the staff were very friendly and organised early check in and late check out at no extra charge. They even extended breakfast time for me as I slept through my alarm on one occasion. The location is great and all the sites including checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate, the memorial of the fallen Jews, Berlin Wall, and all the cathedrals around Alexander platz were all easily walkable within half an hour. public transport to and from the airport is easily accessible. breakfast was tasty with a good variety of cheeses, pastries, porridge, yoghurt, fruit, scrambled and boiled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and pancakes with coffee and/or juice. The decor was all modern and tasteful and the rooms were lovely, clean and cosey.

the walls are a little thin in between each room which means you can hear out into the corridor or if the next door neighbour shuts their door with force.

Good location a short walk along the Spree Canal from the Humbolt Forum and Alexander Platz. Several restaurants close by and also within strolling distance of Freidreichstrasse and Checkpoint Charley. Very good buffet breakfast although this can get busy when the hotel is full but the staff do very well at keeping up with everything. The rooms are compact but contain everything you need for a short stay and the fixtures and fittings are of a good standard. The lifts work well. Even though the hotel was busy it was generally quiet at night apart from the usual one or two guests that act inconsiderately which the hotel has no control over. Fine for a short stay (we were there 4 nights). Free wifi worked well.

Rooms a bit small if you are travelling with full size suitcases as there is nowhere to store them. Very much a case of living out of your bag but that is not a problem for a short stay. With only a single stool to sit on in the room you end up sitting on the bed if you stay in your room, although there is a small desktop for using a laptop if required. As usual with most hotels we have stayed at there was a disappointing lack of English speaking television channels, the only available ones being news channels. Continental hotels really need to do something about this as we don't always want to spend every night drinking in the bar and sometimes just want a relaxing evening in your room.

The location of the hotel was excellent. You can go for the most Berlin attractions by feet, without using any transport. The room was clean and comfortable, all in accordance with the description given on the page. The staff were fully professional and helpful. I had asked them before arriving in the city if we could possibly check in earlier and it was great the the room for us was prepared at 10am and we could relax after a long flight without waiting several hours.

The one thing I didn’t really like was a small width of the doubled bed. For two person who dislike sleeping compactly it was quite difficult.

It was amazing. Rooms were small but nice and very clean. Bed was awesome, bathroom also very nice and modern. We stayed in a smaller room but for 1 night it was enough. There are mirrors and outlets everywhere. Staff was so nice and friendly, cocktails in hotel bar were great and they have small terrace ouside that is just perfect for late night drinks and morning coffee. Location was amazing, so close to everything. Parking in front of the hotel was also perfect. Everything in this hotel was very modern and clean, will come back for sure!

Terrace had to close around 11 but it's not hotels fault, they have to follow the rules but it would be nice if there was place to sit outside after 11.

This is a great hotel for a city stay. The room was compact, but had comfortable bed and spacious shower. You can open the window in a room which was great on a hot summer day (aircon also present). Lots of mirrors in the room, which made it feel bright and spacious. Room was cleaned daily. The staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. We asked for extra hangers and towels, left the luggage after checkout and also asked for an earlier check-in and all our requests were accommodated for swiftly. One day we got hotel breakfast and there was so much choice and variety! The location of the hotel is quiet, away from the main street, public transport options within 5 minutes, cafes/bakeries/supermarkets - within 5/15 minutes. Recommend!

The room is very small, as description states. It would have been 10/10 for us if there was a fridge/kettle in a room.

Location of the hotel is great - really close to U-Bahn and different buses, also in a walking distance to the city center. But it was still in a very peaceful neighborhood. The room was clean upon arrival, and we were delighted that it was cleaned every day during our stay. A highlight in hot weather was definitely the AC! Staff was also very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the breakfast option, but having a tea before bed was also nice.

The room is very small and not the most newly renovated. There is no coffee maker or kettle, which could have been great.

The breakfast was sufficient and good, the food was tasty and fresh. Eating the same things after day 3 can be boring. Located close to the U2-Spittelmarkt u-bahn station. It is very easy to access from the airport via S9 + U2. The room is a bit small, it got very narrow when you put an extra bed, but it will be enough for 2 people. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is no problem in communicating in English, most of the staff also speak Turkish.

There were no slippers in the room, they were provided when requested. Generally, such hotels have disposable items, such as hair cream, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc. but there was only shampoo in the bathroom. Also there was no closet for clothes in the room.

Hotel is in a good location for the main places of interest to tourists ( museums, TV tower etc)- 20 min walk on foot or short metro/ bus ride ( Spittelmarkt stop v close to hotel) Superior double room was comfortable and a good size and the room given to us was disabled friendly Breakfast was good value, plentiful and served in a comfortable dining area. Good restaurants/ cafe/ sandwich bar/pizza places v nearby in walking distance.

AC was quite poor. This summer ( with outside temp of around 3-4 dec C), it struggled to get the room cooled quickly or adequately.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Meat, vegi, vegan. The staff were lovely and entertained our bad german with humour. Really clean hotel. Really close to bus stop and U to get you to all the main sights. The bed was really comfy. Staff were really happy to offer a breakfast box for our early flight the next day as we would miss breakfast, but make sure you order early.....they said evening before but our evening was too late. So let them know before 5pm to be sure if you want this.

The trip was a smooth process all from the airport to the final check-out. I was greeted by an enthusiastic receptionist, Zuna, who made the check-in a breeze and I was felt welcome the minute I stepped into the hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but definitely well-maintained and comfortable, somewhat reminiscent of Titanic staterooms, with lots of mirrors. The breakfast is diverse and plentiful. I was also pleased with the WiFi quality that allowed me to be present for remote work meetings. Lastly, the location is convenient, close enough to be within walking distance to most central areas and tourist destinations, with plenty of food and transportation options.
