Lovely hotel for a short city break. It was well connected and good quality/nicely designed. Rooms were quiet for a city hotel. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants around, such as the recommended BLESS restaurant. After checkout we were able to leave our luggage at reception until the evening, a plus during a city stay. Would stay again.

The drinks at the hotel bar were pleasant, shame about the most arrogant barkeeper. Think he needs to reconsider his attitude towards clientele of a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was very bad. Buffet was empty. Service was non existent, even after I asked for service. I had no chance to order coffee or even any kind of eggs. It was so bad, that my breakfast was refunded.

The room was amazing, large and a lot of windows. Great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Check in and out was a breeze, and the staff is very helpful and polite. Cleaning was very good.

This is a great hotel, however it misses points in a couple of aspects: - The hotel-WiFi was mostly unusable. This was not a problem of our room, also in the lobby the WiFi was spotty and of low quality. A business oriented hotel like Cosmo should have high quality wifi. - One of the windows in our bathroom could not close, and the mirror and shelf were hanging “loose” from the wall. - The breakfast is good, not exceptional, so maybe a bit expensive for what you get.

Great sound insulation so you will get a nice, quiet rest. Comfy beds that have one sof and one firmer pillow for each person, so no matter your preference you will find decent support. Location quite central, although the immediate vicinity in Mitte is a bit dead as it's purely a hotel area. Very friendly staff. Walk-in shower.

Breakfast is too expensive (20€) for the choices you get. There is one soap bottle in the sink and one shampoo bottle in the shower - you have to take the soap with you to the shower and then back to the sink if you just want to wash your hands which is not very convenient.

Lovely quiet stylish room on high floor (as requested, thank you). Excellent shower. Very good central location. Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Good quality breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

The heating/ventilation system cannot be controlled by guests in the room, but only centrally. Our room was very hot (27C) and three requests to reception did not solve this. Windows can be opened but noise of traffic from busy street is very intrusive (sound proofing is excellent so no noise at all with windows shut). On day 2 we accepted an offer to move rooms - thank you - so problem solved for us.

The room was clean and quite comfortable. The location was good and within walking distance of Museum Island. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra pillow because the ones in the room were too soft and they helped us quickly. The area where breakfast was served was very beautiful and the breakfast very tasty.

The sink in the bathroom needs changing because it was worn and the walls in the room and in the bathroom need painting because they had black lines that spoil the aesthetics of the space. At the breakfast buffet there was no hot food section (eg eggs, bacon, omelette). There was only the option to order the eggs as desired at no extra cost.

So modern, very clean, everything high tech and convenient. Location was amazing, bar was excellent. The staff were the best staff I’ve ever met, so helpful and friendly. They accommodated an early check in AND late check out. They also minded out bags as we had a very late departure flight from Berlin. The rooms and bathrooms were fitted out perfectly, we got a deluxe double room and it was stunning with a great view. Water pressure in shower was also great, I love this in a hotel! Also, we didn’t realise but there is a sauna in the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring the city! I will 100% be recommending this hotel to everyone I know, and definitely will stay again if ever in Berlin.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the simple selection for breakfast, they even provided a birthday surprise cheesecake on the morning of my wifes' birthday, which was thoughtful. They staff were really helpful and friendly especially at breakfast. We found the location to be very convenient to a lot of the major sites, about 20min walk to Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Berlin Mall and even closer to the public transport, being just across the road. There are a good selection of restaurants within walking distance too. The room had a nice view of the park had a desk to do work and a sofa to sit the other room had a view of the street. Both rooms were warm and comfy.

We didn't like the shower in the bathtub and would have preferred the walk-in shower in the other room. The water was temperamental, going scolding hot to freezing cold at times. There weren't any dining options after breakfast and the bar was not staffed with those who could make cocktails.

Very central location close to Museum Island. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked the layout of our bigger room and large desk.

Unfortunately there is a big building site at the back and the builders started making noise at 8am. Whilst the thick windows were good at keeping out the road noise, we were woken up by the builders each day and didn't want to spend much time in the room. I was surprised we were not notified about this when we booked. In addition you can hear the rumble of the underground trains on the lower floor rooms which was not nice. We had requested a quiet room and were still given one of these rooms and had to wait a night to move. Rooms on the higher floors are much quieter.
