Big apartments. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff really friendly and helpful.

This is advertised as adult only but it's actually in an apartment complex with loads of families so there's kids play areas right by the doors of the rooms which are noisy. On the first night we had a family above us with very noisy children and the rooms aren't very soundproof, meaning we didn't sleep at all between 2am and 6.30am. The apartment were very helpful and moved us and we had no further problems, but some poor other person will have got that room! It is understandable that areas with children will be noisy but the title of the booking is "adults only" and any guests are required to adhere to strict noise policies.

Great location! if you're a fan of walking, this is a central spot from which you can easily reach interesting parts of the city. Museum island is a 15 min walk, Alexanderplatz the same, Kreutzberg about 30 minutes. There are some ok restaurants on the river bank. The studio is fine, the building is a private one, only the ground floor and first are studios. You have a separate entrance. Design and furnishing are good, you have everything you need for resting, depositing clothes, also a very welcomed sport- a place to have breakfast and a couch to relax on. The tv is small, but we didn't use it. A smart tv would be a nice addition as you can connect to it as a speaker and play some music.

The space is ok, but it could have been more clean, like other comments suggest too. The floor was dirty, if you walked barefoot you noticed it.... The sound isolation is not perfect, you can hear the people upstairs and the fridge is a bit loud. Take this into consideration if you re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

The apartment was huge and functionally equipped. The bathroom facilities were excellent - modern and very clean. There was plenty of wardrobe/storage space. There were a couple of bits of rubbish/used face wipes in the some of the bedroom drawers, but nothing that we couldn't just pop into the bin ourselves. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Kettle, toaster, hairdryer, towels all supplied.

We would have preferred to be a little nearer a decent grocery store and restaurants, but we would not have compromised on the space and facilities to have been nearer town, so were happy with our decision.

Apartments are really well located, close walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were quiet and located in a really cool old building. Rooms are modern and nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, apartment had most things you would need for a short stay.

It was a quite confusing when you first get there how to get the key, the apartments are located in a large block which contains private residential apartments and when we rang the bell, it took a while for anyone to come out and meet us. Towels weren't the cleanest. Could have done with some little bits like a sponge for washing dishes and a drying up cloth.

It's a great location and the accommodation is super nice! Very good value for money and we were impressed by the range of facilities offered. The beds were also very comfy.

Very minor things - just reporting so the staff can correct for the next visitors: -There was no bin liner in the kitchen bin -There were no recycling bins -The shower leaks when you put it on full power -One of the sofas was broken -The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils (e.g., bottle opener, cooking spatula etc)

The appartment building is in a quiet part of the city yet it's easy to walk into the city centre, there is a u bahn and s bahn station minutes away, there is a multitude of cafés, restaurants, pubs and takeaways all close by. The staff are helpful and friendly. The appartment block itself is a listed building with an interesting history. Just a great place to stay.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the appartment.

Spacious apartment with plenty of built in storage. Quirky interior, with small kitchenette and fridge. Powerful shower and large bathroom. Plenty of plugs and lighting (particularly good in the bathroom). Staff (Daniel) couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in assisting us, even printing football tickets for us. Location is fab between two U/S Bahn with a 20 minute walk to DDR museum and similar, 20 minute walk to east side gallery and plenty of bars/pubs surrounding the area too. Would readily stay here again.

Small note, new toilet seat to our apartment would be beneficial. Outer door to apartment often left open by other residents but your main area of stay is secured by two further locked fob access doors, so no security concerns!

Great accommodation in a good location very close to river spree walking distance to lots of Berlin's attractions. Management were welcoming and helpful.I'd definitely stay here again when I revisit !

A minor point as there is a lovely park opposite the apartments but being on the 1st floor we did not have any outside space like the ground floor accommodation it was hot during our stay so sitting outside would have been welcome.

The room was very clean and had everything you would need for a self catering stay. The staff were super friendly and once you got to know the area and stopped walking around in circles following google maps was very close to great attractions and transport links. I also liked the fact that the lighting options allowed for a very bright room, if desired. It is also very quiet and allowed a very relaxing stay.

There were no net curtains and with the property facing into a courtyard you did feel at times that you were in a goldfish bowl, you were unable to change in the room without drawing the curtains or going into the bathroom because the opposite apartments faced directly into the room, which has windows along its entire length. The biggest downside for me was the fact that the shower ran hot and cold, so you couldn’t have a shower without jumping out as the hot water failed and had to wait 20 seconds or so before it came back to temperature.

All was great! Central location, cozy apartment. Very close to all kinds of public transportation and walking distance away from museums. *Just one thing to bear in mind - I received a few scam messages in booking of people pretending to be the owners of the apartment, trying to steal money. Apparently booking had a few cyber attacks recently! So, don't open any suspicious links!*
