Very nice bedroom, clever bathroom with a view and a WFA desk, nice furniture. The breakfast room is nice, with a view, great place for working.
Corridors and doorways look like you are in an East Germany youth hostel (possibly was one before the fall of the Berlin wall). Horrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. Staff was ice cold.

When you're travelling, your accommodation becomes your home away from home. As someone who values comfort and character over luxury brands, I always look for a place to truly relax and feel at ease. That's why I keep coming back to Casa Camper Berlin - a property that genuinely embodies the feeling of home. What I love most about Casa Camper Berlin is its minimalist design. Everything is clean-cut and simple, yet it still feels incredibly cosy. I've stayed here almost seven times over the years, and I'm struck by how much pleasure I get from being in this space each time. The dominant colour here is red, which always puts me in a good mood. The hotel also offers a 24/7 restaurant/cafe called Tempempié, which is incredibly convenient. All the snacks you could want are included, and you can order alcohol at an additional cost. I love that I can drink and bill my room - it makes everything so easy. The rooms themselves are incredibly tranquil. The vintage electric switches remind me of my grandmother's house in our village, and the light is always so soothing. I particularly love the sofa-type armchair - it's perfect for relaxing and letting your laziness take over. And the analogue radio on the bedside table is a lovely touch. Every time I step into Casa Camper Berlin, I feel a sense of appreciation for myself - for choosing to stay in a place that genuinely feels like a home away from home. "Luxury is experience" is a phrase that suggests that true luxury is not simply about having material possessions or expensive things, but about the quality of experiences that those possessions can provide. In other words, luxury is more about the way something makes you feel, rather than the actual item itself. A luxurious hotel might have beautiful furnishings and a prime location, but what truly makes it elegant is the quality of service, the attention to detail, and the overall experience of staying there.

Staying for a week is easy to make a real evaluation of a hotel and this is the case. Well located in front of a green area (close walk to the most important museums, subway beside and restaurants), with a spacious and silent room even facing the street, very nice shower and a great breakfast. On a 7th floor we could enjoyed a beautiful view and have snacks, hot chocolate and coffee at any time. Iradete (reception) and Harry (restaurant) are the souls of the team ruling Casa Camper, Tks guys, our week was very smoth and pleasent!

The hotel was really nice. It was clean, had all the facilities and took our trip to the next level. Our room was very spacious. We loved the design of the shower and the blinds allowed us to have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, the free snack bar on the 7th floor of the hotel was very good. Sandwiches, soft drinks, fruits, coffee, tea, croissants, banana bread etc. were free of charge. Of course the view was also very nice. It was also nice to have free umbrellas available in the lobby.
It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Probably because of the facilities on the 7th floor, there is no coffee machine in the rooms, but you cannot drink coffee in your room early in the morning.

First of all, Wim, the receptionist who checked me in, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I arrived at the hotel several hours before my room was ready, around 9 AM, exhausted and very jetlagged. He immediately offered to store my bags for me and gave me early access to the upstairs lounge, inviting me to rest, eat and drink and form a plan. I went out to explore the nearby city parks while I waited for my room to be ready, and when I returned just a couple of hours later, not only was the room ready, but my bag had already been moved up there for me. He had even gone up to the lounge to tell me it was ready, but I had already left by that point. He also proved invaluable in his knowledge of the workings of the city, whether it was how to recycle bottles (leave them on the street for the homeless to pick up so that they can cash in the return bottle deposit), to how to get tickets to the Reichstag dome and Berlin Philharmonic even if the desired dates were listed as sold out online. When I got to my room, I was blown away by its thoughtful design. Everything was where I would expect it to be, and the layout of the room was very peaceful. The breakfast in the restaurant was beautifully prepared every morning, the selection of food in the upstairs lounge was wholesome and thoughtful, and the staff in both areas were all friendly and very helpful. I stayed here for five nights, and I will remember it for the rest of my life! I will definitely return here for my next Berlin stay!

Staff was great and very attentive, room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner. Body liquid soap, body lotion and hand soap. We paid for breakfast and it was worth it, is not an open buffet more like a menu with servers. Also enjoy the free 24hr snack area on the top floor with panoramic view of Berlin. Great location near everything, bike rental just across the street, train station 100 feet. Food market in every direction with just about every culinary option.
The air conditioning is not strong at all, even after having someone check it twice they just end up giving me a fan. AC will only drop to about 74F which makes the room very uncomfortable to sleep in. I kept waking up in the middle of the night sweating and kicking the blanket away. The fan provided has a 4 hours max timer.

Excellent location, cozy room, lounge/workspace with free coffee/tea/some snacks on 7th floor with great view, fast wifi, well priced, metro right outside. Perfect hotel, would stay over and over.
Somehow, they cleaned the room and my husband's mouthguard that was on the bed is gone. They said they never changed the sheets...and it's a huge thing to lose. It's €500 to replace. They have no idea what happened to it but also didn't offer to do anything for us.

We LOVE everything here. The 24/7 complimentary refreshment offered at their top floor, which is a big, communal lounge, is simply heavenly. We can drop by any time of the day for a coffee/tea, and light snacks. They also offer the "camper" slippers in every room (not gift, I don't think). The entire establishment is smartly decorated, very modern and someone comes to clean your room every day. We did use the sauna, very clean, and basically empty. I would recommend this place to any one visiting Berlin!!!
Absolutely nothing!!!!! We wish we could stay longer and that other hotels would copy this model of operations.
