Fantastic size rooms in a great location. Around a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of Potsdamer Platz which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The underground stations are all very close by to the hotel and it so easy to get across Berlin using them. There is a Lidl supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel if you needed any quick snacks or anything.

There are only 2 lifts in the hotel and if on a high floor they can take ages to call during busier periods. They tended to go to every floor first which meant they were often full by the time they reached our top floor so we couldn't get in.

good location near the metro, checkpoint Charlie, the wall memorial and good few restaurants, cafes and shops. spacious room with comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. much more spacious than more expensive hotels with smaller family rooms for same dates/locations very good value - choose the room only rate. you’ll save! friendly staff - even though they gave some colouring material and something else to a kid in the lobby but nothing at all to my 4 year old (we were standing close by).

the breakfast was 17€ - we took a look at it and didn’t try it. didn’t think it was worth paying so much! with the same amount, we had breakfast for 3 in the coffee shop opposite to the hotel only 2 lifts and one of them was out of order for the whole stay (4 nights). so it was either long waits to get the lift or use the stairs with a 4 year old, baby and stroller. more than once we chose the stairs! the bathroom smelled on occasions, but nothing too unbearable

Great location and easy walk to so many places. having the toilet separate to the bathroom was great, it did sound a little like an aircraft toilet but it was super handy and the room was lovely and spacious. Thanks for having us.

As there was a kettle and fridge it would have been good to have some basic Cutlery and plates etc. aside from that we loved it.

We liked that the room was very clean. The location of the hotel is also great because you have a super close U-bahn station and from there you can move anywhere, besides, you can go the Bundestag and Brandenburger Tor walking. It is nice that the rooms have a small refrigerator and a water kettle. In general, we think that the hotel isn't amazing but what you get is fair for the money you pay.

Something that we didn't like is that the rooms are not well isolated, meaning that I could hear my neighbors but also the people walking/running in the hall. This was not so good, especially during night-hours. We also had problems with the shower because the door was not closing properly and a lot of water came out. We tried the buffet one day, however we felt it was only okay-ish and kind-of expensive. We only ate there once, because some of us are vegan and the breakfast was not really vegan-friendly.

Room is really spacious and the sound insultation is great. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. Reception was open 24h which is really great because we left our luggage before check in time and came back really late after going partying. The room design is really great with the toilet separate from the bath part and with a lot of compartments for storage. The room is well stocked with Rituals products.

The elevators were infuriating, we were up in the 5th floor and it was impossible to get a lift during peak hours. Housekeeping was also really off-putting - during one of the days, they came in unanounced and I asked them to come back in an hour, but they didn't. Then the last day they came in 5 different times even though I kept telling them that we were checking out so they should come back at 12.00. It was really aggravating. Also, there was a bit of a septic smell in the sink.

The hotel is fine for the money you pay. Most importantly, it's well situated and it's clean.

Service is average in the best case - I had to work hard to get shower gel in our room - asked 3 or 4 times, each time someone at the reception was typing some message in the computer with a serious face appearance and nothing happened... Elevators are basically a nightmare - each time we were using them in the more active part of the day we had to wait stops on each floor, in the last days we simply started using the stairs which is more or less ok on the way down but 7 floors on the way up is obviously not an option.

Room was huge which was great as we were staying for a week. Fridge and microwave as well as a separate seating area were a bonus. As was the bathroom and toilet being separate. Staff were all friendly (a rarity in Berlin) and there was a nice bar downstairs. Super close to Anhalter station which made getting around easy. Places like Potzdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie were a short walk away. A large supermarket next door and a great kebab joint just across the road. Area didn't feel sketchy either Definitely recommend

Aircon didn't seem to work and it was very noisy with the windows open but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Excellent location, very polite staff, spacious room. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Berlin!

We were first checked in room 332 but there was no wifi signal whatsoever, a complete dead zone! Front desk did not seem surprised at all, so I guess they are already aware of the problem but can't seem to bother to get it fixed. We were promptly offered to change rooms and so we did. The new room (159) did not have the same amenities as the first one (we had no shampoo, soap, nothing...but since we had our own, that was not a problem) and the air conditioning barely worked. Apart from that, the room is great!

Great location. Next to good subway stop on the good S line. Beside an Aldi supermarket. 1 block to bunker story museum, 3 blocks to checkpoint charlie. Walkable to many other attractions. We skipped breakfast option and got easily outside, 3 or 4 places nearby to choose from. Quiet. Rooms are small-ish but have everything and are modern (we were out most of the day anyway). Good bedding options. Rooms cleaned

When we asked about the AC, we were told by staff that AC does not come on unless temp is 25 degrees and above. So they gave us a fan to use to circulate air. Was not so warm during our stay so was ok.

The hotel has a new, fresh design and offers a free entrance to the spa (pool, sauna and turkish hamam). The rooms are very clean and everything inside them was new as well, including the shower. I highly recommend including a breakfast, the food was great and for a european breakfast they offered a lot of diversity. The hotel is located a bit far from Taksim Square, but it was not an issue at all since they offer a shuttle service 24/7. The shuttle drivers were always kind, and so were the workers in the reception and in the dining room.

The application through which we had to order the shuttle didn't work well, but the reception found a solution to that problem so it didn't affect our staying.
