The room was beautifully decorated, had huge windows and views of the Berliner Fernsehturm. The bathroom had great lighting and a large shower. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The location of the hotel is great, it is relatively close to all the interesting sights, but at the same time there was no noise near the hotel.

Right opposite the hotel is another building, probably a company, so the employees can see into your room during the day if you don't pull the curtains. The bed is quite high, so if you are lower, you will have a slight problem getting into it (but it's really comfortable). The hotel has a reception only at selected hours, if you arrive later, you must go to another hotel (it is not far away). The mobile application designed for check-in has a bit of a problem with diacritics, so logging in was a bit more difficult.

The room was very clean, and the stuff was very friendly, and I always wanted to help. The location was fantastic. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

There isn't a door to the shower, which cause me to mistakenly wet the floor, so I cleaned it. I think a door to the shower is needed. Also, there isn't a safe in the room which is a little bit problem for tourists. Furthermore, we came in at 01:00 in the morning and the door of the hotel was locked. we needed to call a number so someone would open our door. We didn't have a sim yet since we were tourists who wanted to buy a sim in the morning, so it took time to easefully call the number.

clean, big comfy bed, lots of room for 3 luggages with ample of space for us to walk around and move comfortably. we changed 5 different hotels throughout our trip and this is the only one with bedroom slippers (if this is important to u!). the thermostats were easy to control and the heater kept us warm in the cold winter. location is superb, lots of food and shopping just 1 min walk away. highly highly recommended!

would have preferred if they have more lightings as room tends to get a little dark in the evening. a fridge in the room would be great too.

Location, super friendly staff, and it’s got a lively, yet cosy atmosphere. Loved the breakfast as well!

We booked a signature room which we felt was kinda overrated. The furniture felt a bit outdated, small details like the light switches next to the bed were not equipped with a master switch, could be wrong but I believe there was no mini bar, overall, it felt a bit overpriced. We‘d still come back but rather book a regular room. Oh, and the check-in process with the iPad, that was a nightmare…

The location in the city, the view, the size of the room the big TV screen with the possibility to add your own account.

Not enough storage space when you stay few days. No support for soap or cosmetics in the shower everything needs to be on the floor. The not appropriate tissue lamp in the bathroom. No coffee machine or tea boiling in the room. Lights in only one side of the bed.

For me without any doubts the best location in Berlin - trendy quarter, close to everything (bars, restaurants, NextBike station, metro, stores) and yet in a very quiet street. Very spacious and comfortable room - especially for this kind of hotel in a city center. We will definitely stay here during our next stay in Berlin.

Electric kettle in the room would be nice. Cleaning service could be more diligent.

Special thanks to the bed, which was extra comfy. Personal was very friendly. Location perfect with that price, U just behind the corner and actually everything very closed by foot as well. Rooftop terrace nice with good weather! Quiet hotel - recommended!

No window open possibilities much, so we were feeling not so much air, though air condition was working perfectly!

Very central in Mitte, easy to move around with public transports and in walking distance to many of the historical sites. Plenty of eatery to choose from in walking distance. Very friendly staff.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. No safe box in the room. Besides breakfast being served regularly it wasn’t clear if other foods were available or not. It looked like they were working on a food menus/options soon.

The location of the hotel is super as it walking distance to all the attractions and 1 minute from the underground station. The hotel staff are super as they are helpful but not intrusive. The room (404) is very well designed and modern.

Although it isn't really an issue but house keeping every 2 days isn't fitting to a fine property such as this. Cleaning every 2 days is ok but at least do a daily check on towels and waste basket.

Rooms where really spacious, the extra entrance, the rooftop view, the connection to Einstein Cafe, the lobby, the architecture, the window light system

TV didn’t work! No connectin or to complicated to reach Bett could be bigger Cosmetic was not my taste Adults only is the concept but would love to use it also with my older kids (16)
