Location was great to me, close to city center but quiet. Bio supermarket near by. It would be good to provide free drinking water for guests.

During check out lady on reception desk wanted to charge me 4€ per beer when on pricelist in hotel room was 3,5€. She wanted to proove me in your papers her rights, but I deny it claiming that I can read what is written on pricelist left in room. She expressed concerns about my ability to read which is unacceptable in customer service. I was hurry to catch my plane so had no time to call her supervisor but it is defenitely bad service. Work is a privilege so if this ladydoesnt like to be behind the reception desk she supposed to quit the job, behaving guests that way has consequences. I won't choose this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with flair ambience and super genuinely friendly staff.

A little away from alexanderplatz main hub but u bahnn across the road brings tou there in sbt 4 mins. Just 2 stops.

We only had an issue with a staff member. I believe he is assigned to a night shift or security duty. He warned us about our dog, while we were playing with her in the garden at night- so he was right- However, the tone he used was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could have reported this to the reception as well, but I wanted to mention it in here so that everyone can see the attitude of that staff member is the only reason preventing me giving highest ratings to your hotel."

Everything, not only the location itself, that is considered one of the best for parties, but also the staff members, they are always friendly and helpful. I have luck to find always the nicest hotels and this is one of the best in Berlin and, I highly recommend there.

The only thing that I didn't like too much, was my hotel room being the last one of all hotel rooms, at the end of the corridor. It was so far from the lift, hard to carry all luggages as woman, and opening many doors to finally arrive in my room after came back from street too. Overall, the room was spacious, modern, and had a nice view to the yard.

The whole hotel was excellent. Really nice and clean and quite modern. The staff were excellent to the extreme.

I requested a double room but had two (quite big) single beds pushed together. They would move apart if you tried to move from one to the one. Each by themselves were very comfortable to sleep on. Just not ideal for a romantic getaway. I feel bad saying this but the location was a little further out than I had anticipated. 25/30 minutes walking to Alexander Platz. So long as you're aware of this beforehand and are happy with this then book this hotel because other than its location it's brilliant.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good blinds to block out the sun. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy options. Located right next to subway station. Had a small gym but I could perform a pretty good workout within the limitations (weights go up to 10kg). They have a stationary bike, elliptical machine and treadmill. I trained in the gym twice and was the only person there which was nice. They also had a sauna which I used and was refreshing. Wifi was good, no issues there.

The location was perfect, it was right next to the U - Bahn and also has a bus stop directly outside. The hotel was clean, trendy and the bar area lounge was really comfy and relaxing. The reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to get us an early check in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing.

Very personal, but the room was a little too warm for me. It was winter so I totally understand why it was warm, but the AC didn't seem to cool it. I was able to crack open a window though. I also wanted to link the pc to the TV via a HDMI for a zoom call but that seemed to have been disabled. Both very minor issues, and certainly didn't ruin my stay.

Good location, with U Bahn station directly outside. Pleasant short walk to Museumsinsel. Great breakfast with wide buffet selection, and (as a tea drinker) the best tea making facilities I have ever seen in an hotel! Also omelettes and pancakes can be made to order. Superior room was very spacious with everything you needed and a good sized bathroom. The bar area was cool and staff (all Spanish speaking!) were friendly.

My only slight complaint was that while the rest of the hotel had funky design the room itself was totally plain and devoid of any artwork or colour whatsoever.

Everything to be fair. Would have given an exceptional rating only for the breakfast was a bit pricey.Trendy, chilled and feels somewhat cultured. Staff were very nice and very attentive. Being able to cast your mobile apps via chromecast was a big plus as you dont get that everywhere. Fresh towels and beds made everyday by staff. Always made sure to greet you every chance they met you in the hallway. I will be back 100%.

Breakfast was a bit pricey.

Cool atmosphere, comfortable, easy to use room - minimal but chic and well through out. I had a really good 5 nights there. Cleaning staff very efficient leaving room well made up each day by lunchtime. Great location for Kreuzberg and Alexanderplatz / Mitte.

I had a flight delay coming in and their messaging was abrupt and concerned that they would cancel the booking. That caused me to spend extra in flights to get myself there on the day of booking rather than risk them cancelling. Those communications could have been clearer and provided options on how to address the situation, especially give I was proactive in messaging them giving updates on my progress from the other side of the world. This kind of customer service is unfortunately becoming more common among airlines and hotels - they need to remember they are paid to deal with this, and the traveller is the one paying. Once this was sorted, there are no major concerms. Perhaps the only other is the reception staff could be more proactive and serve with a smile.
