Comfy beds, spacious room, a gym, we could open the window. A small birthday gift was a nice touch.

The bed was wet inside (yes, really!) when we went to get in. We called reception and someone came promptly and changed the bedding. But they gave us only one small blanket for two people! So we had to call reception again to get a second blanket. A bad experience all round. A second bad experience - we could not open the safe, because one of the staff had changed the combination lock. WTF?? Our things were inside the safe, and we could not access them. How can this be satisfactory? Did a staff member do this from inside the room? Were they trying to steal something? We don't know.

We loved the location. It was so easy to reach the sightseeings by bus or walking. In general, we like staying at Novotel chain when we travel because we always feel welcome as a family and know what to expect. This was no exception here. Overall good value for the money we paid.

The sleeping couch was not comfortable. I guess it is sufficient for children, but it was too hard for an adult. We wanted to try the restaurant, but for some reason, it was always closed, also during the weekdays, although it is advertised as open from Monday to Friday. Not a big deal for us; we found good restaurants nearby.

Good clean tidy hotel with pleasant staff. Handy car park underneath hotel. The location is great, you can walk easily to many tourist areas, and for others, there are bus stops within a couple of minutes walk and a metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was great with many options, plenty enough to fill you up for an active days sightseeing.

Parking a little on the pricey side, especially if you are staying for a few days.

Family rooms available (was a big sofa bed and a massive king sized bed) and we folded the sofa bed down in the daytime. A short walk to Museumsinsel, where you can get the U5 to the Brandenburg Gate or Hauptbahnhof (main train station). U2 line goes from Spittelmarkt to downtown Berlin where you'll find the big Mall of Berlin and loads of food options. We didn't pay for breakfast but there was a small fridge in our room and a supermarket right on the corner and a Lidl 10 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, so we didn't add it!

The room is suitable and convenient for a family of four. It has one queen bed and a big sofa bed. The Wi-Fi was working well. The fitness center was good with the needed equipment and facilities. The breakfast was pleasant with a lot of varieties and options. The kid’s area was ok for the kids to enjoy sometime in the lobby and meet other kids. The location was accessible with multiple transportation options along with walking option. It was close to most of the attractions in Berlin. There was a grocery store is around the corner.

The price was a little bit high.

I have stayed in other Hotels, the breakfast was more economical. The fridge door could not open fully when the sofa bed was open. The playroom could do with a little update

One staff in the evening, I would politely describe as Vietnamese, refused to heat food I bought especially for my children and wife as she has specific allergies. the rest of the staff all said its not a problem. we had to go without dinner on the 1st evening until i spoke to the manager the next day. Even everyone else approved this!! Thanks to Wendy and Fabian for their wonderful hospitality!

- top location, you can easily reach the most interesting places in center. - clean room, smooth check-in/out, very good breakfast like in all inclusive Turkish hotels) - good parking under hotel - bus and metro station are on 3 min from hotel

- room is very nice, but small for 4 people, but if you travel alone or there are two people - it would be ok. - price for breakfast and parking is high, but I still suggest to add these options because of convenience - some of rooms have windows to internal patio, there are no view, except neighbors windows

Was welcomed by a pleasant gentleman at the reception which was quite a change from other star hotels we have stayed at. Room was standard, noise proof with temperature control. Shower was awesome warm. We travelled everywhere using public transport and used bus number 200 specifically. Metro Spittelmarkt is close by if you want to enter the U trains. Both Aleksander platz and PostDamer platz are walking distance.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice restaurant, facilities for kids activities, tidy room with all the necessary amenities. Not sure if it was planned or a coincidence, but when we arrived, almost at midnight, the staff that checked us in spoke Spanish (our first language), which was a very cool surprise.

Very minor thing: one slightly stained towel and comforter, but they were promptly replaced.

Great location, I wasn't aware that the hotel was right in the heart of the city when I booked our reservations. We enjoyed that very much. Very close to U Bahn as well. Breakfast was excellent. For me and for my kids as well. There was a lot of healthy / delicious selections of food for everyone. Breakfast hours were long which was also great. The rooms were very comfy. As the tourists coming to Turkey say with a broken Turkish: "Gene gelecek ben"!
