff were super kind and offered a fan.
